बीबीसी पर इनकम टैक्स का छापा । अडानी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई कहां है ?

आयकर विभाग ने दिल्ली और मुंबई में ब्रिटिश ब्रॉडकास्टिंग कॉरपोरेशन (बीबीसी) के दफ्तरों पर छापेमारी की है।  कुछ हफ़्ते पहले, बीबीसी ने 2002 में गुजरात में हुए सांप्रदायिक दंगों पर एक वृत्तचित्र जारी किया था। तुरंत ही, मोदी सरकार ने उस वृत्तचित्र पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया।  अब बीबीसी पर किए गए आयकर के छापे को डॉक्यूमेंट्री जारी करने के लिए "बदले की कार्रवाई" के रूप में देखा जाता है।  एडिटर्स गिल्ड ऑफ इंडिया और प्रेस क्लब ऑफ इंडिया ने कहा है कि आयकर छापे संवैधानिक लोकतंत्र को कमजोर करते हैं।  अडानी द्वारा किए गए शेयर बाजार धोखाधड़ी को पूरा देश देख रहा है।  भारतीय शेयर धारकों को लाखों करोड़ रुपये का नुकसान हुआ है।  सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के भारतीय स्टेट बैंक और एलआईसी ने हजारों करोड़ रुपये का निवेश किया है।  अडानी ने भारत के लोगों और सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की कंपनियों को लूटा है।  *लेकिन, अभी तक मोदी सरकार के इनकम टैक्स या ईडी (प्रवर्तन निदेशालय) ने अडानी को छुआ तक नहीं है ।  क्यों ?  

The Income Tax Department has conducted raids in the offices of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) at Delhi and Mumbai. A few weeks back, the BBC released a documentary on the communal riots that took place in Gujarat in 2002. Immediately, the Modi government banned that documentary. The Income Tax raids conducted on BBC now, are viewed as a “revenge action” for releasing the documentary. The Editors Guild of India and the Press Club of India have termed that the Income Tax raids undermine Constitutional Democracy. The whole country is witnessing the share market frauds committed by Adani. Indian share holders have lost lakhs of crores of rupees. The Public Sector State Bank of India and LIC have invested thousands of crores of rupees. Adani has looted the Indian people and the Public Sector companies. But, so far, Modi government’s Income Tax or ED (Enforcement Directorate) have not even touched Adani. Why?

डीओटी द्वारा भर्ती किए गए और प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजे गए, लेकिन बीएसएनएल में नियुक्त कर्मचारियों को प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी करना - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा।

2000 में डीओटी द्वारा भर्ती किए गए और प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजे गए कर्मचारी, लेकिन जिन्हें बीएसएनएल के गठन के बाद नियुक्त किया गया था, उन्हें प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी किया जाना चाहिए। दो CAT  और दो हाईकोर्ट ने उनके पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया है।  हालांकि बीएसएनएल ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपील की है।  इसलिए प्रभावित कर्मचारी मानसिक पीड़ा में हैं।  निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर पहले ही कई बार चर्चा की जा चुकी है।  आज BSNLEU ने एक बार फिर सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर उनके हस्तक्षेप का अनुरोध किया है।

नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को आईडीए बकाया का भुगतान - BSNLEU माननीय संचार मंत्री श्री अश्विनी वैष्णव के हस्तक्षेप की मांग करता है।

01.10.2020 से 30.06.2021 की अवधि के लिए बीएसएनएल के नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स की आईडीए वृद्धि को सरकार के किसी अधिकार के बिना प्रबंधन द्वारा रोक दिया गया था। BSNLEU ने माननीय केरल उच्च न्यायालय में एक रिट याचिका दायर की।  माननीय केरल उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा 17.02.2021 को एक आदेश जारी किया गया था, जिसमें सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को आईडीए वृद्धि का भुगतान करने का निर्देश दिया गया था।  हालाँकि, 18.01.2022 को, डीओटी ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को आईडीए बकाया का भुगतान नहीं करने का निर्देश जारी किया।  तब से BSNLEU आईडीए बकाया के भुगतान के लिए सचिव (दूरसंचार), सदस्य (सेवा) आदि के दरवाजे खटखटा रहा है।  आज, BSNLEU ने श्री अश्विनी वैष्णव, माननीय संचार मंत्री को पत्र लिखकर उनसे इस मामले में हस्तक्षेप करने की अपील की है।

The employees recruited and sent for training by the DoT in 2000, but who were appointed after the formation of BSNL, should be issued with Presidential Orders. Two CATs and two High Courts have given judgement in their favour. However, BSNL has gone on appeal in the Supreme Court. Hence, the affected employees are in mental agony. The issue is already discussed with the Director (HR) many times. Today, BSNLEU has once again written letter to the CMD BSNL, requesting for his intervention.

BSNLEU, Kerala circle union, organised protest demonstrations against the anti-worker, anti-people and pro-corporate budget of the Central Government. This programme is organised at Trivandrum, Kollam, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Kozhikode and Kannur districts. The CHQ of BSNLEU heartily congratulates the Kerala circle union for organising protest action against the pro-corproate budget. 

The circle union of BSNLEU, Andhra Pradesh circle, organised a women’s convention at Vijayawada on 12.02.2023. Com.K. Ramadevi, CS & VP (CHQ), presided over the convention. Com.P.Asokababu, senior leader, addressed the convention and explained in detail about the necessity of women employees to participate in union activities. Com.K.S.C.Bose, CS, AIBDPA, Com.N. Ramarao, ACS, Com.K. Prabhakara Rao, GS, BSNLCCWF, Com.V. Ravikumar, DS, Krishna BA and Com.Ramana Murthy, also addressed the meeting.  Com.Sri Lakshmi, member of BSNL WWCC, All  India Committee, reported on the decisions and resolutions of the All India Convention held at Kanyakumari. Com.K. Dhana Lakshmi, Convenor, Sramika Mahila Samanvya Committee, CITU, greeted the participants. Com.S. Krishna Balaji, ACS, summed up the discussions and delivered the vote of thanks.

The IDA increase of the BSNL Non-Executives, for the period from 01.10.2020 to 30.06.2021 was frozen by the Management without any authorisation of the Government. BSNLEU filed a writ petition in the Hon’ble Kerala High Court. An order was issued by the Hon’ble Kerala High Court on 17.02.2021, directing the CMD BSNL to pay the IDA increase. However, on 18.01.2022, the DoT issued direction to the CMD BSNL not to pay the IDA arrears. Ever since then BSNLEU is knocking the doors of the Secretary (Telecom), Member (Services), etc., for getting the payment of the IDA arrears. Today, BSNLEU has written letter to Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hon’ble Minister of Communications, appealing to him to intervene on this matter.

इच्छुक नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को रु.50 लाख के साथ ग्रुप टर्म इंस्यूरंस में शामिल होने की अनुमति दें- BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को लिखा है।

BSNLEU द्वारा किए गए गंभीर प्रयासों के कारण ग्रुप टर्म इंश्योरेंस (GTI) को नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के लिए भी लागू किया गया है। नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के लिए जीटीआई के तहत बीमा राशि 20 लाख रुपये है और 15.09.1972 से पहले जन्म लेने वालों के लिए प्रीमियम राशि 18,172/- रुपये है और 15.09.1972 के बाद जन्म होने वालों के लिए प्रीमियम राशि रुपये है।  3,776/-। एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के मामले में उनके जीटीआई के तहत बीमित राशि रु. 50 लाख है।  15.09.1972 से पहले जन्म लेने वालों के लिए प्रीमियम राशि 45,430/- रुपये है और 15.09.1972 के बाद जन्म लेने वालों के लिए प्रीमियम राशि 12,980/- रुपये है।  इन परिस्थितियों में, कुछ नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स 50 लाख रुपये की बीमा राशि के साथ जीटीआई में शामिल होने की इच्छा रखते हैं।  वे उच्च प्रीमियम राशि का भुगतान करने को तैयार हैं।  इसलिए, BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर मांग की है कि जो नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स उच्च बीमा राशि के साथ जीटीआई में शामिल होने के इच्छुक हैं, उन्हें ऐसा करने की अनुमति दी जानी चाहिए।
