The JE LICE (50% internal quota) was held on 18.12.2022. The results of this JE LICE were  declared on 18.01.2023. So far, the Management has not announced anything regarding the training programme of these JEs. Hence, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Ms. Samita Luthra, GM (Rectt. & Trng.) today and demanded early training programme for the candidates who have qualified in the JE LICE. The GM (Rectt. & Trng.) replied that, the Corporate Office has already taken up this issue with the CGM, ALTTC. She also replied that, Management is taking efforts to arrange the JE training programme in the month of March, 2023. 

As per the new Accommodation Policy for unions and associations, implemented by the Corporate Office, office accommodation will not be provided for the district unions functioning throughout the country at the OA level. After this order was issued, in many OAs, the unscrupulous officers have started pressurising our district unions to vacate the union office. Hence, BSNLEU strongly raised the demand that union office accommodation should be provided to the district unions functioning at the OA level, having the paid membership of 15 or more. Further, BSNLEU submitted the details of all the district unions functioning at the OA level, with paid membership of 15 or more. BSNLEU is continuously pressing on the Management to consider this demand. Once again this issue was discussed by Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, with Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) yesterday. It was told by the PGM(SR) that, this issue is being seriously looked into by the Management and that, a decision would be taken shortly.

छूटे हुए कैडरों का पुन: पदनाम - BSNLEU ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Restg) के साथ चर्चा की। 

BSNLEU ने पहले ही मांग की है कि छूटे हुए कैडरों जैसे हिंदी अनुवादक, कारपेंटर, ड्राइवर आदि के पदनाम भी बदले जाने चाहिए। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने सुश्री अनीता जौहरी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Restg) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की।  उन्होंने BSNLEU की मांग पर सहमति व्यक्त की और आश्वासन दिया कि शीघ्र कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

खुशखबर - विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणाम घोषित करने के लिए प्रिंसिपल CAT में दायर याचिका।

18.12.2022 को आयोजित विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणाम कोर्ट स्टे के कारण घोषित नहीं किए गए हैं।  इस मामले की सुनवाई 07.02.2023 के लिए निर्धारित की गई थी, लेकिन इसे 01.03.2023 के लिए टाल दिया गया था।  कोई नहीं जानता कि सुनवाई 01.03.2023 को होगी या फिर टल जाएगी। BSNLEU दबाव डाल रहा है कि प्रबंधन को परिणाम घोषित करने के लिए अनुमोदन के लिए अदालत में एक याचिका दायर करनी चाहिए।  कल, इस मुद्दे पर साथी पी.  अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ चर्चा की थी।  आज उन्होंने फिर इस बारे में श्री सौरभ त्यागी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) से चर्चा की। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (Estt.) द्वारा बताया गया कि प्रबंधन ने परिणाम घोषित करने की अनुमति के लिए अदालत में याचिका दायर की है।

The results of the Special JTO LICE held on 18.12.2022, is not declared because of court stay. The hearing on this case was scheduled for 07.02.2023, but was postponed to 01.03.2023. Nobody knows whether the hearing will take place on 01.03.2023 or will be postponed again. BSNLEU is pressing that, Management should file a petition in the court, seeking approval for declaring the results. Yesterday, this issue was discussed by Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, with the Director (HR). Today, again he discussed this with Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Estt.). It was informed by the PGM(Estt.) that, the Management has filed petition in the court, seeking permission for declaring the results. 

BSNLEU has already demanded that, designation of the left out cadres like Hindi Translators, Carpenter, Driver, etc., should also be changed. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(Restg.). She agreed to the demand of BSNLEU and assured that, speedy action would be taken. 

The Corporate Office has issued letter for holding the Telecom Technician LICE. As per this letter, vacancies are available only in 15 circles and there are no vacancies in 14 circles, including many major circles. This has created disappointment among the candidates in circles where no vacancy is there. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Estt.).  He demanded that, the 50% posts under the Direct Recruitment quota should be diverted, so that posts are made available in all the circles for conducting the TT LICE. The PGM(Estt.) stated that the demand of BSNLEU would be looked into. 

BSNLEU is continuously pressing on the Management to hold the National Council meeting without further delay. This issue was once again discussed with Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR), by Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS today. After discussion the PGM(SR) stated that they would hold the National Council meeting in the month of March.

The Kerala circle office has sent letter to the Corporate Office, seeking approval for successful LICE candidates to be promoted as AD(OL) and SDE(OL). This approval is sought, based on the judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. However, the Corporate Office has not given the approval so far. BSNLEU has written a letter GM(Pers.), in this regard. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri S.N. Gupta, GM(Pers.) today and requested him to give necessary approval to Kerala circle at the earliest.
