The window for change of Union Membership was opened from 16.06.2024 to 15.07.2024. Consequent to this, some change in the paid membership of BSNLEU in each circle could have taken place. Hence, all the circle secretaries are requested to get the necessary input from the district unions and to send the consolidated figures of membership of BSNLEU, as well as of other unions, to the CHQ. This information may please be sent to the CHQ, latest by next Monday.

BSNLEU  is continuously taking up the cases of the outstanding sports personnel, who are denied of their due career progression. The cases of these outstanding sports personnel are duly recommended by their respective CGMs. However, the vested interests sitting in the Sports Cell of the Admin. Branch,  deny justice to these sports personnel. After repeatedly taking up the issue with the Admin. Branch, BSNLEU has written letter to the Director (HR) today, seeking his intervention for the settlement of these cases.

कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय की प्रशासनिक शाखा में निहित स्वार्थ उत्कृष्ट खेल कर्मियों को न्याय से वंचित करते हैं।

BSNLEU उत्कृष्ट खेल कर्मियों के मामलों को लगातार उठा रहा है, जिन्हें उनके उचित कैरियर की प्रगति से वंचित किया गया है। इन उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ियों के मामलों को उनके संबंधित चीफ जनरल मैनेजर द्वारा विधिवत रूप से अनुशंसित किया जाता है। हालांकि, प्रशासनिक शाखा के खेल प्रकोष्ठ में बैठे निहित स्वार्थ, इन खेल कर्मियों को न्याय से वंचित करते हैं। प्रशासनिक शाखा के साथ बार-बार इस मुद्दे को उठाने के बाद BSNLEU ने आज निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर इन मामलों के निपटारे के लिए उनके हस्तक्षेप की मांग की है।

3 अक्टूबर, 2024 को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कार्य दिवस मनाएँ - WFTU का आह्वान।

पूरी दुनिया में पूँजीपति वर्ग मज़दूर वर्ग पर मज़दूरी, पेंशन, सामाजिक सुरक्षा आदि में कटौती करके अपने शोषण को लगातार बढ़ा रहा है,। यह मज़दूरों के ट्रेड यूनियन अधिकारों पर भी हमला कर रहा है, जिसमें हड़ताल करने का उनका अधिकार भी शामिल है। साथ ही, मज़दूर वर्ग मज़दूरी बढ़ाने, काम के घंटे कम करने, सामाजिक सुरक्षा, स्वास्थ्य सेवा, सम्मानजनक और सुरक्षित काम करने का माहौल सुनिश्चित करने आदि के ज़रिए अपने काम और जीवन की स्थितियों को बेहतर बनाने के लिए वीरतापूर्ण संघर्ष कर रहा है।

विश्व ट्रेड यूनियन महासंघ (WFTU)* मज़दूर वर्ग के विश्वव्यापी उग्र संघर्षों का नेतृत्व कर रहा है। 3 अक्टूबर को WFTU का 79वाँ स्थापना दिवस है। हर साल, WFTU *3 अक्टूबर को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कार्रवाई दिवस* के रूप में मनाता है। WFTU ने निम्नलिखित मांगों पर प्रकाश डालते हुए 03 अक्टूबर, 2024 को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कार्रवाई दिवस मनाने का आह्वान किया है : 

• मजदूरी में कटौती के बिना प्रति सप्ताह 35 घंटे काम। 
• कार्यस्थलों में स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा। 
• सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य सेवा और शिक्षा की सार्वभौमिक प्रणालियों तक सामाजिक सुरक्षा और पहुँच सुनिश्चित करना। 
• गुणवत्तापूर्ण कार्य और जीवन का वातावरण। 

सीएचक्यू सभी सर्किल और जिला यूनियनों से 03 अक्टूबर, 2024 को हॉल मीटिंग, गेट मीटिंग, प्रदर्शन आदि आयोजित करके अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कार्रवाई दिवस मनाने का आह्वान करता है। जहाँ भी संभव हो, WFTU के केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों / सहयोगियों के साथ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कार्रवाई दिवस का आयोजन किया जा सकता है। 

Throughout the world, the capitalist class is relentlessly increasing it’s exploitations on the working class, by way of cutting down the wages, pensions, social securities, etc. It is also attacking the trade union rights of the workers, including their right to strike. At the same time the working class is waging heroic struggles to improve it’s working and living conditions through increased wages, reduced working hours, ensuring social security, healthcare, dignified and safe working environment, etc. The World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU) is spearheading the world- wide militant struggles of the working class. 3^rd October is the 79th Foundation Day of the WFTU. Every year, the WFTU observes 3rd October as the International Action Day. The WFTU has given call  to observe International Action Day on 03^rd October, 2024, highlighting the following demands:-

• 35 hours of work per week without wage reduction.
• Health and safety in workplaces.
• Ensuring social securities and access to universal systems of public healthcare and education.
• Quality working and living environment.  

The CHQ calls upon all the circle and district unions to observe the International Action Day on 03rd October, 2024, by organising hall meetings, gate meetings, demonstrations, etc. Wherever possible, the International Action Day can be organised with the Central Trade Unions / Affiliates of the WFTU.
