कॉर्पोरेट्स कार्यालय-Corporate Office ने सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों-Retired Employees के चिकित्सा बिलों के भुगतान-payment of Medical Bills के लिए  सर्कल-Circle को धन-fund आवंटित किया है।

बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU लगातार प्रबंधन-Management पर दबाव बना रहा है कि वह सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों-Retired Employees के मेडिकल बिलों-Medical Bills के भुगतान-payment के लिए फंड-Fund आवंटित करे। बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU ने इस मुद्दे पर कई पत्र-letters लिखे हैं। समन्वय समिति (सीओसी)-Coordination Committee ने इस मुद्दे पर कई आंदोलनों का आयोजन किया है। अंत में बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU और सीएमडी बीएसएनएल-CMD BSNL के बीच दिनांक 24.12.2021 को हुई बैठक-Meeting में सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों-retired employees के मेडिकल बिलों-Medical Bills का भुगतान-payment न करने पर गंभीरता से चर्चा की गई। उस बैठक में सीएमडी बीएसएनएल-CMD BSNL ने आश्वासन दिया था कि जनवरी-January  के पहले सप्ताह में धनराशि-Fund आवंटित कर दी जाएगी। इसी के अनुसार सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों-Retired Employees के मेडिकल बिलों के भुगतान-payment of Medical Bills के लिए धनराशि-fund सर्कल-Circle को आवंटित किए गए हैं। हालांकि, यह राशि अपर्याप्त-insufficient है, क्योंकि मार्च 2019-March 2019 के बाद से बिल लंबित-bills pending हैं। बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU प्रबंधन-Management पर दबाव बनाना जारी रखेगा ताकि जल्द से जल्द पूरे बैक लॉग-back log को क्लियर किया जा सके । 

It is a jubilant news for all of us to know that, BSNL has added 23,54,467 mobile connections in the month of December, 2021. 15 circles, viz., Bihar (224%), Chennai (209%), Haryana (203%), Rajasthan (187%), Andaman & Nicobar (187%), Uttar Pradesh [West] (178%), Uttar Pradesh [East] (174%), Punjab (173%), Madhya Pradesh (135%), West Bengal (133%), Gujarat (127%), Maharashtra (115%), Himachal Pradesh (109%), Jharkhand (108%) and Tamil Nadu (104%) have exceeded their targets. Of these, UP(East) circle has come first with adding 2,23,348 new connections. It is needless to state that, the steep increase in the tariff,made by the private companies, has provided BSNL with this opportunity. The Non-Executives and Executives of BSNL should continue to maintain this momentum in increasing BSNL’s connections. 

BSNLEU has continuously been pressing on the Management to allot funds for the payment of the medical bills of the retired employees. BSNLEU has written many letters on this issue. The Coordination Committee (CoC) has organised many agitations on this issue. Finally, in the meeting held between BSNLEU and the CMD BSNL on 24.12.2021, non-payment of the medical bills of the retired employees was discussed seriously. In that meeting, the CMD BSNL assured that funds would be allotted in the first week of January. Accordingly, the circles have been allotted with funds for the payment of the medical bills of the retired employees. However, this amount is insufficient, since bills are pending from March 2019 onwards. BSNLEU will continue to press on the Management to clear the entire backlog at the earliest.

नकली आदेशों का परिसंचरण-Circulation of fake orders : सावधानी-caution बरतने की आवश्यकता है। 

यह देखा जा रहा है कि प्रत्येक समय बीएसएनएल-BSNL या भारत सरकार-Government of India के कुछ फर्जी आदेशों-fake orders को व्यापक रूप से परिचालित-widely circulate किया जा रहा है। दो दिन पहले भी, वित्त मंत्रालय- ministry of finance द्वारा जारी किए गए डीए को फ्रीज-DA Freeze करने के लिए एक फर्जी आदेश-fake order व्यापक रूप से परिचालित-widely circulate किया गया था । बाद में पता चला कि यह भी फर्जी आदेश-fake order है। इसलिए, *हमारे साथियों से अनुरोध किया जाता है कि वे केवल सीएचक्यू-CHQ द्वारा भेजे जा रहे आदेशों को प्रसारित करें ।* यदि हमारे साथियों को कोई आदेश प्राप्त होता है और कहा जाता है कि इसे कारपोरेट कार्यालय-Corporate Office या भारत सरकार-Government of India द्वारा जारी किया गया है, तो इसे दूसरों को भेजना नहीं चाहिए । इसके स्थान पर ऐसे आदेशों-orders को सत्यापन-verification के लिए महासचिव-General Secretary को भेजा जाए।

वेतन पुनःनिरीक्षण समिति-Wage Revision Committee की अगली मीटिंग-Meeting दिनांक 19.01.2022 को होगी।

निगम कार्यालय-Corporate Office ने दिनांक 19.01.2022 को वेतन पुनःनिरीक्षण समिति-Wage Revision Committee की अगली मीटिंग-next meeting आयोजित करने की अधिसूचना-notification जारी कर दी है। यह भी बताया गया है कि बैठक के समय की घोषणा यथासमय की जाएगी । वेतन पुनःनिरीक्षण समिति-Wage Revision Committee में बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU के सभी सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे बिना किसी बैठक में अवश्य उपस्थित रहें ।

The Corporate Office has issued notification for holding the next meeting of the Wage Revision Committee on 19.01.2022. It is also informed that, the timing of the meeting will be announced in due course. All the members of BSNLEU, in the Wage Revision Committee, are requested to attend the meeting without fail.

It is being observed that, every now and then, some fake orders of BSNL or Government of India, are being widely circulated. Even two days back, a fake order, for the freezing of DA, said to have been issued by the Ministry of Finance, was widely circulated. Subsequently it came to know that, this is also a fake order. Hence, our comrades are requested only to circulate those orders being forwarded by the CHQ. In case, our comrades receive any order, said to have been issued by the Corporate Office or the Government of India, it should not be circulated to others. Instead, such orders may be forwarded to the General Secretary for verification.

A meeting of the Co-ordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF will be held online at 16:00 hrs. on 06.01.2022. The meeting will discuss about the next campaign programme against National Monetisation Pipeline, preparations for the forthcoming General Strike and issues of the employees and pensioners.

The District Conference of BSNLEU, Hyderabad Telecom District, was held in an ok inspiring manner, today. Com.B. Nagaraju, District President, presided over. Com.Sushil Kumar, District Secretary, welcomed everyone. The conference was inaugurated by Com.M.N. Reddy, veteran trade union leader. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed the conference and explained about the two day General Strike to be held on 23rd & 24th February, 2022, the National Monetisation Pipeline, issues related to the Revival of BSNL, efforts taken by BSNLEU to resolve the demands of the employees, etc. Com.Sambasiva Rao, Circle Secretary, Shri Ravichandran, PGM, Hyderabad, Com.Ramachandrudu, CS, AIBDPA, Com.Pariboornachari, CS, BSNLCCWF and others spoke on the occasion. In the post lunch session, deliberations by the delegates took place.The Conference overwhelmingly decided to successfully organise the forthcoming General Strike.
