BSNLEU is continuously pressing on the Management to implement the Corporate Office order, regarding EPF coverage for the induction training period. The EPFO has fixed 26.06.2023 as the last date for submitting option for higher pension. If the training period is counted, a section of the Directly Recruited employees will become entitled for applying for higher pension. On 12.06.2023, President and General Secretary discussed this issue with the Director (HR). Yesterday, again the President and General Secretary of BSNLEU, met the CMD BSNL and insisted for the immediate settlement of this issue. The CMD BSNL assured that the issue will be resolved within a day or two, to enable the eligible employees to apply for higher pension.

बीएसएनएल का तीसरा रिवाइवल पैकेज और 4G/5G सेवाओं का आरंभ - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ चर्चा की।*

BSNLEU के अध्यक्ष और महासचिव ने श्री पी.के. पुरवार, सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ कल 13-06-2023 को बीएसएनएल के पुनरुद्धार और उससे संबंधित प्रमुख मुद्दों के बारे में चर्चा की।

*बीएसएनएल द्वारा तीसरा रिवाइवल पैकेज और 4G/5G सेवाओं का आरंभ।*

अध्यक्ष और महासचिव ने सरकार द्वारा 07.06.2023 को घोषित तीसरे रिवाइवल पैकेज के विवरण और बीएसएनएल द्वारा 4G और 5G सेवाएं शुरू करने के बारे में भी जानकारी ली। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने बताया कि तीसरा रिवाइवल पैकेज, जिसमें 89,000 करोड़ रुपये शामिल हैं, पूर्णरूप से बीएसएनएल को 5G स्पेक्ट्रम के आवंटन के लिए है।

*बीएसएनएल की 4G सेवा के आरंभ की स्थिति के संबंध में, सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने निम्नलिखित जानकारी दी  -*  

बीएसएनएल 4G सेवा मुहैया कराने के लिए एक लाख साइट खरीद रही है। ये सभी एक लाख साइट 5G अपग्रेडेबल भी हैं। इनमें से 80% की आपूर्ति टीसीएस द्वारा की जाएगी और शेष 20% की आपूर्ति आईटीआई द्वारा की जाएगी। इन उपकरणों की आपूर्ति अक्टूबर, 2023 में शुरू होगी और इसे पूरा होने में एक साल का समय लगेगा।

The BSNL Corporate Office has issued letter today clarifying that, the revised CGHS rates of consultation fees, room rent, ICU charges, etc., are applicable to BSNL employees. It is important to note that, based on a complaint written by the General Secretary, BSNLEU, in 2015, the Corporate Office has already issued guideline that, the CGHS rates, as and when revised, are applicable to BSNL employees also. Together with today’s letter, the Corporate Office has also attached the complaint written on this issue by BSNLEU on 05^th November, 2015.

President and General Secretary of BSNLEU met Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL, yesterday the 13-06-2023 and discussed about the key issues concerning BSNL’s revival.

 3rd Revival Package and 4G/5G launching by BSNL.

The President and GS enquired about the details of the 3^rd Revival Package, announced by the government on 07.06.2023 and also about BSNL’s launching of 4G & 5G services. The CMD BSNL informed that the 3^rd Revival Package, involving Rs.89,000 crore, is purely for the allotment of 5G spectrum. As regards the status of BSNL’s 4G launching, the CMD BSNL stated the following:-

BSNL is purchasing one lakh sites for providing 4G service. All these onelakh sites are also 5G upgradable. 80% of these  will be supplied by TCS and the remaining 20% will be supplied by ITI. The supply of these equipments will commence in October, 2023 and will take one year for it’s completion. 

The Circle Executive Committee meeting of West Bengal circle was held at Kolkata, on 10^th & 11^th June, 2023. Com.Animesh Mitra, Circle President, hoisted the Union Flag. A presidium, consisting of Com. Animesh Mitra and Com. Banani Chattopadhyay presided over the meeting. Totally, 37 circle office bearers and district secretaries participated in the meeting. Homage was paid to Com. Amitava Chattopadyaya and other comrades, who passed away in the recent past. Com.Sujoy Sarkar, Circle Secretary, welcomed everyone and presented the report on activities. All the comrades participated in the deliberations. Threadbare discussions took place regarding the implementation of the decisions taken in the Bhopal CEC meeting, strengthening of BSNLEU, BSNLWWCC and BSNLCCWF, conducting trade union class, improving the quality of services, and on some other issues. At the end of the discussions, many important decisions are taken.

जिला सचिव, BSNLEU, वडोदरा का स्थानांतरण आदेश रद्द करें - BSNLEU ने बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिखा।

'स्थानांतरण से छूट' पर कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के आदेश का उल्लंघन करते हुए, गुजरात सर्कल प्रशासन ने जिला सचिव, BSNLEU, वडोदरा जिला को अमरेली जिले में स्थानांतरित कर दिया है। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के निर्देश के इस उल्लंघन का कड़ा विरोध किया है । सीएमडी बीएसएनएल स्तर पर मामला उठाया गया था। इसके परिणामस्वरूप अब स्थानांतरण आदेश दिनांक 30.09.2023 तक स्थगित रखा गया है। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने इसे स्वीकार नहीं किया है। BSNLEU स्थानांतरण आदेश को पूरी तरह रद्द करने की मांग करता है। आज BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर स्थानांतरण आदेश को पूरी तरह रद्द करने की मांग की है।

केरल सर्कल में विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई के भरे नहीं गये पद - BSNLEU ने महाप्रबंधक (Rectt.), बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस के साथ चर्चा की ।

18.12.2022 को आयोजित विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई में केरल सर्कल में 59 OC रिक्त पद थे। हालांकि, परिणाम केवल 49 रिक्त पदों के लिए घोषित किए गए थे। BSNLEU ने तुरंत महा प्रबंधक (Rectt.), बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस को पत्र लिखकर मांग की कि शेष रिक्त पदों को भी भरा जाए। कल, इस मुद्दे पर सुश्री समिता लूथरा, महा प्रबंधक (Rectt.) के साथ साथी अनिमेष मित्रा, अध्यक्ष और साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव द्वारा चर्चा की गई थी। महा प्रबंधक (Rectt.) ने जवाब दिया कि कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुसार खाली पदों को पीडब्ल्यूडी उम्मीदवारों के लिए आरक्षित रखा गया है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि कोर्ट के अंतिम आदेश के आधार पर इन खाली पदों को भरा जाएगा ।

कल के "मार्च टु राजभवन" कार्यक्रम को ऐतिहासिक सफल बनाएं।

संयुक्त मंच के आह्वान पर कल सभी सर्कल मुख्यालयों पर ''मार्च टु राजभवन'' कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जा रहा है । राजभवन में सौंपे जाने वाले ज्ञापन की प्रति संयुक्त मंच द्वारा पहले ही भेजी जा चुकी है। सर्किल और डिस्ट्रिक्ट यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे इस कार्यक्रम में अधिक से अधिक संख्या में साथियों को जुटाने के लिए सभी प्रयास करें। प्लेकार्ड, फ्लेक्स बैनर, मीडिया कवरेज आदि व्यवस्था अच्छी तरह से करनी चाहिये । सर्कल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि कार्यक्रम की संक्षिप्त रिपोर्ट एवं फोटो सीएचक्यू को शीघ्र भेजें । 

Violating the Corporate Office order on ‘Immunity from Transfers’, the Gujarat circle administration has transferred the District Secretary, BSNLEU, Vadodara district, to Amreli district. The CHQ of BSNLEU strongly protested this violation of the Corporate Office instruction. The matter was raised at the CMD BSNL level. Consequent to this, the transfer order is now kept under abeyance till 30.09.2023. The CHQ of BSNLEU has not accepted this. BSNLEU demands total cancellation of the transfer order. Today, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL, demanding complete cancellation of the transfer order.
