*कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने 3.3% आईडीए वृद्धि का आदेश जारी किया।*

डीपीई ने पहले ही घोषणा कर दी है कि, 3.3% की बढ़ी हुई आईडीए दिनांक 01.07.2023 से देय है । कल बीएसएनएल कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय ने इस आईडीए वृद्धि के भुगतान के लिए पत्र जारी किया है । 

पंजाब सर्किल में जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणामों की घोषणा न होना।

BSNLEU वेकेन्सी यर - 2014-15 के लिए आयोजित जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणामों की घोषणा के लिए माननीय CAT, चंडीगढ़ बेंच से मंजूरी प्राप्त करने के लिए शीघ्र कदम उठाने के लिए प्रबंधन पर लगातार दबाव डाल रहा है। पंजाब सर्किल प्रशासन के असहयोग के कारण प्रक्रिया में देरी हो रही है। BSNLEU इस मुद्दे को लगातार सीएमडी बीएसएनएल और निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के स्तर पर उठा रहा है। BSNLEU कम से कम इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई में सफलता पाने के प्रयास कर रहा है। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने कल एक बार फिर इस मुद्दे पर बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस के प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.), श्री सौरभ त्यागी के साथ चर्चा की। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) ने जवाब दिया कि कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस जल्द ही पंजाब सर्कल प्रशासन के साथ बैठक आयोजित करेगा । 

*नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक 07.08.2023 को होगी ।*

पिछले कुछ वर्षों से नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक नहीं हुई है । ऐसे में नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक के आयोजन में आ रहे गतिरोध को दूर करने के लिए BSNLEU ने पहल की है। परिणाम स्वरूप, नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक 07.08.2023 को होगी ।नेशनल काउंसिल के स्टाफ साईड ने पहले ही प्रबंधन को आइटम प्रस्तुत कर दिए हैं, जिन पर नेशनल काउंसिल की आगामी बैठक में चर्चा की जानी है।

The National Council meeting has not taken place for the past few years. Under this circumstance, BSNLEU took the initiative to remove the deadlock in holding the National Council meeting. Following this, the Management has reconstituted the National Council and is taking steps to hold the meeting of the National Council early. The meeting is likely to be held on 07.08.2023. The Staff Side of the National Council has already submitted items for discussion.

BSNLEU is continuously pressing on the Management to take early steps for getting clearance from the Hon’ble CAT, Chandigarh Bench, for the declaration of the results of the JTO LICE held for the VY-2014-15. Due to the non-cooperation of the Punjab Circle Administration, the process is getting delayed. BSNLEU is continuously taking up this issue at the level of the CMD BSNL and the Director (HR). BSNLEU is taking efforts to get the breakthrough at least in the next hearing of this case coming up on 01-08-2023. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, once again discussed this issue yesterday with Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Estt.), BSNL CO. The PGM(Estt.) replied that the Corporate Office is holding the meeting with Punjab Circle Administration very shortly. 

The DPE has already announced that, increased IDA of 3.3% has become payable w.e.f. 01.07.2023. Yesterday the BSNL Corporate Office issued letter for the payment of this IDA increase.

Former Kerala Chief Minister and Congress leader, Oommen Chandy, passed away yesterday the 18.07.2023. The two time Chief Minister of Kerala had been suffering from cancer and was undergoing treatment in a Bengaluru hospital. He was 79 years old. BSNLEU pays respectful homage to Shri Oommen Chandy.

बीएसएनएल-एमटीएनएल पेंशनर्स एसोसिएशनों के संयुक्त मंच के आंदोलनात्मक कार्यक्रम - BSNLEU सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों से कार्यक्रम में बड़े पैमाने पर भाग लेने का आह्वान करता है।

बीएसएनएल-एमटीएनएल पेंशनर्स एसोशियेशनों के संयुक्त मंच ने BSNLEU को पत्र लिखकर पेंशन में संशोधन के मुद्दे के समाधान के लिए एकजुटता और समर्थन मांगा है। अपने पत्र दिनांक 10.07.2023 में, बीएसएनएल-एमटीएनएल पेंशनर्स एसोसिएशन के संयुक्त मंच ने सूचित किया है कि उसने पेंशन संशोधन के तत्काल समाधान की मांग को लेकर 06.07.2023 को पहले ही काला दिवस आयोजित किया है। इसके अलावा, यह सूचित किया जाता है कि, बीएसएनएल-एमटीएनएल पेंशनर्स एसोसिएशन का संयुक्त मंच निम्नलिखित कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर रहा है : 

*31.07.2023* – *जिला स्तर पर और सीसीए कार्यालयों के समक्ष सामूहिक धरना।*

*21 से 25 अगस्त, 2023* – *जंतर-मंतर, नई दिल्ली पर 5 दिवसीय धरना।*

BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू सभी सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों से उपरोक्त दोनों कार्यक्रमों में बड़े पैमाने पर भाग लेने और बीएसएनएल-एमटीएनएल पेंशनर्स एसोसिएशन के संयुक्त मंच के आंदोलनात्मक कार्यक्रमों के प्रति अपनी एकजुटता और समर्थन व्यक्त करने का आह्वान करता है।

The Joint Forum of BSNL-MTNL Pensioners Associations has written to BSNLEU, seeking it’s solidarity and support for the issue of settlement of revision of pension. In it’s letter dated 10.07.2023, the Joint Forum of BSNL-MTNL Pensioners Association has informed that it has already conducted a Black Day on 06.07.2023, demanding immediate settlement of Pension Revision. Further, it is informed that, the Joint Forum of BSNL-MTNL Pensioners Association is organising the following programmes:-

31.07.2023                              – Mass Dharnas at district level and before the CCA offices.

21^st to 25^th August, 2023         – 5 days dharna at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi.

The CHQ of BSNLEU calls upon all the circle and district unions to massively participate in both the above mentioned programmes and express our solidarity and support to the agitational programmes of the Joint Forum of BSNL-MTNL Pensioners Association.
