Government has rejected Wage Revision to BSNL employees, saying that BSNL is running into loss. But, why BSNL is running into loss? It is only because of government’s policies.  The Modi government is creating hurdles in BSNL’s 4G launching. BSNL could not start it’s 4G only because of the government’s anti-BSNL policies. But, all the private companies are launching their 5G service. Government’s policy is to convert BSNL into a sick company and thereafter hand it over to some corporate, like Adani or Ambani. We should not forget how Air India was sold to TATA at cheap rate. The government is taking serious steps to privatise all the Public Sector companies including LIC, Banks, Oil companies, etc. At the same time, India’s big corporates are earning super profits, because of government’s pro-corporate policies. For example, in the list of world’s richest persons, Adani was in 140^th place in 2014. But, during the 9 year period of Modi government, Adani has become world's 2^nd richest man. At the same time, the workers, kisans, agricultural workers, unorganised workers, etc., are being pushed into poverty. To protect the Indian Public Sector and to defeat government’s anti-worker, anti-people and pro-corporate policies, a massive rally of workers and kisans (Mazdoor Kisan rally) is being organised at New Delhi on 05.04.2023. Central Government, State Government, Bank, LIC and BSNL employees are also participating in this rally. BSNLEU calls upon the BSNL employees to massively participate in this rally. 

मजदूर किसान रैली के संबंध में आज दिनांक 18.02.2023 को आयोजित समन्वय समिति बैठक के निर्णय।

BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति (सीओसी) की बैठक आज 18.02.2023 को ऑनलाइन आयोजित की गई।  बैठक में मजदूर किसान रैली की मांगों को लोकप्रिय बनाने के लिए निम्नलिखित अभियान कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया।

A.  24.02.2023 को प्रदर्शन और गेट मीटिंग आयोजित की जानी है।

B.  जिला स्तरीय सम्मेलनों का आयोजन दिनांक 10.03.2023 को किया जाना है।

C.  कर्मचारियों से मुलाकात कार्यक्रम दिनांक 13.03.2023 से 18.03.2023 तक आयोजित किया जाना है।

D.  नुक्कड़ सभाओं का आयोजन दिनांक 27.03.2023 से 31.03.2023 तक किया जाना है।

धरना व गेट मीटिंग की तिथि बदली गई है।  इसके अलावा, डिस्ट्रिक्ट जनरल बॉडी की बैठकों के बजाय, समन्वय समिति द्वारा जिला स्तरीय सम्मेलनों का आयोजन किया जाएगा।  सभी साथियों से अनुरोध है कि तारीख और कार्यक्रम में हुए बदलावों को नोट कर लें।  समन्वय समिति के फैसलों को सफलतापूर्वक लागू करने के लिए सभी प्रयास किए जाने चाहिये ।

A meeting of the Coordination Committee (CoC) of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF is held online today the 18.02.2023. The meeting decided to organise the following campaign programme, for popularising the demands of the Mazdoor Kisan Rally. 

1. Demonstrations and Gate meetings are to be organised on 24.02.2023.
2. District level conventions are to be organised on 10.03.2023.
3. Meet the employees programme is to be organised from 13.03.2023 to 18.03.2023.
4. Street Corner meetings are to be organised from 27.03.2023 to 31.03.2023.

Date of the Demonstration and Gate meeting is changed. Further, instead of District General Body Meetings, District Level Conventions will be organised by the CoC. All comrades are requested to make note of the changes in the date and the programme. All out efforts may be taken to successfully implement the decisions of the CoC.

अडानी के घोटालों की जांच सुप्रीम कोर्ट के रिटायर्ड जज करेंगे - केंद्र सरकार के सुझाए नामों को कोर्ट ने खारिज किया ।

अडानी द्वारा किए गए शेयर बाजार धोखाधड़ी को पूरा देश देख रहा है।  अपनी गाढ़ी कमाई को शेयर बाजार में लगाने वाले आम लोगों के लाखों-करोड़ों रुपए डूब गए हैं।  एलआईसी ने अडानी की कंपनियों में 30,127 करोड़ रुपये का निवेश किया है।  भारतीय स्टेट बैंक ने अडानी को 2.6 बिलियन डॉलर (22,620 करोड़ रुपये) का कर्ज दिया है।  कोई नहीं बता सकता कि इन सभी ऋणों और निवेशों का क्या होगा।  लेकिन मोदी सरकार ने आज तक अडानी द्वारा किए गए घोटालों की जांच भी शुरू नहीं की है । अडानी द्वारा की गई धोखाधड़ी की जांच की मांग को लेकर कुछ नागरिकों द्वारा सुप्रीम कोर्ट में मामला दायर किया गया था।  इन परिस्थितियों में सरकार ने इस मामले की जांच के लिए तीन नाम (सीलबंद लिफाफे में) सुप्रीम कोर्ट को सौंपे।  हालांकि, कल सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सरकार द्वारा सौंपे गए नामों को खारिज कर दिया और कहा कि अडानी की धोखाधड़ी की जांच सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीश करेंगे।

प्रबंधन ने श्री पंचोक दोरजे को लुधियाना से कार्यमुक्त करने के लिए कार्रवाई की।

दिनांक 28.12.2022 को लुधियाना  जिला के कुख्यात महाप्रबंधक श्री पंचोक दोरजे का स्थानांतरण आदेश जारी किया गया था ।  हालाँकि, उन्हें कार्यमुक्त नहीं किया गया, क्योंकि उनके रिलीवर ने ज्वाइन नहीं किया।  इस अवसर का उपयोग करते हुए, श्री पंचोक दोरजे ने कर्मचारियों, विशेष रूप से BSNLEU के सदस्यों को प्रताड़ित और परेशान करना जारी रखा।  महासचिव ने बार-बार इसे सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल और निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के संज्ञान में लिया।  कल, साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव एक बार फिर श्री पी.के. पुरवार, सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को मिले और उनसे आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया।  इसके बाद, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने कल शाम पत्र जारी किया, जिसमें गुजरात सर्कल के एक अधिकारी को श्री पंचोक दोरजे के रिलीवर के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया। BSNLEU बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी का दिल से धन्यवाद करता है।

The whole nation is witnessing the share market frauds committed by Adani. The common people, who have invested their hard earned money in the share market, have lost lakhs of crores of rupees. The LIC has invested Rs.30,127 crore in Adani’s companies. The State Bank of India has given a loan of $2.6 billion (Rs.22,620 crore) to Adani. Nobody can tell what will happen to all these loans and investments. But till today, the Modi government has not even started an enquiry in to the frauds committed by Adani. A case was filed in the Supreme Court by some citizens demanding an investigation into the cheatings done by Adani. Under these circumstances, the government submitted 3 names (in a sealed cover) to the Supreme Court for investigating this matter. However, yesterday, the Supreme Court rejected the names submitted by the government and has stated that a retired Supreme Court judge would investigate the frauds of Adani.

Transfer order was issued to Shri Punchok Dorjey, the notorious General Manager of Ludhiana district, on 28.12.2022. However, he was not relieved, since his reliever did not join. Utilising this opportunity, Shri Punchok Dorjey continued to victimise and harass the employees, especially members of BSNLEU. General Secretary repeatedly took this to the notice of the CMD BSNL and the Director (HR). Yesterday, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, once again met Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL and requested him to take necessary action. Thereafter, the Corporate Office issued letter yesterday evening, posting one officer from Gujarat circle, as the reliever of Shri Punchok Dorjey. BSNLEU heartily thanks the CMD BSNL.

विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणामों की घोषणा - महासचिव, BSNLEU ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) के साथ चर्चा की।

BSNLEU ने पहले ही सूचित किया है कि, प्रबंधन ने प्रिंसिपल CAT में एक याचिका दायर की थी, जिसमें विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणाम घोषित करने के लिए न्यायालय से 'अनुमति' की मांग की गई थी। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज श्री सौरभ त्यागी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की और इस मामले की स्थिति के बारे में पूछताछ की। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) ने कहा कि मामला 14.02.2023 को सुनवाई के लिए आया था।  लेकिन, याचिकाकर्ताओं के अधिवक्ता सुनवाई से अनुपस्थित रहे  (अनचाहे?) । बीएसएनएल के अधिवक्ता ने 'एकपक्षीय आदेश' जारी करने का तर्क दिया।  हालांकि कोर्ट ने इसे नहीं माना और कहा कि याचिकाकर्ताओं के अधिवक्ता को नोटिस जारी किया जाएगा।  अब, परिणाम घोषित करने के लिए न्यायालय की अनुमति मांगने वाली इस याचिका की सुनवाई 01.03.2023 को मुख्य मामले के साथ होगी।  बीएसएनएल ने CAT के समक्ष दायर याचिका में, विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणाम घोषित करने की इच्छा व्यक्त की है, पीडब्ल्यूडी उम्मीदवारों के लिए 4% पद अलग रखकर। यह जानकारी प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) ने आज की चर्चा में दी।
