The BSNL & DoT Pensioners Association (India) has extended it’s support to the programmes. In his letter, written to the CMD BSNL, Com.D.D. Mistry, General Secretary, has justified the demands of the Joint Forum and has urged early settlement of the same.

BSNLEU, उत्तर प्रदेश (पश्चिम) सर्कल की सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक कल दिनांक 28.05.2023 को एएलटीटीसी, गाजियाबाद में आयोजित की गई थी। उत्तर प्रदेश (पश्चिम) सर्कल यूनियन ने बैठक के लिए अच्छे इंतजाम किए । सर्कल सेक्रेटरी साथी पुनीत कुमार ने सभी का स्वागत किया। बैठक की अध्यक्षता साथी अंसार अली ने की। बैठक में साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने भाग लिया। अपने संबोधन में, महासचिव ने विस्तार से बात की और सरकार की गलत नीतियों के बारे में बताया जिसके परिणामस्वरूप वेतन संशोधन से इनकार किया गया, बीएसएनएल की 4G और 5G सेवाओं का आरंभ करने में अत्यधिक देरी हुई। उन्होंने नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के ज्वलंत मुद्दों को निपटाने के लिए कर्मचारियों को व्यापक रूप से लामबंद करने के संयुक्त मंच के फैसले के बारे में भी बताया। उन्होंने भोपाल सीईसी की बैठक में लिए गए फैसलों के बारे में भी बताया। तत्पश्चात, साथी सुखवीर सिंग, संगठन सचिव, ( सीएचक्यू ) और साथी अश्विन कुमार, संगठन सचिव, ( सीएचक्यू ) ने बैठक को संबोधन किया और अपने विचार गृह के समक्ष रखे । विचार-विमर्श में सभी जिला सचिवों और सर्कल यूनियन पदाधिकारियों ने भाग लिया। बैठक में BSNLEU को मजबूत करने और उत्तर प्रदेश (पश्चिम) सर्कल में इसके कामकाज के लिए निर्णय लिया गया है।

टीटी एलआईसीई में उपस्थित होने के लिए सीजीएम कार्यालय में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों  की पात्रता।

सीजीएम कार्यालय में कार्यरत कुछ कर्मचारी आगामी टीटी एलआईसीई में उपस्थित होने के पात्र हैं। लेकिन, सीजीएम कार्यालयों में टेलीकॉम तकनीशियन पद उपलब्ध नहीं हैं। इस मुद्दे पर कुछ दिन पहले BSNLEU द्वारा प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.), बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के साथ चर्चा की गई थी। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) ने स्पष्ट किया कि सीजीएम कार्यालयों में काम करने वाले पात्र कर्मचारी उन जिलों में टीटी एलआईसीई में उपस्थित होने के हकदार हैं, जहां से उनकी भर्ती की गई है। अहमदाबाद और मुंबई सीजीएम कार्यालयों से मामले BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू को भेजे गए थे। जैसा कि ऊपर बताया गया है, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने इन दोनों सर्किलों को दिशानिर्देश दिए हैं।

Some officials working in the CGM Office are eligible to appear in the forthcoming TT LICE. But, Telecom Technician posts are not available in the CGM Offices. This issue was discussed by BSNLEU with the PGM(Estt.), BSNL CO., a few days back. The PGM(Estt.) clarified that, the eligible officials working in the CGM Offices are entitled to appear in the TT LICE, in the districts from where they are recruited. Cases were referred to the CHQ of BSNLEU from Ahmedabad and Mumbai CGM Offices. The Corporate Office has given guideline to both these circles, as mentioned above.

The Circle Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU, UP(West) circle, was held yesterday the 28.05.2023 at ALTTC, Ghaziabad. The UP(West) circle union has made good arrangements for the meeting. Com. Puneet Kumar, Circle Secretary, welcomed everyone. Com.Ansar Ali, President, presided over the meeting. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, participated in the meeting. In his address, the General Secretary spoke at length and explained about the wrong policies of the government which has resulted in denial of Wage Revision, extreme delay in the launching of BSNL’s 4G & 5G services. He also explained about the Joint Forum’s decision to massively mobilise the employees to settle the burning issues of the Non-Executives. He also explained about the decisions taken in the Bhopal CEC meeting. Thereafter, Com.Sukhvir Singh, Organising Secretary (CHQ) and Com.Ashwin Kumar, Organising Secretary (CHQ), addressed the meeting and placed their views before the house. All the district secretaries and circle office bearers participated in the deliberations. The meeting has taken decisions to strengthen BSNLEU and it’s functioning in UP (West) circle.

ई-एपीएआर-e-APAR के लिए स्व-मूल्यांकन-Self Appraisals प्रस्तुत करने की अंतिम तिथि  31.05.2023 तक बढ़ाई गई।

2022-23 की अवधि के लिए ई-एपीएआर के लिए स्व-मूल्यांकन प्रस्तुत करने की अंतिम तिथि मूल रूप से 15.05.2023 निर्धारित की गई थी। इसके बाद इसे 22.05.2023 तक बढ़ाया गया था। अब इसके लिए अंतिम तिथि को बढ़ाकर 31.05.2023 कर दिया गया है। इस आशय का एक पत्र कल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय द्वारा जारी किया गया था। NE-9 और उससे ऊपर के वेतनमानों में नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को भी स्व-मूल्यांकन प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

The Joint Forum of the Non-Executive Unions and Associations of BSNL has already given call to organise Human Chain at the district level (01.06.2023), March to Raj Bhawan (14.06.2023) at the circle level and finally for the Delhi Chalo programme (07.07.2023). These programmes are to mobilise the employees massively, demanding immediate settlement of Wage Revision, launching of BSNL’s 4G & 5G services without further delay and for implementation of a New Promotion Policy. Yesterday, the Joint Forum has issued notification to the CMD BSNL and the Secretary, Telecom, for organising these programmes. This notification should be taken to each and every employee in BSNL, by translating into the regional languages. CHQ will send the Hindi translation shortly. All the circle and district secretaries of BSNLEU are requested to effectively take this message to the grass-root level employees.

The last date for submitting self-appraisals for the e-APAR for the period 2022-23, had been originally fixed as 15.05.2023. Thereafter, it was extended up to 22.05.2023. Now, the last date for this has been extended up to 31.05.2023. A letter to this effect was issued by the Corporate Office yesterday. The Non-Executives in NE-9 and above pay scales also have to submit self-appraisals.

हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्कल में अनुसूचित जाति के उम्मीदवार के जेएओ एलआईसीई परिणाम की समीक्षा - BSNLEU एक बार फिर महाप्रबंधक (Pers.) को लिखता है।

वर्ष 2016 में हिमाचल प्रदेश में आयोजित JAO LICE (40% कोटा), अनुसूचित जाति वर्ग में 2 खाली रिक्त पदों को आगे बढ़ाए बिना आयोजित किया गया है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, 2 अनुसूचित जाति के उम्मीदवारों ने जेएओ बनने का अवसर खो दिया है। BSNLEU ने पहले ही महाप्रबंधक (Pers.), बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस के साथ इस मुद्दे को उठाया है। चूंकि इस मुद्दे पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है, इसलिए BSNLEU ने आज एक बार फिर महाप्रबंधक (Pers.) बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस को पत्र लिखकर शीघ्र कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया है।
