कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने अवकाश वेतन नकदीकरण-Leave Salary Encashment सीमा बढ़ाने के आदेश का समर्थन किया।

24.05.2023 को केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड ने अवकाश वेतन नकदीकरण-Leave Salary Encashment सीमा को 3,00,000/- रुपये से बढ़ाकर 25,00,000/- रुपये कर दिया है। बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने कल जारी पत्र के माध्यम से अवकाश वेतन नकदीकरण सीमा बढ़ाने के इस आदेश का समर्थन किया है।

On 24.05.2023, the Central Board of Direct Taxes has enhanced the Leave Salary encashment limit from Rs.3,00,000/- to Rs.25,00,000/-. The BSNL Corporate Office, vide letter issued yesterday, has endorsed this order for enhancing Leave Salary encashment limit.

BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू दान प्राप्त करने के उद्देश्य से क्यूआर कोड-QR Code प्राप्त करता है।

हाल ही में भोपाल में आयोजित BSNLEU की केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक में सीएचक्यू को एक गूगल पे खाता शुरू करने का सुझाव दिया गया था, जिसका उद्देश्य व्यक्तिगत कर्मचारियों और सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों से भी दान प्राप्त करना था। इस मुद्दे पर बैंक के साथ चर्चा की गई है, जिसने दान प्राप्त करने के उद्देश्य से सीएचक्यू को क्यूआर कोड-QR Code आवंटित करने का सुझाव दिया है। यह स्वीकार कर लिया गया है। यह क्यूआर कोड-QR Code सर्किल सचिवों को भेजा गया  है। उन्हें यह क्यूआर कोड सभी जिला सचिवों को भेजने का अनुरोध  है। 

आरजीएम ट्रेनिंग सेंटर, चेन्नई को आईआईटी, चेन्नई को सौंपना - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा, तमिलनाडु सर्कल के यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों की मांग पर विचार करने का अनुरोध किया।

BSNLEU के संज्ञान में लाया गया है कि, निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) ने चीफ जनरल मैनेजर, तमिलनाडु सर्कल को चेन्नई में आरजीएम ट्रेनिंग सेंटर को आईआईटी, चेन्नई को दीर्घकालिन पट्टे के आधार पर सौंपने के लिए पत्र जारी किया है। तमिलनाडु सर्किल की तमाम यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों ने इसका विरोध किया है। उन्होंने यह भी मांग की है कि पूरे प्रशिक्षण केंद्र को आईआईटी, चेन्नई को सौंपने के बजाय, कुछ भवनों को बीएसएनएल द्वारा बनाए रखा जाना चाहिए। इस मांग के आधार पर BSNLEU ने आज बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिखकर तमिलनाडु सर्किल की यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों की मांगों पर विचार करने का अनुरोध किया है।

In the recent Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU, held at Bhopal, suggestion was given to the CHQ to start a Google Pay account, for the purpose of receiving donations from individual employees and also from the circle and district unions. This issue has been discussed with the Bank, which has suggested the allotment of QR Code to the CHQ for the purpose of receiving donations. This has been accepted. This QR Code is forwarded to the circle secretaries. They are requested to forward this to all the District Secretaries.

It has been brought to the notice of BSNLEU that, the Director (HR) has issued letter to the CGM, Tamil Nadu circle, for the handing over of the RGM Training Centre at Chennai to the IIT, Chennai, on Long Term Lease basis. All the unions and associations of Tamil Nadu circle have opposed this. They have also demanded that, instead of handing over the entire training centre to the IIT, Chennai, certain buildings should be retained by BSNL. Based on this demand, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today, requesting to consider the demands of the unions and associations of Tamil Nadu circle. 

01.06.2023 को मानव श्रृंखला_ कार्यक्रम का सफल आयोजन करें ।

संयुक्त मंच के निर्णय अनुसार *दिनांक 01.06.2023 को सभी जनपदों में मानव श्रृंखला कार्यक्रम* आयोजित कर वेतन पुन:निरीक्षण, 4G/5G एवं नवीन पदोन्नति नीति के निराकरण की मांग की जा रही है। BSNLEU के सभी सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे संयुक्त मंच के अन्य घटकों के साथ समन्वय करें और मानव श्रृंखला कार्यक्रम को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करें। इस कार्यक्रम में पेंशनभोगियों को भी लामबंद किया जा सकता है, क्योंकि अधिकांश पेंशनभोगी संघों ने अपना समर्थन दिया है। इस कार्यक्रम के लिए प्लेकार्ड और फ्लेक्स बैनर की व्यवस्था की जा सकती है। यह ध्यान रखा जाना चाहिए कि यह मानव श्रृंखला कार्यक्रम ऐसे स्थानों पर आयोजित किया जाए जहां आम जनता अधिक संख्या में एकत्रित हो।

As per the decision of the Joint Forum, Human Chain programme is to be organised in all districts on 01.06.2023, demanding settlement of Wage Revision, 4G / 5G and New Promotion Policy. All the circle and district unions of BSNLEU are requested to coordinate with the other constituents of the Joint Forum and to organise the Human Chain programme successfully. Pensioners may also be mobilised in this programme, since most of the Pensioners Associations have extended their support. Placards and flex banners may be arranged for this programme. It must be kept in mind that this Human Chain programme should be organised in places where the general public gather in large numbers.

On 03.03.2023, the Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare has issued a letter, wherein it is stated that all Central Government employees who were declared successful for recruitment before the implementation of the New Pension Scheme, are eligible for old pension. (The DoT has endorsed this letter on 17.04.2023.)

On the same analogy, there are employees in BSNL, who are selected for recruitment against the post / vacancies advertised / notified for recruitment, prior to the formation of BSNL. However, these employees are not issued with Presidential Orders and they are deprived of pension under CCS Pension Rules 1972 (now 2021).

Com.Ashok Kumar, Driver, Saharanpur, UP (West) circle, has approved the CHQ with all related documents to prove that he is recruited against post advertised / notified prior to the formation of BSNL. BSNLEU has written letter to the Secretary, Telecom, today, demanding that this official should be issued with Presidential Order and also made eligible for pension under CCS Pension Rules 1972 (now 2021).
