AUAB नेताओं ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को ज्ञापन सौंपा- मई, 2021 के लिए फंड, आज जारी किया जाएगा। 

आज सुबह 11:00 बजे एयूएबी नेताओं ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से मुलाकात की और ज्ञापन सौंपा। निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) और निदेशक (वित्त) भी मौजूद थे। एयूएबी नेताओं ने हर महीने की नियत तारीख पर वेतन वितरण नहीं करने के लिए प्रबंधन की कड़ी आलोचना की । नियत तिथि पर वेतन भुगतान न होने के कारण कर्मचारियों की परेशानी सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के समक्ष उजागर हुई। लंबी चर्चा के बाद सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने आज ही मई वेतन के लिए धनराशि जारी करने पर सहमति जताई। नेताओं ने जून का वेतन तत्काल वितरित करने और इसके बाद प्रत्येक माह की नियत तिथि पर वेतन का वितरण करने पर जोर दिया। बीएसएनएल के पुनरुद्धार से संबंधित मुद्दों पर चर्चा के लिए 02-07-2021 को 12:00 बजे एयूएबी और सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के बीच बैठक आयोजित की जानी है। 

The AUAB leaders met the CMD BSNL at 11:00 am today and presented the memorandum. Director (HR) and Director (Finance) were also present. The AUAB leaders severely criticised the Management for not disbursing salary on the due date of every month. The sufferings of the employees, on account of non-payment of salary on the due date, were highlighted before the CMD BSNL. After prolonged discussion, the CMD BSNL agreed to release the funds for May salary today itself. The leaders insisted for disbursement of June Salary immediately and also disbursement of salary on the due date of every month hereafter. A meeting between the AUAB and the CMD BSNL  is fixed to be held at 12:00 hrs on 02-07-2021, to discuss the issues related to the revival of BSNL. 

महामंत्री ने निगम कार्यालय में वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की बैठक ली।

कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु, जीएस ने आज निगम कार्यालय में विभिन्न अधिकारियों से मुलाकात की और बीएसएनएलईयू द्वारा पहले से उठाए गए विभिन्न मुद्दों पर की गई कार्रवाई के बारे में चर्चा की। जीएस ने Sr.GM (एस्ट), श्री सौरभ त्यागी से मुलाकात की और पंजाब सर्कल के JTO LICE परिणामों की घोषणा में की गई कार्रवाई के बारे में चर्चा की। नियम 8 के तहत JEs के अनुरोध तबादलों पर भी उनके साथ चर्चा की गई। निगम कार्यालय ने इसकी पुनर्गठन प्रक्रिया को अंतिम रूप दे दिया है और बीएसएनएलईयू को नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स पदों की संख्या के बारे में सूचित किया है, जिसे जेई, सीनियर टीओए, टीटी और एटीटी के संवर्ग में बनाए रखा जाएगा । जीएस ने इस मुद्दे पर Sr.GM (एस्ट) और श्री मनीष कुमार, जीएम (रेस्टारेंट) के साथ चर्चा की । जीएस ने Sr.GM (एसआर) अनीता जौहरी से भी मुलाकात की और अरुणाचल प्रदेश और लेह एसएसए से  JEs के हस्तांतरण के बारे में चर्चा की।

एयूएबी के आह्वान - ज्ञापन जमा करना  और प्रदर्शन का आयोजन करना। 

एयूएबी के आह्वान के अनुसार वेतन वितरण न होने के मामले को लेकर कल सीएमडी बीएसएनएल, सीजीएम,बीए व एसएसए के  विभागाध्यक्षों को ज्ञापन सौंपा जाना है। एयूएबी मेमोरेंडम की कॉपी पहले ही सर्किल सेक्रेटरीज को भेजी जाती है। केवल सर्कल सचिव बैठक कर सीजीएमएस को ज्ञापन सौंपेंगे इसी तरह बीए व एसएसए प्रमुखों को ज्ञापन सौंपने में केवल जिला सचिव ही भाग लेंगे।  ज्ञापन सौंपे जाने पर अन्य कामरेड कार्यालय के बाहर प्रदर्शन आयोजित करेंगे। बीएसएनएलईयू के सर्किल और जिला सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे एयूएबी के अन्य घटकों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करें और कार्यक्रम को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करें ।

Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met various officers in the Corporate Office today and discussed about the action taken on various issues already raised by BSNLEU.

The GS met Shri Saurabh Tyagi, Sr.GM(Estt.) and discussed about the action taken in the declaration of JTO LICE results of Punjab circle. Request transfers of JEs under Rule 8 was also discussed with him.

The Corporate Office has finalised it’s Restructuring process and has intimated BSNLEU about the number of Non-Executive posts, that are going to be retained in the cadre of JE, Sr.TOA, TT and ATT. The GS discussed this issue with Shri Saurabh Tyagi, Sr.GM(Estt) and Shri Manish Kumar, GM(Restg.) The GS also met Ms. Anita Johri, Sr.GM(SR) and discussed about the transfer of JEs from Arunachal Pradesh and Leh SSAs. 

As per the call of the AUAB, a memorandum is to be submitted tomorrow, to the CMD BSNL, CGM and Heads of the BA & SSA, on the issue of non-disbursement of salary. Copy of the AUAB memorandum is already sent to the Circle Secretaries. Only the circle secretaries shall meet and submit the memorandum to the CGMs. Likewise, only the district secretaries are to participate in submitting the memorandum to the BA and SSA Heads. 

Other comrades shall organise demonstrations outside the office, when the memorandum is being submitted. The Circle and district secretaries of BSNLEU are requested to coordinate with the other  constituents of the AUAB and  to organise the programme successfully. 

The Finance Ministry has made an announcement that it has not taken any decision to release the DA and DR to the Central Government employees and pensioners w.e.f. 01.07.2021. The Finance Ministry has made this announcement in the Twitter, in response to a fake letter being widely circulated in the social media, stating that the Finance Ministry has decided to release the DA and DR w.e.f. 01.07.2021. Many of our comrades also have circulated this message. It is requested not to circulate such letters without verifying their genuineness.

The All India Centre meeting of BSNLEU was held online yesterday the 25.06.2021. All the six All India Centre members participated in the meeting. The  Formal Meeting, held with the Director (HR) on 19.06.2021, was reviewed. The meeting decided that the CHQ should vigorously follow-up the issues discussed in the meeting, till they are resolved. The All India centre meeting also reviewed the functioning of the CHQ and the functioning of the AUAB.

Following the spreading of COVID-19 at an alarming rate and also lock-down imposed in Delhi, CHQ office is remaining closed. The All India Centre meeting of BSNLEU, held yesterday, reviewed the situation. Following the considerable improvement in the pandemic situation, the All India Centre decided that, the CHQ office shall start functioning from 28.06.2021. The meeting decided that, together with Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, Com.Animesh Mitra, President, will function from the CHQ in the month of July.
