टेलीकॉम टेक्नीशियन एलआईसीई में उपस्थित होने के लिए चीफ जनरल मैनेजर कार्यालयों में कार्यरत उम्मीदवारों की पात्रता।

चीफ जनरल मैनेजर कार्यालय, अहमदाबाद में कार्यरत साथी रसीदाबानू पठान टेलीकॉम टेक्नीशियन एलआईसीई में उपस्थित होने के योग्य हैं। हालांकि, आगामी टेलीकॉम टेक्नीशियन एलआईसीई में उनकी उपस्थिति अनिश्चित हो गई, क्योंकि चीफ जनरल मैनेजर कार्यालय, अहमदाबाद में टेलीकॉम टेक्नीशियन का कोई पद उपलब्ध नहीं है। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने इस मुद्दे को कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के साथ उठाया। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने निर्देश दिया कि, चीफ जनरल मैनेजर कार्यालयों में काम करने वाले कर्मचारी टेलीकॉम टेक्नीशियन एलआईसीई में उपस्थित होने के हकदार हैं, जिन जिलों से उनकी भर्ती की गई है। साथी रसीदाबानू पठान अहमदाबाद टेलीकॉम डिस्ट्रिक्ट से भर्ती हुए हैं। कॉरपोरेट ऑफिस ने गुजरात सर्किल प्रशासन को निर्देश दिया कि साथी रसीदाबानू पठान को अहमदाबाद टेलीकॉम डिस्ट्रिक्ट में टेलीकॉम टेक्नीशियन एलआईसीई में उपस्थित होने की अनुमति दी जाए, जिसे स्वीकार कर लिया गया है। इस मुद्दे को अब उसी के अनुसार सुलझा लिया गया है। सभी चीफ जनरल मैनेजर कार्यालयों में काम करने वाले उम्मीदवारों पर एक ही समझौता लागू होता है।

Com.Rasidabanu Pathan, working in the CGM Office, Ahmedabad, is eligible to appear in the TT LICE. However, her appearing in the forthcoming TT LICE became uncertain, since no TT post is available in the CGM Office, Ahmedabad. The CHQ of BSNLEU took up this issue with the Corporate Office. Consequent to this, the Corporate Office gave the direction that, the officials working in the CGM Offices are entitled to appear in the TT LICE, in the districts from where they are recruited. Com.Rasidabanu Pathan is recruited from Ahmedabad Telecom District. Corporate Office gave the direction to the Gujarat circle administration that, Com.Rasidabanu Pathan should be allowed to appear in the TT LICE in Ahmedabad Telecom District, which has been accepted. The issue has now been settled accordingly. The same settlement is applicable to the candidates working in all the CGM offices.

A Formal Meeting was held between BSNLEU and the Director (HR) on 10.05.2023. BSNLEU has taken up many important staff issues in this meeting. Management has issued official minutes of this meeting. We hope that the decisions taken in the meeting will be implemented by the Management in letter and spirit.

10.05.2023 को BSNLEU और निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के बीच एक औपचारिक बैठक आयोजित की गई। BSNLEU ने इस बैठक में कर्मचारियों के कई महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों को उठाया है। प्रबंधन ने इस बैठक का आधिकारिक कार्यवृत्त जारी कर दिया हैं। हमें उम्मीद है कि बैठक में लिए गए निर्णयों को प्रबंधन द्वारा अक्षरश: लागू किया जाएगा।

संयुक्त मंच द्वारा पूरे देश में आयोजित सफल मानव श्रृंखला कार्यक्रम।

बीएसएनएल के नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों का संयुक्त मंच वेतन संशोधन के ज्वलंत मुद्दों का निपटारा, बीएसएनएल के 4G और 5G का तत्काल प्रारंभ और एक नई पदोन्नति नीति के कार्यान्वयन के लिए जिला स्तर से लेकर राष्ट्रीय राजधानी स्तर तक कर्मचारियों को बड़े पैमाने पर लामबंद कर रहा है। इस विशाल लामबंदी का पहला चरण आज पूरे देश में मानव श्रृंखला के रूप में आयोजित किया गया है। बीएसएनएल के नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स बड़ी संख्या में सड़कों पर उतरे हैं और बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन और सरकार से कहा है कि वे इन मुद्दों के समाधान में देरी बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे। कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय ने एक पत्र जारी कर कर्मचारियों को संयुक्त मंच द्वारा बुलाए गए कार्यक्रमों में शामिल नहीं होने की धमकी दी है । हालांकि, कारपोरेट कार्यालय के आदेश की अवहेलना करते हुए आज के मानव श्रृंखला कार्यक्रम में बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारियों ने भाग लिया है । *BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू संयुक्त मंच के आज के मानव श्रृंखला कार्यक्रम के सफलतापूर्वक आयोजन के लिए हार्दिक बधाई देता है।* आज के कार्यक्रम के कुछ दृश्य इसके साथ संलग्न है।

The Joint Forum of the Non-Executive Unions and Associations of BSNL is making massive mobilisation of the employees, from the district level up to the National Capital level, to settle the burning issues of Wage Revision, immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G & 5G and implementation of a New Promotion Policy. The first of this massive mobilisation is organised today in the form of Human Chains throughout the country. The Non-Executives of BSNL have come to the streets in big numbers and have told the BSNL Management, as well as the Government that, they will not tolerate delay in the settlement of these issues. The Corporate Office has issued a letter, threatening the employees not to participate in the programmes called on by the Joint Forum. However, defying the Corporate Office order, employees have participated in today’s human chain programme in big numbers. The CHQ of BSNLEU heartily congratulates the Joint Forum for successfully organising today’s Human Chain programme. Some views of today’s programme are enclosed here with.

The results of the JTO LICE conducted in Punjab circle for the Vacancy Year 2014-15, has not been declared, due to legal complications. BSNLEU continuously took up this issue with the Director (HR), as a result of which an MA has been filed in the court. The hearing of this case came up today. However, neither the BSNL advocate, nor the Punjab circle administration officers were present in the court. Cases listed up to serial no.80 were heard today. BSNL’s case is listed against serial no.99.  After hearing the cases up to serial no.80, the judges openly announced that, any urgent case can be taken up for hearing, provided counsels of both the parties are available in the court. However, this offer of the judges could not be utilised due to the absence of BSNL’s counsel in the court. By and large, this case is being delayed due to the lethargic attitude of the Punjab circle administration. Hence, BSNLEU has written a letter to the CMD BSNL, requesting him to intervene in the case and to render justice to the affected candidates of Punjab circle. 

साथी पी. राजू, सर्कल सचिव, BSNLEU, तमिलनाडु सर्कल, आज सेवानिवृत्त हो रहे हैं।

संगठन के साथ-साथ दूरसंचार विभाग और बीएसएनएल में अनुकरणीय सेवा प्रदान करने के बाद साथी पी. राजू, सर्कल सचिव, तमिलनाडु सर्कल आज सेवानिवृत्ति पर सेवानिवृत्त हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने 1981 में एक केज्युअल लेबर के रूप में दूरसंचार विभाग में प्रवेश किया। 1992 में उन्हें रेग्युलर मजदूर के रूप में नियमित किया गया। इसके बाद, उन्हें 1997 में टेलीकॉम मैकेनिक के रूप में पदोन्नत किया गया और 2012 में वो जूनियर इंजीनियर बने । कई वर्षों तक जिला सचिव, नागरकोइल के रूप में काम करने के बाद साथी पी. राजू को BSNLEU, तमिलनाडु सर्कल के सर्किल सचिव के रूप में चुना गया था। श्रमिक वर्ग की विचारधारा के प्रति गहराई से प्रतिबद्ध साथी पी. राजू ने ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन के लिए एक प्रशंसनीय सेवा प्रदान की है। हम मानते हैं कि साथी पी. राजू का श्रमिक वर्ग के प्रति योगदान आने वाले वर्षों में भी जारी रहेगा। सीएचक्यू साथी पी. राजू को बधाई देता है और उनके सुखी और स्वस्थ सेवानिवृत्त जीवन की कामना करता है । 

After rendering an exemplary service in the Union, as well as in DoT and BSNL, Com.P. Raju, Circle Secretary, Tamil Nadu circle is retiring on superannuation today. He entered the erstwhile Department of Telecom as a casual labour in 1981. In 1992, he was regularised as an RM. Subsequently, he got promoted as TM in 1997 and became a JE in 2012. After working as the District Secretary, Nagercoil, for several years, Com.P. Raju was elected as the Circle Secretary of BSNLEU, Tamil Nadu circle. Deeply committed to the ideology of the working class, Com.P. Raju has rendered a praiseworthy service to the trade union movement. We believe that the contribution of Com.P. Raju to the working class movement will continue in the years to come also. CHQ heartily congratulates Com.P. Raju and wishes him a happy and healthy retired life.
