As already intimated, the Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU is being held on 25th & 26th September, 2024. पुनर्गठन नीति की समीक्षा करें  : नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव संवर्गों के पदों की स्वीकृति के साथ-साथ कर्तव्यों और जिम्मेदारियों के लिए मानदंड निर्धारित करें - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा।

वीआरएस के कार्यान्वयन के बाद, "मानव संसाधनों के पुनर्गठन" के नाम पर लगभग 80,000 पद समाप्त कर दिए गए हैं। इस पुनर्गठन का क्षेत्र स्तरीय इकाइयों की आवश्यकताओं से कोई संबंध नहीं है। कुछ संवर्गों में तीव्र कमी का अनुभव किया जा रहा है। इसलिए, BSNLEU पुनर्गठन नीति की समीक्षा के लिए लगातार मांग कर रहा है। इसके अलावा बीएसएनएल में विभिन्न नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव पदों की स्वीकृति के लिए कोई मानदंड नहीं है। इसी तरह नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव संवर्गों के कर्तव्यों और जिम्मेदारियों के संबंध में कोई नियम नहीं हैं। BSNLEU प्रबंधन से नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव संवर्गों में पदों की स्वीकृति के मानदंडों को परिभाषित करने और विभिन्न नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव संवर्गों के कर्तव्यों और जिम्मेदारियों को परिभाषित करने की भी मांग कर रहा है। इस संबंध में BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को एक विस्तृत पत्र लिखा है, जिसमें मांग की गई है कि : 

1. पुनर्गठन नीति की समीक्षा की जाए।

2. विभिन्न नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव संवर्गों के पदों को स्वीकृत करने के मानदंडों को परिभाषित किया जाए।

3. विभिन्न नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव संवर्गों के कर्तव्यों और जिम्मेदारियों को परिभाषित किया जाए।

After implementation of VRS, around 80,000 posts have been abolished, in the name of “Restructuring of Manpower”. This Restructuring has no relevance to the requirements of the field level units. Acute shortage is being experienced in certain cadres. Hence, BSNLEU is continuously demanding for a review of the Restructuring policy. Further in BSNL, there is no norms for the sanctioning of various Non-Executive posts. Similarly, there are no rules with regards to the duties and responsibilities of the non-Executive cadres. BSNLEU has also been demanding the Management to define the norms for sanctioning of posts in Non-Executive cadres and also to define the duties and responsibilities of various Non-Executive cadres. In this connection, BSNLEU has written a detailed letter to the CMD BSNL, demanding to: – 

1) Review of the Restructuring policy.

2) To define the norms for sanctioning posts of various Non-Executive cadres.

3) To define the duties and responsibilities of various Non-Executive cadres.

BSNLEU ने साथी सीताराम येचुरी को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की।

भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (मार्क्सवादी) के महासचिव और भारतीय मजदूर वर्ग आंदोलन के एक उत्कृष्ट नेता साथी सीताराम येचुरी का आज निधन हो गया। वे 10 सितंबर से नई दिल्ली स्थित अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (एम्स) के गहन चिकित्सा कक्ष (आईसीयू) में श्वसन तंत्र के तीव्र संक्रमण का उपचार करा रहे थे।साथी सीताराम येचुरी 2005 से 2017 तक राज्यसभा के सदस्य भी रहे हैं। इस दौरान उन्होंने संसद में मजदूर वर्ग के मुद्दों को प्रभावी ढंग से उठाया है। 1996 और 2004 में गठबंधन सरकारों के न्यूनतम साझा कार्यक्रम लागू करने में उनका योगदान उल्लेखनीय है। सीपीआई(एम) के महासचिव के रूप में साथी येचुरी ने भारत की धर्मनिरपेक्ष ताकतों को मजबूत करने में बहुत बड़ा योगदान दिया है। BSNLEU साथी सीताराम येचुरी को सम्मानपूर्ण श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करता है।

Com.Sitaram Yechury, General Secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) and an outstanding leader of the Indian working class movement, passed away today. He had been receiving treatment for an acute respiratory tract infection at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi since 10th September. Com.Sitaram Yechury has also served as a member of the Rajya Sabha from 2005 to 2017. During this period, he has effectively raised the issues of the working class in the Parliament. His contributions to put in place the Common Minimum Programmes of the coalition governments in 1996 and in 2004 are outstanding. As the General Secretary of the CPI(M), Com.Yechury has immensely contributed to strengthen the secular forces of India. BSNLEU pays it's respectful homage to Com.Sitaram Yechury.
