The All India Conference of BSNL Casual Contract Workers Federation (BSNLCCWF) is going to be held at Kolkata on 12^th & 13^th August, 2023. The Reception Committee of this All India Conference was formed in a meeting held in the CTO Hall at Kolkata on 03.06.2023. Com.Sisir Roy, Convenor of BSNL Co-ordination Committee, Kolkata Telephones, conducted the meeting. Com.Animesh Mitra, Convenor of BSNL Co-ordination Committee, West Bengal circle, explained about the backdrop in which this AIC is being conducted. Com.Sujoy Sarkar CS, BSNLEU, West Bengal circle, and Com.Sankar Nepal, CS, BSNLEU, Kolkata Telephones, also addressed the meeting. Finally, a Reception Committee consisting of the representatives of BSNLEU, AIBDPA, BSNLCMU and CTTMU, was formed with Com.Anadi Sahoo, General Secretary, CITU, West Bengal, is elected as the Chairman of the Reception Committee. Com.Tarak Kundu and Com.Pradipta Ghosh are elected as the Joint General Secretaries.

BSNLEU, वडोदरा के जिला सचिव को "इम्युनिटी फ्रॉम ट्रांसफर" सुविधा से इनकार - BSNLEU ने बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी के साथ चर्चा की।

BSNLEU ने पहले ही वडोदरा जिले के BSNLEU  के जिला सचिव को "इम्युनिटी फ्रॉम ट्रांसफर" सुविधा के इनकार का कड़ा विरोध किया है। इस विरोध के परिणामस्वरूप जिला सचिव, वड़ोदरा को जारी स्थानांतरण आदेश दिनांक 30.09.2023 तक स्थगित रखा गया है। हालांकि, BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू वड़ोदरा के जिला सचिव को जारी ट्रांसफर ऑर्डर को पूरी तरह रद्द करने की मांग कर रहा है। इस मामले में BSNLEU सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पहले ही कड़ा पत्र लिख चुका है। कल, BSNLEU के अध्यक्ष और महासचिव ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की और ट्रांसफर ऑर्डर को पूरी तरह रद्द करने की मांग की है ।

BSNLEU has already strongly protested the denial of “Immunity from Transfers” facility, to the District Secretary of BSNLEU, Vadodara district. As a result of this protest, the transfer order issued to the District Secretary, Vadodara, is kept under abeyance till 30.09.2023. However, the CHQ of BSNLEU is demanding the complete cancellation of the transfer order issued to the District Secretary, Vadodara. BSNLEU has already written a strong letter to the CMD BSNL on this matter. Yesterday, the President and General Secretary of BSNLEU discussed this issue with the CMD BSNL and demanded total cancellation of the transfer order.  

The RGM TTC is a reputed and huge Training Centre of Tamil Nadu circle, located at Chennai. It is unfortunate that, the BSNL Management has decided to lease out this huge Training Centre to the IIT, Chennai. The unions and associations of Tamil Nadu circle have demanded that, at least some portions of the RGM TTC should be retained by BSNL and the remaining parts could be let out on lease. The CHQ of BSNLEU had already written a letter on this to the CMD BSNL. Yesterday, the President and General Secretary of BSNLEU met CMD BSNL and insisted upon this demand. However, the CMD BSNL replied that, the process of leasing out the RGM TTC to the IIT, Chennai, is in an advanced stage and hence the demand of the unions could not be accepted.    

*पंजाब सर्कल में जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणामों की घोषणा न करना - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ चर्चा की।*

रिक्ति वर्ष 2014-15 के लिए पंजाब सर्किल में आयोजित जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणाम अभी तक कोर्ट केस के कारण घोषित नहीं किए गए हैं। कारपोरेट कार्यालय द्वारा सकारात्मक प्रयास किए जाने के बावजूद पंजाब सर्किल प्रशासन इस मामले का समाधान निकालने में पूरी तरह सुस्त है। उदाहरण के लिए माननीय कैट, चंडीगढ़ में इस मामले की सुनवाई 31.05.2023 को हुई। लेकिन उस दिन न तो बीएसएनएल के वकील और न ही पंजाब सर्किल प्रशासन का कोई प्रतिनिधि कोर्ट में मौजूद था । इस वजह से इस मामले की सुनवाई नहीं हो पाई । इस संबंध में BSNLEU ने बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पहले ही पत्र लिख दिया है। इसके अलावा, 12.06.2023 को आयोजित बैठक में निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की गई। फिर, कल दिनांक 13.06.2023, BSNLEU के अध्यक्ष और महासचिव ने इस मुद्दे पर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ गंभीरता से चर्चा की। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने मामले को देखने का आश्वासन दिया है।

The results of the JTO LICE conducted in Punjab circle, for the Vacancy Year 2014-15, have not been declared so far, due to court case. The Punjab circle administration is totally lethargic in finding a solution to this case, despite positive efforts are being taken by the Corporate Office. For example, the hearing of this case came up in the Hon’ble CAT, Chandigarh, on 31.05.2023. But, neither the BSNL advocate nor any representative of the Punjab circle administration was present in the court that day. As a result, the hearing of this case did not take place. BSNLEU has already written letter on this to the CMD BSNL. Further, the issue was discussed with the Director (HR), in the meeting held on 12.06.2023. Again, yesterday the 13.06.2023, President and General Secretary of BSNLEU discussed this issue seriously with the CMD BSNL. The CMD BSNL has assured to look into the matter.

ट्रेनिंग पीरियड के लिए ईपीएफ कवरेज और इसे उच्च पेंशन के लिए गिनना - सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने एक या दो दिन के भीतर निपटारे का आश्वासन दिया।

BSNLEU इंडक्शन ट्रेनिंग पीरियड के लिए ईपीएफ कवरेज के संबंध में कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के आदेश को लागू करने के लिए प्रबंधन पर लगातार दबाव बना रहा है। ईपीएफओ ने उच्च पेंशन के लिए विकल्प जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 26.06.2023 निर्धारित की है। यदि ट्रेनिंग पीरियड की गणना की जाए तो सीधी भर्ती वाले कर्मचारियों का एक वर्ग उच्च पेंशन के लिए आवेदन करने का हकदार हो जाएगा। 12.06.2023 को अध्यक्ष और महासचिव ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की। कल फिर से BSNLEU के अध्यक्ष और महासचिव ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से मुलाकात की और इस मुद्दे के तत्काल समाधान के लिए जोर दिया। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने आश्वासन दिया कि पात्र कर्मचारियों को उच्च पेंशन के लिए आवेदन करने में सक्षम बनाने के लिए इस मुद्दे को एक या दो दिनों के भीतर हल कर लिया जाएगा।

*बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के लिए संशोधित सीजीएचएस दरों को लागु करना ।* 

बीएसएनएल कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय ने आज पत्र जारी कर स्पष्ट किया है कि कंसल्टेशन चार्ज, कमरे का किराया, आईसीयू शुल्क आदि की संशोधित सीजीएचएस दरें बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों पर लागू हैं। यह ध्यान रखना महत्वपूर्ण है कि 2015 में BSNLEU के महासचिव द्वारा लिखी गई एक शिकायत के आधार पर कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने पहले ही दिशानिर्देश जारी कर दिया है कि सीजीएचएस दरें, संशोधित होने पर, बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों पर भी लागू होंगी। आज के पत्र के साथ कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने इस मुद्दे पर BSNLEU द्वारा 05 नवंबर, 2015 को लिखी गई शिकायत को भी संलग्न किया है।

Due to the hectic efforts taken by BSNLEU, the Special JTO LICE was conducted on 18.12.2022. However, the Management has imposed stringent condition regarding the Rule 8 transfer of the officials who have passed the Special JTO LICE. BSNLEU has already written letter to the CMD BSNL, demanding that, mutual transfer should not be denied to the officials promoted under the Special JTO LICE. Yesterday, the President and General Secretary of BSNLEU, met the CMD BSNL and raised this demand. The CMD BSNL remained non-committal. BSNLEU will continue to take up this issue and settle the same.
