टीटी एलआईसीई - 14 सर्किलों में कोई रिक्त पद नहीं - टीटी एलआईसीई के लिए सीधी भर्ती कोटा पदों को डायवर्ट करें ।

कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने टीटी एलआईसीई आयोजित करने के लिए पत्र जारी किया है।  लेकिन, रिक्त पद केवल 15 सर्किलों में उपलब्ध हैं।  यह टीटी एलआईसीई रिक्त पदों की अनउपलब्धता के कारण असम, आंध्र प्रदेश, बिहार, चेन्नई टेलीफोन, हिमाचल प्रदेश, एनई-I, एनई-II, तमिलनाडु, पश्चिम बंगाल, झारखंड, सिक्किम, जम्मू & कश्मीर, उत्तर प्रदेश (पूर्व) और एनटीआर में आयोजित नहीं किया जाएगा। टीटी संवर्ग के भर्ती नियमों के अनुसार, 50% पद सीधी भर्ती के माध्यम से भरे जाने हैं और शेष 50% पद टीटी एलआईसीई के माध्यम से भरे जाने हैं।  यह सर्वविदित है कि अभी तक प्रबंधन ने टीटी के संवर्ग में कोई सीधी भर्ती नहीं की है।  इसलिए, BSNLEU ने आज सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा है और टीटी एलआईसीई के लिए भी सीधी भर्ती कोटा पदों को डायवर्ट करने की मांग की है।  इसके परिणामस्वरूप, टीटी एलआईसीई के लिए अधिक पद उपलब्ध होंगे।

The Corporate Office has issued letter for holding the TT LICE. But, vacancies are available only in 15 circles. This TT LICE will not be conducted in Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chennai Telephones, Himachal Pradesh, NE-I, NE-II, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Sikkim, J&K, UP(East) and NTR, due to non-availability of posts. As per the Recruitment Rules of TT cadre, 50% posts are to be filled up through Direct Recruitment and the remaining 50% posts are to be filled up through TT LICE. It is known to all that, so far Management has not made any Direct Recruitment in the cadre of TT. Hence, BSNLEU has written to the CMD BSNL today and has demanded to divert the Direct Recruitment quota posts also for the TT LICE. As a result of this, more posts will be available for the TT LICE.

संयुक्त मंच ने श्री अश्विनी वैष्णव, माननीय संचार मंत्री के साथ बैठक की मांग की ।

दिनांक 07-02-2023 को बीएसएनएल के नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों के संयुक्त मंच की बैठक में वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे पर चर्चा करने के लिए माननीय संचार मंत्री श्री अश्विनी वैष्णव के साथ बैठक करने का निर्णय लिया गया।  तदनुसार संयुक्त मंच ने आज माननीय संचार मंत्री को पत्र लिखा है। पत्र में निम्नलिखित पर प्रकाश डाला गया है  : 

१.  बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को इस दलील पर वेतन संशोधन से वंचित किया जा रहा है कि कंपनी तीसरे पीआरसी द्वारा निर्धारित मानदंडों को पूरा नहीं करती है और बीएसएनएल द्वारा वेतन संशोधन देने के सामर्थ्य के संबंध में।

२. दूरसंचार विभाग ने बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को 27 अप्रैल, 2018 को पत्र लिखकर वेतन पुन:नीरीक्षण समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर करने और इसे अनुमोदन के लिए भेजने का निर्देश दिया है।

३.  दिनांक 03.12.20218 को एयुएबी और बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन के साथ हुई बैठक में श्री मनोज सिन्हा, तत्कालीन माननीय संचार राज्य मंत्री, ने निर्देश दिया कि वेतन संशोधन के मुद्दे को शीघ्रता से फैसला लेने के लिए प्राथमिकता दी जानी चाहिए।  

४.  बीएसएनएल में, सभी अधिकारी जो डीओटी से प्रतिनियुक्ति पर काम कर रहे हैं, उनका वेतन संशोधन और सभी भत्तों का संशोधन 7वें सीपीसी की सिफारिशों के अनुसार हो गया है।  जबकि इनके अधीन काम करने वाले कर्मचारियों का वेतन पुन:नीरीक्षण नहीं हुआ है।

५.  बीएसएनएल के 30,000 नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स में से 10,000 नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स स्थगन के कारण पीड़ित हैं।  अत: वेतन पुन:नीरीक्षण का तत्काल समाधान किया जाए।

In the meeting of the Joint Forum of Non-Executive Unions and Associations of BSNL, held on 07-02-2023, it was decided to seek a meeting with Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hon’ble Minister for Communications, to discuss the Wage Revision issue. Accordingly the Joint Forum has written a letter to the Hon’ble Minister for Communications today. The following are highlighted in the letter.

1. BSNL employees are being denied Wage Revision on the plea that, the Company does not meet the criteria laid down by the 3rd PRC, regarding affordability.
2. At the same time, the DoT has written letter to the CMD BSNL on 27th April, 2018, directing to sign the Wage Revision agreement and send the same for it’s approval.
3. In the meeting held with the AUAB and BSNL Management on 03.12.2018, Shri Manoj Sinha, the then Hon’ble Minister of State for Communications, has given direction that, the issue of Wage Revision should accorded priority for taking an expeditious decision.
4. In BSNL, all the officers who are working on deputation from the DoT have got their pay revision and revision of all the allowances as per the recommendations of the 7th CPC. Whereas, the employees working under them have not got their Wage Revision.
5. Out of the 30,000 Non-Executives of BSNL, 10,000 Non-Executives are suffering due to stagnation. Hence, Wage Revision should be settled immediately. 

दूरसंचार तकनीशियन एलआईसीई - आयु सीमा के बारे में अफवाहों पर विश्वास न करें ।

दूरसंचार तकनीशियन एलआईसीई (टीटी एलआईसीई) आयोजित करने के लिए कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने पत्र जारी किया है ।  यह परीक्षा जल्द ही होने वाली है ।  ऐसे में टीटी एलआईसीई में शामिल होने की उम्र सीमा को लेकर अफवाह फैलाई जा रही है । अफवाहें फैलाई जा रही हैं कि सामान्य उम्मीदवारों के लिए आयु सीमा 40 वर्ष, ओबीसी के लिए 43 वर्ष और एससी/एसटी के लिए 45 वर्ष है ।  ये आयु सीमा केवल सीधी भर्ती के लिए हैं ।  कुछ लोग जो भर्ती नियमों को नहीं समझते हैं वे इस तरह की अफवाहें फैला रहे हैं ।  भर्ती नियमों के अनुसार टीटी एलआईसीई में उपस्थित होने के लिए कोई आयु सीमा नहीं है ।  इसलिए, साथियों से अनुरोध है कि वे अफवाहों पर विश्वास न करें ।
