CHQ is saddened to hear that, Shri N.Y. Verghese, father of Com. John Verghese, AGS, passed away at 7 am at Aurangabad today. He was 85 years old and had been unwell for some time. CHQ expresses its deep condolences to Com.John Verghese, AGS, his family members, relatives and friends.

जनरल स्ट्राइक के आयोजन के लिए फेसबुक लाइव कार्यक्रमों की तारीखों में परिवर्तन।

सीएचक्यू ने जनरल स्ट्राइक के आयोजन के लिए 11 और 12 फरवरी, 2022 को फेसबुक लाइव कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का फैसला किया है। परंतु, अनिवार्य परिस्थितियों के कारण उपर्युक्त तिथियों पर कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन नहीं किया जा सकता है। इसलिए, कार्यक्रमों को पुन: निर्धारित किया गया है और निम्नलिखित विवरणों के अनुसार आयोजित किया जाएगा :-

(1) दिनांक 24-02-2022 को शाम 7 बजे हिंदी फेसबुक लाइव कार्यक्रम।

(2) दिनांक 25-02-2022 को शाम 7 बजे अंग्रेजी फेसबुक लाइव कार्यक्रम।

सभी सर्किल यूनियनों, सीएचक्यू पदाधिकारियों और जिला संघों से अनुरोध किया जाता है कि वे इन कार्यक्रमों में अधिक से अधिक संख्या में कामरेडों को शामिल करें ताकि आम हड़ताल को सफल बनाया जा सके।

The CHQ has decided to conduct Facebook live programmes on 11^th and 12^th February, 2022, for organising the General Strike. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, the programmes cannot be organised on the above mentioned dates. Hence, the programmes are re- scheduled and will be held as per the following details:-

(1) Hindi Facebook Live programme at 7 pm on 24-02-2022.

(2) English Facebook Live programme at 7 pm on 25-02-2022.

All the circle unions, CHQ office bearers and district unions are requested to mobilise maximum number of comrades in these programmes, for making the General Strike successful.

राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाइपलाइन के खिलाफ हस्ताक्षर अभियान आज से शुरू हुआ।

जैसा कि पहले ही सूचित किया जा चुका है, बीएसएनएल में राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाइपलाइन के विरुद्ध हस्ताक्षर अभियान आज शुरू हो गया है। BSNLEU, AIBDPA और BSNLCCWF की समन्वय समिति ने इसके लिए आह्वान किया है। हस्ताक्षर अभियान का आयोजन आज से एक सप्ताह के लिए किया जाना चाहिए। प्रत्येक कर्मचारी, साथ ही पेंशनभोगी से संपर्क किया जाना है और ज्ञापन में हस्ताक्षर प्राप्त किए जाने हैं। ज्ञापन की प्रति सभी सर्किल सचिवों और सीएचक्यू पदाधिकारियों को पहले ही भेजी जा चुकी है। सीएचक्यू सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों से AIBDPA और BSNLCCWF के नेताओं के साथ समन्वय करने और अधिकतम संख्या में हस्ताक्षर प्राप्त करने का अनुरोध करता है।

In China, for the past few decades, growth has been led by corporatised PSUs, all of them held under a hold­ing company (SASAC), which pro­motes better governance, appoints leadership and executes mergers and acquisitions. Such PSUs that have scaled up are market leaders. In Sin­gapore, the Ministry of Finance fo­cuses on policymaking, while Tema­sek (the holding firm) is focused on corporatising and expanding its PSUs (for example, Singtel, PSA, Singa­pore Power, Singapore Airlines) to­wards a global scale. A PSU with greater autonomy, with the govern­ment retaining control via a holding firm, can also be subject to the right incentives (T.T. Ram Mohan, February 2021). Surely, Indian PSUs could aspire to be as large and efficient as the Chinese ones.

As has already been communicated, the signature campaign against National Monetisation Pipeline has started today in all the circles. The Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF has given the call for it. The signature campaign should be organised for one week from today. Each and every employee, as well as pensioner, is to be approached and signature obtained in the memorandum. A copy of the memorandum is already sent to all the circle secretaries and CHQ office bearers. The CHQ requests the circle and district unions to coordinate with the leaders of the AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF and to obtain maximum number of signatures.

CHQ is saddened to hear that, Smt. Kadami Borah, mother of Com.Gakul Borah, Treasurer (CHQ), has passed away at 8 pm yesterday. She was 95 years old and had been unwell for the past 3 months. CHQ expresses it’s heartfelt condolences to Com.Gakul Borah, Treasurer (CHQ) and to all the members of his family, as well as relatives and friends.

कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय ने एसएसए के एकत्रीकरण-consolidation of SSAs के बाद सुविधाओं पर स्पष्टीकरण जारी किए।

बीएसएनएल कारपोरेट कार्यालय ने पत्र जारी कर एसएसए के एकत्रीकरण के बाद सुविधाओं पर स्पष्टीकरण दिया है। जहां तक काउंसिल की स्थिति का संबंध है, कारपोरेट कार्यालय ने स्पष्ट किया है कि सर्किलों/स्थानीय काउंसिलों का भी पुनर्गठन किया जाएगा जो सर्किलों/एसएसए के विलय या पुनर्गठन के आधार पर होगा। कारपोरेट कार्यालय ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि एसएसए के एकत्रीकरण के बाद भी, स्थानान्तरण से प्रतिरक्षा-immunity from transfer पर मौजूदा निर्देश लागू रहेंगे।
