Recently, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL, pointing out that, DoP&T orders are not being implemented in BSNL with regards to conducting various LICEs of the Non-Executives. Particularly, the DoP&T orders say that, own merit candidates among SC/ST employees should not be adjusted against SC/ST quota posts. The matter is discussed with the Director (HR) twice. Thereafter, Com.P.Abhimnyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL twice. Even thereafter, the issue is not settled.
