A powerful lunch hour demonstration was organised at the Corporate Office today, as per the call of the Joint Forum. Thunderous slogans were raised, demanding settlement of Wage Revision, implementation of a New Promotion Policy for the Non-Executives and immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G & 5G services. Joint Forum leaders viz., Com.Chandeshwar Singh, Chairman, Com.P.Abhimanyu, Convenor, Com.R.C. Pandey, GS, BTEU, Com.K. Jayaprakash, GS, FNTO, Com.Suresh Kumar, GS, BSNL MS, Com.Rewati Prasad, AGS, ATM BSNL and Com.M.C. Sharma, Vice President, BSNL WRU, addressed and explained about the demands. Comrades from Corporate Office, NTR circle, UP (West) and Haryana, participated in this demonstration in large number.

टीटी एलआईसीई के लिए 14 सर्किलों में कोई रिक्त पद नहीं - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर इन सर्किलों में भी पद उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की है ।

बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने 2020 और 2021 के रिक्ति वर्षों के लिए टीटी एलआईसीई आयोजित करने के लिए पत्र जारी किया है ।  कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय के पत्र के अनुसार असम, आंध्र प्रदेश, बिहार, चेन्नई टेलीफोन, हिमाचल प्रदेश, एनई-I, एनई-II, तमिलनाडु, पश्चिम बंगाल, झारखंड, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर, यूपी (पूर्व) और एनटीआर के 14 सर्किलों में कोई रिक्त पद नहीं हैं । BSNLEU ने पहले ही प्रबंधन को बताया है कि दूरसंचार तकनीशियन संवर्ग सहित विभिन्न नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव संवर्गों के लिए स्वीकृत पद क्षेत्र स्तर की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं हैं।  इन परिस्थितियों में BSNLEU ने आज सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर उपरोक्त 14 सर्किलों में भी टीटी एलआईसीई के लिए दूरसंचार तकनीशियन पद उपलब्ध कराने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाने की मांग की है । 

The BSNL Corporate Office has issued letter for holding the TT LICE for the vacancy years of 2020 & 2021. It is shocking to note that, this TT LICE will be held only in 15 circles. As per the Corporate Office letter, there are no vacancies in the 14 circles of Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chennai Telephones, Himachal Pradesh, NE-I, NE-II, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Sikkim, J&K, UP(East) and NTR. BSNLEU has already pointed out to the Management that, the posts sanctioned for various Non-Executive cadres, including the Telecom Technician cadre, are not sufficient to meet the field level requirements. Under these circumstances, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today, demanding to take necessary steps for making Telecom Technician posts available for the TT LICE, in the above mentioned 14 circles also. 

As per the call of the Joint Forum of Non-Executive Unions and Associations of BSNL, lunch hour demonstrations are being organised throughout the country today demanding settlement of the following issues:-

1. Immediate settlement of the Wage Revision of the Non-Executives.
2. Implementation of New Promotion Policy for the Non-Executives.
3. Expeditious launching of BSNL’s 4G & 5G services.

The Joint Forum of the Non-Executive Unions and Associations of BSNL has given call for organising lunch hour demonstrations tomorrow the 07.02.2023, demanding immediate settlement of the issues of Wage Revision, New Promotion Policy and BSNL’s 4G & 5G launching. All circle and district secretaries of BSNLEU are requested to coordinate with the circle and district secretaries of other Non-Executive Unions and Associations and to organise the lunch hour demonstrations effectively tomorrow. BSNLEU की उत्साहपूर्ण सीईसी मीटिंग आज ऑनलाइन आयोजित हुई।

BSNLEU की सीईसी बैठक आज 04-02-2023 को ऑनलाइन आयोजित की गई।  इस बैठक में 45 सीईसी सदस्यों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।  साथी जॉन वर्गीज, उप महासचिव ने शोक प्रस्ताव पेश किया।  सदन ने एक मिनट का मौन रखकर दिवंगत नेताओं को श्रद्धांजलि दी। साथी अनिमेष मित्रा, अध्यक्ष ने अध्यक्षीय भाषण दिया।  तत्पश्चात, साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने चर्चा के लिए नोट प्रस्तुत किया ।  सभी 45 सीईसी सदस्यों ने विचार-विमर्श में भाग लिया।  वेतन संशोधन, नई पदोन्नति नीति, बीएसएनएल की 4Gऔर 5G सेवा का आरंभ और संयुक्त फोरम के कामकाज को मजबूत करने जैसे महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर गंभीरता से चर्चा की गई ।  बैठक में बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ और बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी को मजबूत करने के संबंध में भी विचार-विमर्श किया गया। आखिर में साथी पी.  अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने सारांश भाषण दिया । बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से दिनांक 05-04-2023 को नई दिल्ली में होने वाली मजदूर किसान रैली में कर्मचारियों को व्यापक रूप से लामबन्द करने का निर्णय लिया गया ।  बैठक में कर्मचारियों के ज्वलंत मुद्दों के निपटारे और यूनियन को मजबूत करने के संबंध में भी कई अहम फैसले लिए गए । 

अदालती प्रक्रियाओं के कारण विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई  के परिणामों की घोषणा में विलंब । 

विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणाम अभी घोषित नहीं किए गए हैं ।  ऐसा इसलिए है क्योंकि नई दिल्ली में प्रिंसिपल कैट ने पीडब्ल्यूडी आरक्षण चाहने वाले उम्मीदवारों द्वारा दायर मामले में परिणाम घोषित करने पर रोक लगा दी है ।  यह मामला 31-01-2023 को सुनवाई के लिए सूचीबद्ध किया गया था ।  हालांकि, यह उस दिन सुनवाई के लिए नहीं आया क्योंकि इस मामले से पहले बहुत सारे मामले सूचीबद्ध थे ।  लिहाजा जज ने इस केस की सुनवाई 07-02-2023 तक के लिए टाल दी है ।  हमें उम्मीद है कि उस दिन स्टे हट  जाएगा।  स्टे हटने से पहले प्रबंधन रिजल्ट घोषित नहीं कर सकता ।  यदि ऐसा किया जाता है तो सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को "अदालत  की अवमानना की कार्यवाही " का सामना करना पड़ेगा ।  यह इस मामले से जुड़े मामले की हकीकत है ।  लेकिन गलत सूचना फैलाई जा रही है कि BSNLEU परिणामों की घोषणा के लिए कोई कदम नहीं उठा रहा है।  साथियों से अनुरोध है कि दुष्प्रचार पर ध्यान न दें । 

The CEC meeting of BSNLEU was held online today the 04-02-2023. 45 CEC members enthusiastically participated in this meeting. Com John Verghese, Deputy General Secretary moved the condolence resolution. The house paid homage to the departed leaders by observing a minute‘s silence. Com. Animesh Mitra, President, delivered the presidential address. Thereafter, Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, presented the note for discussion. All the 45 CEC members participated in the lively deliberations. Important issues, such as Wage Revision, New Promotion Policy, BSNL’s 4G & 5G launching and strengthening the functioning of the Joint Forum were seriously discussed. The meeting also held deliberations regarding strengthening the BSNLCCWF and the BSNLWWCC. Finally, Com.P. Abhimanyu, GS, delivered the summing up address. The meeting unanimously decided to massively mobilise the employees in the Mazdoor Kisan rally, to be held at New Delhi on 05-04-2023. The meeting also took many important decisions regarding settlement of the burning issues of the employees and also strengthening the Union.
