बीएसएनएल की 4जी लॉन्चिंग में बहुत देरी हो रही है- ग्राहक बड़े पैमाने पर जा रहे हैं- बीएसएनएलईयू ने माननीय संचार मंत्री को पत्र लिखा है।

मई, 2023 में, माननीय संचार मंत्री श्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने मीडिया को बताया कि, बीएसएनएल कुछ ही हफ्तों में अपनी 4जी सेवा लॉन्च करेगा और नवंबर-दिसंबर तक बीएसएनएल के 4जी नेटवर्क को 5जी में अपग्रेड कर दिया जाएगा। हालाँकि, कड़वा सच यह है कि, बीएसएनएल की 4जी लॉन्चिंग कहीं नज़र नहीं आ रही है। टीसीएस द्वारा आपूर्ति किए जाने वाले 4जी उपकरणों ने अपना फील्ड परीक्षण भी पूरा नहीं किया है। ऐसे में हर महीने लाखों ग्राहक बीएसएनएल छोड़ रहे हैं। अगस्त, 2023 में 22,20,654 ग्राहकों ने बीएसएनएल छोड़ दिया है। सितंबर, 2023 में 23,26,751 ग्राहकों ने बीएसएनएल छोड़ दिया है। यदि ग्राहक बड़े पैमाने पर बीएसएनएल छोड़ते रहे तो बीएसएनएल का पुनरुद्धार बेहद मुश्किल हो जाएगा। इसलिए, बीएसएनएलईयू ने माननीय संचार मंत्री को पत्र लिखकर बीएसएनएल की 4जी की तत्काल लॉन्चिंग सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उनके हस्तक्षेप की मांग की है। 

In May, 2023, Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hon’ble Minister for Communications told the media that, BSNL would launch it’s 4G service within a few weeks and that BSNL’s 4G network would be upgradated into 5G by November-December. However, the bitter fact is that, BSNL’s 4G launching is nowhere in sight. The 4G equipments to be supplied by the TCS have not even completed their field trials. Under this situation, lakhs of customers are leaving BSNL every month. In August, 2023, 22,20,654 customers have left BSNL. In September, 2023, 23,26,751  customers have left BSNL. BSNL’s revival would become extremely difficult if customers continue to leave BSNL massively. Hence, BSNLEU has written letter to the Hon’ble Minister for Communications, seeking his intervention to ensure immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G.

कर्मचारियों से मिलिए कार्यक्रम की तारीखें बदलकर 12 से 15 फरवरी, 2024 कर दी गईं

बीएसएनएलईयू की अखिल भारतीय केंद्र की बैठक ने 22 से 27 जनवरी, 2024 तक कर्मचारियों से मिलें कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है। कल हुई अखिल भारतीय केंद्र की बैठक में कर्मचारियों से मिलें कार्यक्रम की तारीखों में बदलाव करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। तदनुसार, यह कार्यक्रम अब 12.02.2024 से 15.02.2024 तक आयोजित किया जाएगा। सभी सर्कल और जिला संघों से अनुरोध है कि वे इस बदलाव को नोट करें और तदनुसार इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन करें। 

सर्कल और जिला स्तरीय कन्वेंशन - सर्कल और जिला सचिव कृपया ध्यान दें। 

समन्वय समिति (सीओसी) ने 30.01.2024 को सर्कल स्तरीय कन्वेंशन आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है। जिन मण्डलों में 30.01.2024 को मण्डल स्तरीय कन्वेंशन आयोजित नहीं किये जा सके, उन्हें 10.02.2024 से पहले आयोजित किया जा सकता है। इसके अलावा 06 से 10 फरवरी, 2024 तक जिला स्तरीय सम्मेलन भी आयोजित किये जायें। 

The All India Centre meeting of BSNLEU has decided to organise Meet the Employees programme from 22^nd to 27^th January, 2024. The All India Centre meeting held yesterday has decided to change the dates of the Meet the Employees programme. Accordingly, this programme will now be organised from 12.02.2024 to 15.02.2024. All the circle and district unions are requested to make note of this change and to organise this programme accordingly.

The Coordination Committee (CoC) has decided to organise Circle Level Conventions on 30.01.2024. In circles where the Circle Level Conventions could not be organised on 30.01.2024, the same may be organised before 10.02.2024. Apart from this, District Level Conventions should also be organised from 06^th to 10^th February, 2024.

बीएसएनएलईयू, (BSNLEU) एआईबीडीपीए (AIBDPA) और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ (BSNLCCWF) की समन्वय समिति वेतन संशोधन, पेंशन संशोधन, कॉंट्रैक्ट कर्मचारियों के मुद्दों, बीएसएनएल के 4जी और 5जी को तत्काल शुरू करने की मांग को लेकर कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर रही है। इस आह्वान के अनुसार, 23.01.2024 को गेट मीटिंग आयोजित की जानी है। . बीएसएनएलईयू के सभी सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ के साथ समन्वय करें और 23.01.2024 को गेट मीटिंग सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करें।

The Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF are organising programmes demanding settlement of Wage Revision, Pension Revision, contract workers issues, immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G & 5G, etc. As per this call, Gate Meetings are to be organised on 23.01.2024. All circle and district unions of BSNLEU are requested to coordinate with AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF and successfully organise Gate Meetings on 23.01.2024. 

The All India Centre meeting of BSNLEU was held online on 15.01.2024. The meeting reviewed implementation of the decisions taken in the last All India Centre meeting held on 29.12.2023. The meeting also took into consideration the decisions taken in the Coordination Committee (CoC) meeting held on 03.01.2024. After detailed discussions, the All India Centre took certain decisions which are contained in the enclosed circular of the CHQ.
