नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक 13.01.2025 को आयोजित की जाएगी।

जैसा कि पहले ही सूचित किया जा चुका है, नेशनल काउंसिल की 40वीं बैठक 13.01.2025 को आयोजित की जाएगी। BSNLEU के सभी स्टाफ सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे बैठक में अनिवार्य रूप से उपस्थित रहें।

As has already been informed, the 40th meeting of the National Council will be held on 13.01.2025. All the Staff Side members from BSNLEU are requested to attend the meeting without fail.

वेतन संशोधन के लिए संयुक्त समिति के नए अध्यक्ष की नियुक्ति - महासचिव, BSNLEU ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) के साथ चर्चा की।

चूंकि वेतन संशोधन के लिए संयुक्त समिति के अध्यक्ष श्री सौरभ त्यागी 03.01.2025 को वीआर पर सेवानिवृत्त हो चुके हैं, इसलिए नए अध्यक्ष की नियुक्ति करके समिति का पुनर्गठन करने की आवश्यकता है। आज प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) सुश्री अनीता जौहरी के साथ अपनी चर्चा में साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने इस मुद्दे को उठाया और नए अध्यक्ष की नियुक्ति करके वेतन संशोधन के लिए संयुक्त समिति के शीघ्र पुनर्गठन पर जोर दिया। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) ने जवाब दिया कि प्रबंधन ने पहले ही कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है और नए अध्यक्ष की नियुक्ति के लिए फाइल आगे बढ़ा दी गई है। नए अध्यक्ष की नियुक्ति के बाद वेतन संशोधन के लिए संयुक्त समिति की अगली बैठक आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

BSNLEU के महासचिव ने प्रिंसिपल  जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) के साथ विचार-विमर्श किया, जिसके आधार पर आज लाइव स्टेगनेशन मामलों पर अनौपचारिक चर्चा हो रही है।

वेतन संशोधन के संबंध में, 19.12.2024 को आयोजित पिछली बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया था कि कर्मचारी पक्ष 5% फिटमेंट के आधार पर लाइव स्टेगनेशन मामले प्रस्तुत करेगा और उसके बाद कर्मचारी पक्ष द्वारा प्रस्तुत लाइव मामलों पर चर्चा करने के लिए स्टाफ पक्ष के सदस्यों और प्रबंधन के बीच एक अनौपचारिक चर्चा होगी। इसके अनुसार, BSNLEU ने 23.12.2024 को ही 90 लाइव मामले प्रस्तुत कर दिए हैं। आज, साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने सुश्री अनीता जौहरी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) से मुलाकात की और इस मुद्दे पर आगे उठाए जाने वाले कदमों के बारे में चर्चा की। तुरंत, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एस्टा) से बात की और अनौपचारिक चर्चा तय की, जो आज दोपहर 03:00 बजे होगी। BSNLEU इस अनौपचारिक चर्चा में भाग लेगा।

ड्राफ्ट्समैन केडर के लिए विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई का आयोजन – महासचिव ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती एवं प्रशिक्षण) से चर्चा की।

ड्राफ्ट्समैन केडर के लिए विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई के आयोजन के संबंध में चीफ जनरल मैनेजर (बीडब्ल्यू) ने पहले ही स्वीकृत पदों का विवरण भर्ती शाखा को भेज दिया है। अब, भर्ती शाखा को विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई के आयोजन के लिए कार्रवाई शुरू करनी है। हालाँकि, अभी तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है, क्योंकि श्री सौरभ त्यागी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती एवं प्रशिक्षण) 03.01.2025 को स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति पर चले गए हैं। आज, साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने श्री एसपी सिंह, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एस्टा) से मुलाकात की, जो भर्ती और प्रशिक्षण का अतिरिक्त प्रभार भी संभाल रहे हैं और इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की। महासचिव ने बताया कि, इस मामले में असामान्य रूप से देरी हो रही है और आग्रह किया कि भर्ती शाखा को विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई के आयोजन के लिए शीघ्र कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए। श्री एस.पी. सिंह, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एस्टा) ने बिन्दुओं पर ध्यान दिया तथा आश्वासन दिया कि शीघ्र कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

As regards the Wage Revision, it was decided in the last meeting held on 19.12.2024, that the Staff Side would submit live stagnation cases based on 5% fitment and thereafter there would be an informal discussion between the Staff Side members and the Management, to discuss the live cases submitted by the Staff Side. In accordance with this, BSNLEU has already submitted 90 live cases on 23.12.2024 itself. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) and discussed about the further steps to be taken on this issue. Immediately, the PGM(SR) spoke to the PGM(Estt.) and fixed the informal discussion which will take place at 03:00 pm today. BSNLEU will participate in this informal discussion.

As regards, conducting Special JTO LICE for the Draftsman cadre, the CGM (BW) has already communicated the details of the sanctioned posts to the Recruitment Branch. Now, the Recruitment Branch has to initiate action for holding the Special JTO LICE. However, no action is taken so far, since Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Rectt. & Trng.) has gone on voluntary retirement on 03.01.2025. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri S.P. Singh, PGM (Estt.), who is also holding the additional charge of Recruitment and Training and discussed this issue. The General Secretary informed that, this matter is getting abnormally delayed and urged that the Recruitment Branch should take early action to hold the Special JTO LICE. Shri S.P. Singh, PGM(Estt.) noted the points and assured that expeditious action would be taken.

Since Shri Saurabh Tyagi, Chairman of the Joint Committee for Wage Revision has retired on VR on 03.01.2025, there is need to reconstitute the Committee by appointing a new Chairman. In his discussion with Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR), today, Com.P.Abhimnyu, GS, raised this issue and insisted for an early reconstitution of the Joint Committee for Wage Revision, by appointing a new Chairman. The PGM(SR), replied that the Management has already initiated action and file has been moved for appointing the new Chairman. Decision on holding the next meeting of the Joint Committee for Wage Revision will be taken after the new Chairman is appointed.
