The 9th Membership Verification campaign meeting held at PGM office, Goa on 19.09.2022. Com Vijay Belgaonkar, District President presided over the Meeting.  The meeting addressed by Com John Verghese, Dy. General Secretary, BSNLEU, spoke in detail about the issues before the BSNL and BSNL employees. He discussed about the Government’s anti-PSU and anti-BSNL policies of and it’s impact on BSNL and spoke about ongoing struggles under the leadership of BSNLEU. He explained in detail about the present financial crisis of BSNL and charged that the Government being solely responsible for it. He also explained in detail the 2^nd Revival Package, the issues of allotment of 4G, National Monetisation Pipeline, issues related to 3^rd PRC, Stagnation and other pending demands of the Non-Executives. Com.Nilesh Kale, ACS, Com. Amita Naik, DS, Goa, also addressed the meeting.

The ALTTC has already issued letter for the commencement of the Pre-basic training of the qualified JTO candidates. This training was to commence on 10.10.2022. Since the 9th Membership Verification of the Non-Executives is taking place on 12.10.2022, BSNLEU has demanded postponement of this JTO Pre-basic training. Today, the Recruitment Branch of the Corporate Office has issued letter, postponing the Pre-basic training of the qualified JTO trainees to 17.10.2022. 

BSNL Corporate Office has already issued notification for holding the JE LICE under 50% quota, on 16.10.2022. Today, Corporate Office has issued letter, postponing this JE LICE, due to administrative reasons. It is mentioned in the letter that, the next date of JE LICE would be intimated. 

विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई 2022 के उम्मीदवारों पर लगाई गई कठोर, अतार्किक और अनुचित शर्तों को हटाएं- BSNLEU निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को लिखता है ।  

कॉरपोरेट ऑफिस ने स्पेशल जेटीओ एलआईसीई 2022 के लिए अधिसूचना जारी की है। हालांकि, यह देखा गया है कि, प्रबंधन ने विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई 2022 में उपस्थित होने वाले उम्मीदवारों पर कुछ कठोर और अनुचित शर्तें लगाई हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, यदि कोई चयनित उम्मीदवार उस सर्कल में शामिल होने में विफल रहता है जिसके लिए उन्होंने विकल्प दिया है, तो उम्मीदवार को जेटीओ एलआईसीई में उपस्थित होने से एक वर्ष के लिए वंचित कर दिया जाएगा। इसी तरह, अधिसूचना में यह निर्धारित किया गया है कि, बीएसएनएल स्थानांतरण नीति के नियम 9 के तहत अस्थायी स्थानांतरण भी 5 साल पूरा होने से पहले प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा। ये सभी कठोर, अतार्किक और अनुचित स्थितियां हैं। BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर इन कठोर शर्तों को हटाने की मांग की है।

Chhattisgarh is a small circle with only 259 Non-Executives working. However, an enthusiastic election campaign meeting of BSNLEU is organised at Raipur today, attended by a good number of employees. Com.Dhani, Circle President, presided over. Com.R.S. Bhatt, Circle Secretary, welcomed everyone. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, addressed the meeting at length. In his speech, the General Secretary explained about measures being taken by the government to weaken BSNL, the achievements of BSNLEU made during the last 3 years, issues still being taken up by BSNLEU, etc., are explained. The General Secretary gave a stout rebuttal to the malicious and mischievous propaganda being made against BSNLEU, by NFTE BSNL. Com.Dhani, President, addressed the meeting and delivered votes of thanks. After the meeting, the General Secretary held interaction with the active functionaries and discussed about the ways and means to achieve victory in Chhattisgarh circle.    

9वें सदस्यता सत्यापन में वोट डालना - BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर दूर-दराज के स्थानों पर तैनात कर्मचारियों को पूरे दिन की छुट्टी देने की मांग की।

9वें सदस्यता सत्यापन में नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को अपना वोट डालने में सक्षम बनाने के लिए, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने दिशानिर्देश जारी किए हैं जिसमें कहा गया है कि नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को आधे दिन की छुट्टी मंजूर की जाएगी। हालांकि, वीआरएस के कार्यान्वयन के परिणामस्वरूप, 9 वें सदस्यता सत्यापन के लिए मतदान केंद्रों की संख्या बहुत कम हो गई है। इसलिए कर्मचारियों को वोट डालने के लिए लंबा सफर तय करना पड़ता है। इसे देखते हुए BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर फील्ड इकाइयों को नए दिशा-निर्देश जारी करने के लिए लिखा है, ताकि योग्य नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  को वोट डालने के लिए पूरे दिन की छुट्टी मंजूर की जा सके।    

To enable the Non-Executives for casting their votes in the 9^th Membership Verification, the Corporate Office has issued guidelines stating that, half day leave would be sanctioned to the Non-Executives. However, consequent to the implementation of the VRS, the number of polling booths for the 9^th Membership Verification has been greatly reduced. Hence, employees have to travel a long way to cast their votes. In view of this, BSNLEU has written to the Director (HR) to issue fresh guidelines to the field units, for the sanctioning of full day leave to the deserving Non-Executives for casting their votes.

Andhra Pradesh circle union is vigorously organising it’s election campaign for the 9^th MV. Com.J. Sampath Rao, AGS, has already visited each and every district of Andhra Pradesh, together with the AP circle union and has addressed election campaign meetings. As the climax of this election campaign, an enthusiastic and largely attended election campaign meeting was organised at Vijayawada today. Com.Latchi Raju, Circle President, presided over. Com.Ramadevi, Circle Secretary, delivered the welcome address. Com.J. Sampath Rao, AGS, Com.Bose, Circle Secretary, AIBDPA, Com.A.V. Nageswar Rao, Treasurer, CITU, Andhra Pradesh State Committee addressed the meeting.  Finally, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed the meeting and sharply criticised the anti-BSNL policies being adopted by the government. False claims of the 2^nd Revival Package, wanton delay caused in BSNL’s 4G launching, threats of increasing working hours, 2^nd VRS and dismissal under FR 56(J),etc., were well explained by the General Secretary. Finally, Com.K. Ramadevi, CS, summed up the discussions and assured the CHQ that BSNLEU would win in Andhra Pradesh circle with a good margin.

एसएनएटीटीए-SNATTA के महासचिव साथी सुरेश कुमार ने 9वीं सदस्यीय सत्यापन में बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU के लिए अपने समर्थन की घोषणा की।

एसएनटीटीए के महासचिव साथी सुरेश कुमार ने आज कोलकाता में आयोजित विशाल चुनाव प्रचार बैठक में भाग लिया। उन्होंने बैठक को संबोधित किया और डीआर जेई की ज्वलंत समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए पिछले 3 वर्षों के दौरान BSNLEU द्वारा किए गए विभिन्न प्रयासों के बारे में बताया। साथी सुरेश कुमार ने बैठक में जोरदार घोषणा की कि, एसएनटीटीए और डीआर जेई 9 वीं सदस्यीय सत्यापन में BSNLEU के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर मतदान करेंगे।
