बीएसएनएल की भूमि और भवनों के मुद्रीकरण पर दूरसंचार सचिव के पत्र से आशंकाएं पैदा हुई हैं- BSNLEU ने दूरसंचार सचिव और बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिखा है।

हाल ही में दूरसंचार सचिव ने सभी सचिवों और मुख्य सचिवों को पत्र लिखकर देशभर में प्रमुख स्थानों पर बीएसएनएल की भूमि और भवनों की बिक्री के लिए उपलब्धता के बारे में जानकारी दी है। इस पत्र से कर्मचारियों और आम जनता के मन में यह आशंका पैदा हो गई है कि बीएसएनएल की भूमि और भवनों की बिक्री संकट में है। इस संबंध में BSNLEU ने दूरसंचार सचिव और बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिखकर निम्नलिखित मांगें उठाई हैं : 

1. मुद्रीकृत की जा रही भूमि और भवनों की बिक्री से प्राप्त राशि बीएसएनएल को मिलनी चाहिए और सरकार द्वारा उसका अधिग्रहण नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
2. प्रमुख क्षेत्रों में स्थित भवनों से कर्मचारियों को शहरों और कस्बों के बाहरी इलाकों में स्थानांतरित नहीं किया जाना चाहिए, ताकि प्रमुख क्षेत्रों में स्थित भूमि और भवनों को बेचा जा सके।
3. प्रमुख क्षेत्रों में स्थित स्टाफ क्वार्टरों में रहने वाले कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों को उन संपत्तियों को बेचने के लिए जबरन खाली नहीं कराया जाना चाहिए। 

Recently, the Secretary, Telecom, has issued a letter to all the Secretaries and Chief Secretaries, regarding the availability of BSNL Lands and Buildings for sale, in prime locations throughout the country. This letter has created reasonable apprehensions in the minds of the employees and the general public that, BSNL Lands and Buildings are on distress sale. In this connection, BSNLEU has written a letter addressed to the Secretary, Telecom and CMD BSNL raising the following demands:-

1. The sale proceeds of lands and buildings being monetised should come to BSNL and should not be taken over by the Government.  
2. Relocation of employees from the buildings located in prime areas to the outskirts of cities and towns should not be done, for the purpose of selling those lands and buildings located in prime areas. 
3. Employees and pensioners occupying staff quarters located in prime areas should not be forcibly evacuated to sell those properties. 

सभी स्थानों पर अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाले अस्पतालों से कैशलेस उपचार सुनिश्चित करें-BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा।

BSNLEU को कई स्थानों से अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाले अस्पतालों से कैशलेस उपचार की सुविधा न मिलने की शिकायतें मिल रही हैं। इससे पहले कई वर्षों तक प्रबंधन द्वारा बिलों का भुगतान न किए जाने के कारण कई अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाले अस्पताल बीएसएनएल की सूची से बाहर हो गए थे। अब स्थिति बदल गई है। हालांकि, कई सर्किलों और जिलों में अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाले अस्पतालों को बीएसएनएल की सूची में शामिल करने और कैशलेस उपचार सुनिश्चित करने के लिए गंभीर पहल नहीं की गई है। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर इस मामले में आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया है।

BSNLEU is receiving complaints from many places, regarding non-availability of the facility of cashless treatment from good quality hospitals. Earlier, many good quality hospitals have left the empanelment of BSNL, due to non-payment of bills by the Management for many years. The situation has changed now. However, serious initiative has not been taken in many circles and districts to bring good quality hospitals into BSNL’s empanelment to ensure cashless treatment. Hence, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today, requesting to take necessary action on this matter.

समूह स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना को अंतिम रूप दिया गया।

समूह स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना के नवीनीकरण के संबंध में दिनांक 22.05.2024 को कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय में बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता श्री संजीव त्यागी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (प्रशासन) ने की तथा इसमें प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एस्टा), प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) एवं डेप्यूटी जनरल मैनेजर (प्रशासन) ने भाग लिया। इस बैठक में BSNLEU की ओर से अध्यक्ष साथी अनिमेष मित्रा, सहायक महासचिव साथी सीके गुंडाना एवं संगठन सचिव (सीएचक्यू) साथी अश्विन कुमार ने भाग लिया। अन्य मान्यता प्राप्त यूनियनों एवं एसोसिएशनों के प्रतिनिधियों ने भी भाग लिया। प्रबंधन द्वारा ओरिएंटल इंश्योरेंस कंपनी के अंतिम प्रस्तावों को स्पष्ट किया गया। इसके अनुसार प्रीमियम दरों में 1.27% की वृद्धि की गई है। BSNLEU की यह मांग कि प्रीमियम का कम से कम 50% प्रबंधन द्वारा वहन किया जाए, स्वीकार नहीं की गई। बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन एवं ओरिएंटल इंश्योरेंस कंपनी दोनों ने प्रीमियम राशि को दो किस्तों में काटने पर सहमति व्यक्त की। प्रबंधन पक्ष ने बताया कि प्रशासनिक कारणों से योजना 01.06.2024 से क्रियान्वित नहीं की जा सकी, लेकिन 15 जून, 2024 से क्रियान्वित करने का आश्वासन दिया। प्रीमियम दरों का विवरण और अन्य जानकारी संलग्न नोट में दी गई है। 

A meeting was held in the Corporate Office on 22.05.2024, regarding renewal of the Group Health Insurance Scheme. The meeting was presided over by Shri Sanjeev Tyagi, PGM(Admn.) and was attended by PGM(Estt.), PGM(SR) and DGM(Admn.). Com.Animesh Mitra, President, Com.C.K. Gundanna, AGS and Com.Ashwin Kumar, Org. Secretary (CHQ) participated in this meeting from BSNLEU. Representatives of other Recognised Unions and Associations also participated. The final proposals of Oriental Insurance Company were explained by the Management. According to this, premium rates have been increased by 1.27%. The demand of BSNLEU that at least 50% of the premium should be borne by the Management was not accepted. Both, the BSNL Management and the Oriental Insurance Company agreed for deduction of the premium amount in two instalments. The Management Side stated that, the scheme could not be implemented w.e.f. 01.06.2024 due to administrative reasons, but assured to implement w.e.f. 15^th June, 2024. नकलियत तुर्की का संघर्षशील ट्रेड यूनियन है, जो WFTU और TUI (ट्रांसपोर्ट और संचार) में भी सक्रिय रूप से भाग ले रहा है। नकलियत की 13वीं साधारण कांग्रेस 26 मई, 2024 को इस्तांबुल में आयोजित की जा रही है। इस अवसर पर BSNLEU ने नकलियत कांग्रेस की सफलता के लिए अपनी क्रांतिकारी शुभकामनाएं दी हैं।
