The All India Centre meeting of BSNLEU was held online on 15.01.2024. The meeting reviewed implementation of the decisions taken in the last All India Centre meeting held on 29.12.2023. The meeting also took into consideration the decisions taken in the Coordination Committee (CoC) meeting held on 03.01.2024. After detailed discussions, the All India Centre took certain decisions which are contained in the enclosed circular of the CHQ.

The harvest festival of India, being called as Sankranti , Pongal, etc., is being celebrated throughout the country today. On this occasion, BSNLEU extends it’s best wishes and warm greetings to all the comrades. Let these festivals bring peace and everlasting happiness to everyone.

BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति ने वेतन संशोधन, पेंशन संशोधन, बीएसएनएल की 4G और 5G सेवा तत्काल शुरू करने और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों के समाधान की मांग करते हुए कई कार्यक्रमों का आह्वान किया है। इसके अनुसार 19.01.2024 को गेट मीटिंग आयोजित की जानी है। सर्कल और जिला सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ संगठनों के साथ समन्वय करें और गेट मीटिंग कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाएं।

The Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF has given call for a series of programmes demanding settlement of the issues of Wage Revision, Pension Revision, immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G & 5G and other important issues. As per this, Gate Meetings are to be organised on 19.01.2024. The circle and district secretaries are requested to coordinate with AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF Organisations and make the Gate meetings programme successful.

कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों के मुफ्त आवासीय लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन को समाप्त न करें - फाइबर कनेक्शन में तत्काल रूपांतरण सुनिश्चित करें - BSNLEU ने एक बार फिर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा।

बीएसएनएल के सभी कॉपर केबल आधारित लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन को फाइबर आधारित लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन में बदला जा रहा है। हालाँकि, बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन सेवारत कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों के मुफ्त आवासीय लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन को फाइबर आधारित लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन में बदलने को तैयार नहीं है। प्रबंधन का इरादा कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों के मुफ्त आवासीय लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन को खत्म करने का है। BSNLEU पहले ही इसका कड़ा विरोध कर चुका है। BSNLEU ने मांग की है कि, कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों के कॉपर केबल आधारित मुफ्त आवासीय लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन को भी फाइबर आधारित लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन में परिवर्तित किया जाना चाहिए। BSNLEU पहले ही 27.12.2023 को सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिख चुका है। आज एक बार फिर BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर इस मुद्दे का अविलंब समाधान निकालने पर जोर दिया है। 

पंजाब सर्कल में कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों के एफटीटीएच कनेक्शन पर 40% छूट वापस ले ली गई - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा।

सेवारत कर्मचारियों, साथ ही पेंशनरों को उनके एफटीटीएच कनेक्शन पर 40% की छूट प्रदान की गई है। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू को सूचित किया गया है कि, पंजाब सर्कल में यह छूट वापस ले ली गई है। BSNLEU, पंजाब सर्कल यूनियन की चीफ जनरल मैनेजर, पंजाब सर्कल के साथ चर्चा का कोई नतीजा नहीं निकला। इसलिए, BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर सेवारत कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों के एफटीटीएच कनेक्शन पर 40% छूट को तत्काल बहाल करने की मांग की है।

All copper cable based landline connections of BSNL are being converted into fibre based landline connections. However, the BSNL Management is not willing to convert the Free Residential Landline Connections of serving employees and pensioners into fibre based landline connections. The Management intends to abolish the Free Residential Landline Connections of the employees and pensioners. BSNLEU has already opposed this strongly. BSNLEU has demanded that, the copper cable based Free Residential Landline Connections of the employees and pensioners should also be converted into fibre based landline connections. BSNLEU has already written letter to the CMD BSNL on 27.12.2023. Today, once again, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL insisting upon him to find solution to this issue without delay. 

The serving employees, as well as the pensioners, have been provided with 40% rebate on their FTTH connections. The CHQ of BSNLEU has been informed that, this rebate is withdrawn in Punjab circle. Discussion by the BSNLEU, Punjab circle union, with the CGM, Punjab circle, has not yielded any result. Hence, the CHQ of BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today, demanding immediate restoration of the 40% rebate on the FTTH connections of the serving employees and pensioners. 

डीपीई ने दिनांक 01.01.2024 से आईडीए कम करने का आदेश जारी किया.

29-12-2023 को श्रम ब्यूरो द्वारा जारी उपभोक्ता मूल्य सूचकांक संख्याओं के आधार पर BSNLEU ने अनुमान किया था कि कर्मचारियों को मिल रहे आईडीए की मात्रा 01 जनवरी 2024 से 0.2% कम हो जाएगी. ये अनुमान सच साबित हुआ है. डीपीई ने कल आदेश जारी किया है, जिसके मुताबिक कर्मचारियों को मिलने वाली आईडीए 215.6 फीसदी से घटकर 215.4 फीसदी हो गई है. आईडीए में शुद्ध कमी 0.2% है. आदेश की प्रति संलग्न है.
