The Bhopal CEC meeting of BSNLEU, held on 06t^h & 07^th May, 2023, has decided to organise Zonal level meetings, to discuss and decide about the ways and means of reviving the contract workers union. Based on this decision, the All India Centre of BSNLEU has decided that the South Zone meeting shall be held at Hyderabad on 09.07.2023.

The Joint Forum of the Non-Executive Unions and Associations of BSNL has already taken decision to organise a massive Delhi Chalo programme on 26.06.2023. However, comrades from many circles have informed that, train tickets to and from Delhi are not available during that period. This is due to the fact that, it is vacation period for North India up to 30.06.2023 and hence there will be a lot of rush in the trains. The Joint Forum reviewed this position and has now decided to organise the Delhi Chalo programme on 07.07.2023. Lot of train tickets are available for this date. Hence, all the circle secretaries of the constituents of the Joint Forum are requested to immediately book the tickets for the Delhi Chalo programme and to make it a grand success. It must be also noted that, there is no change in the dates of the Human Chain and March to Governor’s Residence programmes.

कारपोरेट कार्यालय बीमा प्रीमियम का भुगतान दो किस्तों में करने के बारे में पत्र जारी करता है। 

कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय ने कल पत्र जारी कर जानकारी दी है कि स्वैच्छिक समूह स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना-Voluntary Group Health Insurance Scheme का प्रीमियम दो किस्तों में काटा जा सकता है । पत्र की प्रति संलग्न है।

संयुक्त मंच ने सचिव, दूरसंचार को 01.10.2000 से पहले डीओटी द्वारा भर्ती किये गये और प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजे गए कर्मचारियों को प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी करने की मांग करते हुए लिखा।

नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों के संयुक्त मंच ने दिनांक 15.05.2023 को हुई अपनी ऑनलाइन बैठक में सचिव, दूरसंचार को पत्र लिखने का निर्णय लिया है, जिसमें दूरसंचार विभाग, बीएसएनएल के गठन से पहले भर्ती किए गए और प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजे गये लेकिन जिनकी वास्तविक नियुक्ति बीएसएनएल द्वारा 01.10.2000 के बाद की गई थी ऐसे सभी कर्मचारियों को प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी करने की मांग की गई है। तीन माननीय CAT और दो माननीय उच्च न्यायालयों ने कर्मचारियों के पक्ष में निर्णय दिए हैं। संयुक्त मंच ने कल दूरसंचार सचिव को पत्र लिखकर इन सभी मुद्दों पर प्रकाश डाला है ।

The Joint Forum of the Non-Executive Unions and Associations, in it’s meeting held online on 15.05.2023, has decided to write letter to the Secretary, Telecom, demanding issuing of Presidential Orders to all the employees who were recruited and sent for training by the DoT, before formation of BSNL, but whose actual appointment was made by BSNL after 01.10.2000. Three Hon’ble CATs and two Hon’ble High Courts have given judgements in favour of the employees. The Joint Forum wrote letter to the Secretary, Telecom, yesterday, highlighting all these issues.

The Corporate Office issued letter yesterday, informing that the premium of the Voluntary Group Health Insurance Scheme can be deducted in two installments. Copy of the letter is enclosed.

सीएचक्यू सर्कुलर, सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों को मानव श्रृंखला, राज्यपाल के निवास तक मार्च और दिल्ली चलो कार्यक्रमों को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करने का आह्वान करता है।

संयुक्त मंच ने निम्नलिखित कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का निर्णय पहले ही ले लिया है : 

1. दिनांक 01.06.2023 को मानव श्रृंखला. 
2. 14.06.2023 को राज्यपाल के निवास तक मार्च. 
3. 26.06.2023 को दिल्ली चलो. 

BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने आज एक विस्तृत सर्कुलर जारी किया है, जिसमें सर्किल और जिला यूनियनों को उपर्युक्त सभी कार्यक्रमों को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया गया है। सीएचक्यू ने कहा है कि दिल्ली चलो कार्यक्रम के लिए समय बहुत कम है ।  इसलिए यात्रा टिकट तत्काल बुक करा लेना चाहिए।

The Joint Forum has already decided to organise the following programmes:-

1. 01.06.2023                   – Human Chain  
2. 14.06.2023                   – March to Governor’s Residence.
3. 26.06.2023                   – Delhi Chalo

The CHQ of BSNLEU has issued a detailed circular today, calling on the circle and district unions to successfully organise all the above mentioned programmes. The CHQ has mentioned that, the time available for Delhi Chalo programme is very less. Hence, journey tickets should be booked immediately.

The online exam for the JE trainees was held yesterday the 17.05.2023. It has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that, the server went down for 20 to 30 minutes, when the online exam was going on. In the Mysuru Training Centre, this has been immediately taken to the notice of the authorities. However, they have expressed their helplessness since the entire process of examination was being organised by the ALTTC, Ghaziabad. Hence, BSNLEU has written letter to the GM(Rectt.), BSNL CO. BSNLEU has pointed out that, the trainees should not be made to suffer because of the technical problems that have taken place during the online exam. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, also spoke to Ms. Samita Luthra, GM(Rectt.) and has requested to look into the issue. The GM(Rectt.) has assured to do the needful.
