राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाइपलाइन के खिलाफ हस्ताक्षर अभियान का आयोजन करें । BSNLEU, AIBDPA, और BSNL CCWF की समन्वय समिति का आह्वान ।

मोदी सरकार ने बीएसएनएल के मोबाइल टावरों, ऑप्टिक फाइबर और निम्नलिखित राष्ट्रीय संपत्तियों को राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाइपलाइन के नाम पर बड़े कॉर्पोरेट्स को सौंपने का निर्णय लिया है। 26,700 किलोमीटर राजमार्ग (1.6 लाख करोड़ रुपये), 400 रेलवे स्टेशन और 150 ट्रेनें (1.5 लाख करोड़ रुपये), 42,300 सर्किट किलोमीटर पावर ट्रांसमिशन लाइन (0.67 लाख करोड़ रुपये), 5,000 मेगावाट हाइड्रो, सौर और पवन ऊर्जा उत्पादन संपत्तियां (0.32 लाख करोड़ रुपये), 8,000 किलोमीटर राष्ट्रीय गैस पाइप लाइनों (0.24 लाख करोड़ रुपये), IOC और HPCL की 4,000 किलोमीटर की पाइप लाइनें (0.22 लाख करोड़), 21 हवाई अड्डों और 31 बंदरगाहों (0.3 लाख करोड़ रुपये), 160 कोयला खनन परियोजनाएं (0.3 लाख करोड़ रुपये) और 2 स्पोर्ट्स स्टेडियम (0.11 लाख करोड़ रुपये) बड़े कॉर्पोरेट्स को सौंपने जा रहे हैं।  BSNLEU, AIBDPA और BSNL CCWF की समन्वय समिति ने इस राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाइपलाइन के खिलाफ हस्ताक्षर अभियान आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है। सभी सर्किलों और जिला संघों से अनुरोध है कि वे AIBDPA और BSNL CCWF के साथ समन्वय करके कल से एक सप्ताह के लिए इस हस्ताक्षर अभियान को प्रभावी ढंग से आयोजित करें।

The BSNL Corporate Office has issued letter, giving clarifications on facilities after consolidation of the SSAs. As regards, the status of councils, the Corporate Office has clarified that the circle / local councils shall also be reorganised, based on merger or reorganisation of circles / SSAs. The Corporate Office has also clarified that, even after a consolidation of SSAs, the existing instructions on immunity from transfers shall remain applicable.

The Modi government has taken decision to hand over BSNL’s mobile towers, optic fibre and the following national assets to the big corporates, in the name of National Monetisation Pipeline. 26,700 kms Highway (worth Rs.1.6 lakh crore), 400 railway stations and 150 trains (worth Rs.1.5 lakh crore), 42,300 circuit kms of Power Transmission Lines (worth Rs.0.67 lakh crore), 5,000 MW Hydro, Solar and Wind Power Generation assets (worth Rs.0.32 lakh crore), 8,000 kms of National Gas Pipe lines (worth Rs.0.24 lakh crore), 4,000 kms Pipe lines of IOC and HPCL (worth Rs.0.22 lakh crore), 21 Airports and 31 Ports (worth Rs.0.3 lakh crore), 160 Coal Mining Projects (worth Rs.0.3 lakh crore) and 2 Sports Stadiums (worth Rs.0.11 lakh crore) are going to be handed over to the big corporates. The Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNL CCWF has decided to organise signature campaign against this National Monetisation Pipeline. All the circle and district unions are requested to effectively organise this signature campaign for one week from tomorrow onwards, by coordinating with AIBDPA and BSNL CCWF.

बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने कई सर्किलों में जेई के सपने को चकनाचूर कर दिया।

बीएसएनएलईयू लगातार बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन पर एलआईसीई, महत्वपूर्ण रूप से जेटीओ एलआईसीई को बिना किसी देरी के आयोजित करने पर जोर दे रहा है। सभी सर्किलों में हजारों जेटीओ के रिक्त पद मौजूद थे। जेई की एक बड़ी संख्या पहले से ही योग्यता सेवा के पांच साल पूरे कर चुकी थी और जेटीओ एलआईसीई परीक्षा  की प्रतीक्षा कर रही थी। लेकिन प्रबंधन ने परीक्षा नहीं कराई। बीएसएनएलईयू द्वारा बार-बार आग्रह करने के बावजूद प्रबंधन ने जानबूझकर JTO LICE में देरी की। आखिरकार पुनर्गठन के नाम पर बीएसएनएल बोर्ड ने हजारों जेटीओ पदों को समाप्त कर दिया। परिणाम स्वरूप अब कई सर्किलों में या तो कोई जेटीओ पद रिक्त नहीं है, या बहुत कम संख्या में रिक्त पद हैं। इस तरह प्रबंधन ने कई डीआर जेई के जेटीओ बनने के सपने को चकनाचूर कर दिया है। जेटीओ एक उच्च तकनीक कैडर है। यह कैडर नेटवर्क में उच्च तकनीक वाले क्षेत्रों में तैनाती के लिए आवश्यक है। फिर भी, प्रबंधन ने बिना सोचे-समझे बड़ी संख्या में जेटीओ रिक्त पदों को घटा दिया है। यह जेई के साथ बहुत बड़ा अन्याय हैl

कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने JTO (T) LICE आयोजित करने के लिए रिक्त पदों की घोषणा की।

कारपोरेट कार्यालय की स्थापना शाखा ने 50% आंतरिक कोटे के तहत जेटीओ (टी) एलआईसीई आयोजित करने के लिए पत्र जारी किया है। इस पत्र के अनुसार 18 सर्किलों के 913 रिक्त पदों के लिए परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी। सभी 913 रिक्त पद वर्ष 2021 से संबंधित हैं और इसलिए इन रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए एक ही परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी। कॉरपोरेट ऑफिस के इस पत्र के अनुसार कई सर्किल में कोई रिक्त पद नहीं है। इसके अलावा, कई सर्किलों में रिक्त पदों की संख्या बहुत कम है और यहां तक कि एकल अंक में भी है। कारपोरेट कार्यालय का पत्र इसके साथ संलग्न है।

As per the decision of the All India Centre, gate meetings are organised throughout the country today, for mobilising the employees to participate in the General Strike to be held on 28th & 29th March, 2022. The demands of the Central Trade Unions and BSNLEU are explained in these meetings. CHQ heartily congratulates all the district unions which have organised the gate meeting.

BSNLEU has been continuously insisting upon the BSNL Management to hold the LICEs, importantly the JTO LICE, without delay. Thousands of JTO vacancies existed in all the circles. A sizable number of JEs, had already completed five years of qualifying service and were waiting to appear in the JTO LICE. But the Management did not conduct the exam. Despite the repeated insistence of BSNLEU, Management intentionally delayed the JTO LICE. Finally, in the name of Restructuring, the BSNL Board abolished thousands of JTO posts. The net result is that, now in many circles, either there is no JTO vacancy, or very less number of vacancies are there. Thus, the Management has shattered the JTO dream of many DR JEs. JTO is a high-tech cadre. This cadre is essential for manning the high-tech areas in the network. Still, the Management has mindlessly butchered sizeable number of JTO vacancies. This is a very big injustice to the JEs.

The Establish Branch of the Corporate Office has issued letter for holding JTO(T) LICE, under 50% internal quota. As per this letter, examination will be conducted for 913 vacancies falling in 18 circles. All the 913 vacancies relate to the year 2021 and hence one single examination will be conducted to fill up these vacancies. As per this letter of the Corporate Office, there are no vacancies in many circles. Further, in certain circles the number of vacancies are very less and even in single digit.
