BSNLEU ने कोलकाता में विशाल चुनाव प्रचार सभा का आयोजन किया।

BSNLEU के कोलकाता और पश्चिम बंगाल सर्कल यूनियनों ने आज कोलकाता के टेलीफोन भवन में एक विशाल चुनाव अभियान बैठक का आयोजन किया।  बैठक की अध्यक्षता साथी बनानी चट्टोपाध्याय और सर्कल अध्यक्ष साथी शिशिर कुमार रॉय ने की।  साथी शंकर केशर नेपाल, सर्कल सचिव, कोलकाता और साथी सुजॉय सरकार, सर्कल सचिव, पश्चिम बंगाल ने सभी का स्वागत किया और सभा को संबोधित किया।  साथी सुरेश कुमार, महासचिव, SNATTA ने बैठक को संबोधित किया और BSNLEU के कामकाज की प्रशंसा की।साथी पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, ने विस्तार से बात की और सरकार के बीएसएनएल विरोधी उपायों के बारे में बताया, जिसने बीएसएनएल को बर्बाद कर दिया है।  बीएसएनएल की 4G सेवा का आरंभ रोकने के लिए सरकार द्वारा पैदा की जा रही बाधाओं का हवाला देते हुए महासचिव ने बताया कि, सरकार का अंतिम उद्देश्य बीएसएनएल को बर्बाद करना और इसे निजी को सौंपना है।  उन्होंने कर्मचारियों से बीएसएनएल को एक जीवंत सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की कंपनी के रूप में बचाने के लिए आगे आने का आह्वान किया।  महासचिव ने पिछले तीन वर्षों में BSNLEU की उपलब्धियों के बारे में बताया।  उन्होंने कर्मचारियों से BSNLEU  के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर मतदान करने का आह्वान किया।

वेतन संशोधन का मुद्दा और एनएफटीई का शरारती प्रचार : बीएसएनएलईयू एक खुली चुनौती पेश करता है।

एनएफटीई के नेता कई जगहों पर यह कह कर दुष्प्रचार कर रहे हैं कि सरकार 5% फिटमेंट के साथ वेतन संशोधन को निपटाने के लिए आगे आई, लेकिन BSNLEU के महासचिव साथी पी.अभिमन्यु ने इसे खारिज कर दिया।  वे यह भी प्रचारित करते हैं कि वेतन संशोधन का मुद्दा केवल साथी पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव बीएसएनएलईयू के कारण नहीं सुलझा है।  

*वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे से संबंधित तथ्य निम्नलिखित हैं।* 

31.01.2019 को DoT के तत्कालीन अतिरिक्त सचिव, श्री अंशु प्रकाश ने AUAB नेताओं से कहा कि वह 5% फिटमेंट के साथ वेतन संशोधन को निपटाने के लिए तैयार हैं।  इस प्रस्ताव को एयुएबी के सभी 9 महासचिवों द्वारा स्वीकार किया गया, जिनमें साथी पी. अभिमन्यु भी शामिल थे।  हालांकि, अगले दिन ही श्री अंशु प्रकाश ने 5% फिटमेंट के लिए अपना प्रस्ताव वापस ले लिया, यह कहते हुए कि, डीओटी में कोई भी 5% फिटमेंट के साथ वेतन संशोधन को निपटाने के लिए सहमत नहीं था।

फिर से, एयूएबी द्वारा बुलाई गई 3 दिवसीय हड़ताल की पृष्ठभूमि में श्री अनुपम श्रीवास्तव, तत्कालीन सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल ने 13.02.2019 को एयूएबी नेताओं को सूचित किया कि मंत्री 0% फिटमेंट के साथ वेतन संशोधन को तुरंत निपटाने के लिए तैयार हैं और वह  मंत्री बाद में 5% फिटमेंट के लिए समझौता करेंगे।  इस प्रस्ताव को एयुएबी  के सभी महासचिवों ने भी स्वीकार कर लिया।  वहीं, एयुएबी ने केवल यह मांग की कि मंत्री का आश्वासन लिखित में दिया जाए।  हालांकि, DoT ने लिखित में कुछ भी देने से इनकार कर दिया।  इसलिए, एयुएबी के सभी महासचिवों ने सर्वसम्मति से 18, 19 और 20 फरवरी, 2019 को आयोजित 3 दिवसीय हड़ताल पर जाने का फैसला किया।

उपरोक्त दो अवसर हैं, जब सरकार द्वारा वेतन संशोधन के संबंध में प्रस्ताव दिए गए थे।  दोनों ही मौकों पर एयुएबी के सभी महासचिवों ने एकमत से फैसला लिया है। एयुएबी के महासचिवों के बीच कोई मतभेद नहीं था।  इसलिए, बीएसएनएलईयू ने एनएफटीई के नेताओं को खुले तौर पर घोषणा करने के लिए एक खुली चुनौती दी, जब सरकार ने 5% फिटमेंट के साथ वेतन संशोधन को निपटाने का प्रस्ताव रखा और साथी पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, बीएसएनएलईयू ने इसे अस्वीकार कर दिया।  क्या एनएफटीई के नेता जवाब देंगे?

9th Membership Verification campaign programme is being conducted in full swing in Jharkhand Circle from CHQ. Com Animesh Mitra has visited 3 big BA in Jharkhand circle, viz., Ranchi, Jamshedpur and Dhanbad. On 19.09.2022, an open session meeting was organised in the open field of Ranchi telephone Exchange where Com. Binod Singh presided over the meeting. Com. Bijoy Paswan, CS and Com. Animesh Mitra, President were the main speakers. Good response came from the general members of circle office, telephone exchange, core net work circle. On the same day at 4:00 pm meeting organised at Jamshedpur GM office where com. Binod Kumar, presided over the meeting and Com.Ram Naresh, DS, Jamshedpur, deliberate the importance of BSNLEU victory in this 9^th MV. Com.Bijoy Paswan, CS and Com. Animesh Mitra, President narrated the struggle of BSNLEU on the genuine demands of workers and to save the Company. The members gathered in the meeting took the challenge to make the BSNLEU as the only recognise union in BSNL. On 22.09.2022, another meeting held at Dhanbad, TRC hall where com. Sudarshan Singh, DS, presided over the meeting and gave the inaugural lecture. Com. Bijoy paswan cs and Com.Animesh Mitra, President, narrated the present situation and important HR issues and specially the HoCC meeting and attack on BSNL workers. During this campaign programme it has come to our notice that the young workers including the JE are very much active to lead the circle union in this crucial situation. It is clear that this time BSNLEU will get more vote than the last year.

NFTE leaders are making a mischievous propaganda in many places stating that, the government came forward to settle Wage Revision with 5% fitment, but it was rejected by Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, BSNLEU. They also propagate that, Wage Revision issue is not settled only because of Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, BSNLEU. The following are the facts regarding the Wage Revision issue.

On 31.01.2019, the then Additional Secretary of DoT, Shri Anshu Prakash, told the AUAB leaders that he was willing to settle Wage Revision with 5 % fitment. This proposal was accepted by all the 9 General Secretaries of AUAB, including Com.P.Abhimanyu. However, on the next day itself, Shri Anshu Prakash, withdrew his proposal for 5% fitment, stating that, no one in the DoT was agreeing for settling Wage Revision with 5% fitment. 

Again, in the backdrop of the 3 day strike called on by the AUAB, Shri Anupam Shrivastava, the then CMD BSNL, informed the AUAB leaders on 13.02.2019 that, the Minister was willing to settle Wage Revision with 0% fitment immediately and that the Minister would settle for 5% fitment later on. This proposal was also accepted by all the General Secretaries of the AUAB. At the same time, the AUAB only demanded that the Minister’s assurance should be given in writing. However, the DoT refused to give anything in writing. Hence, all the General Secretaries of the AUAB unanimously decided to go on the 3 day strike, held on 18th, 19th & 20thFebruary, 2019. 

The above are the two occasions, when proposals were made by the government regarding Wage Revision. In both the occasions, all the General Secretaries of the AUAB have taken unanimous decisions. There was absolutely no difference of opinion among the General Secretaries of the AUAB. Hence, BSNLEU throws an open challenge to the leaders of NFTE to openly announce, when the government proposed to settle Wage Revision with 5% fitment and that Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, BSNLEU, rejected it. Will the NFTE leaders reply?

Com.Suresh Kumar, General Secretary, SNATTA, participated in the massive election campaign meeting held at Kolkata today. He addressed the meeting and explained about the various efforts taken by BSNLEU during the past 3 years to settle the burning problems of the DR JEs. Com.Suresh Kumar, emphatically declared in the meeting that, SNATTA and the DR JEs would massively vote for BSNLEU in the 9^th Membership Verification.

Kolkata and West Bengal circle unions of BSNLEU organised a massive election campaign meeting at the Telephone Bhawan, Kolkata, today. Com.Banani Chattopadhyay, and Com.Sisir Kumar Roy, Circle Presidents, presided over the meeting. Com.Shankar Keshar Nepal, Circle Secretary, Kolkata and Com.Sujoy Sarkar, Circle Secretary, West Bengal, welcomed everyone and addressed the gathering. Com.Suresh Kumar, General Secretary, SNATTA, addressed the meeting and praised BSNLEU’s functioning. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, spoke at length and explained about the anti-BSNL measures of the government which have ruined BSNL. Citing the roadblocks being created by the government, to stop BSNL’s 4G launching, the General Secretary explained that, the ultimate aim of the government is to ruin BSNL and to hand it over to the private. He called on the employees to come forward for protecting BSNL as a vibrant public sector company. The General Secretary explained the achievements of BSNLEU made in the past three years. He called on the employees to massively vote for BSNLEU.

बीएसएनएल वर्किंग वीमेंस को-ऑर्डिनेशन कमिटी (बीएसएनएल डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी-BSNLWWCC) का अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन दिसंबर, 2022 में तमिलनाडु में आयोजित किया जायेगा ।

बीएसएनएल वर्किंग वीमेंस को-ऑर्डिनेशन कमिटी (बीएसएनएल डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी) BSNLEU की उप-समिति है। BSNLEU के तमिलनाडु सर्किल यूनियन ने बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी के दूसरे अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन की मेजबानी करने के लिए सहमति दे दी है। यह सम्मेलन दिसंबर, 2022 में आयोजित किया जाएगा। सम्मेलन की सटीक तारीख और स्थल की घोषणा जल्द ही की जाएगी।

BSNL Working Women’s Co-ordination Committee (BSNL WWCC) is the sub-committee of BSNL Employees Union. Tamil Nadu circle union of BSNLEU has kindly consented to host the 2nd All India Convention of BSNL WWCC. This Convention will be held in December, 2022. Exact date of the Convention, as well as the venue will be announced shortly.

The BSNL Working Women’s Co-ordination Committee (BSNLWWCC) is organising two online meetings, in connection with the 9^th Membership Verification. The first meeting will be organised on 28.09.2022 in Hindi. It will be addressed by Com.Prakash Sharma, AGS. The second meeting will be organised in English on 29.09.2022. Com.John Verghese, Dy. General Secretary, will address this meeting. Both the meetings will be held at 7:00 pm. The main issues related to the 9^thMembership Verification would be explained in these meetings. The circle secretaries, CHQ office bearers and the BSNL WWCC members are requested to organise maximum number of women employees in these meetings.  Poster for the meeting may be forwarded to each and every women employee.
