Last night, there was a news that, Com.K.K.N.Kutty, former Secretary General of the Confederation of Central Government employees, has passed away.  However, this is a false information. Com.K.K.N.Kutty is under treatment in a Calicut hospital, for post COVID complications and his condition continues to be serious. Com.K.K.N.Kutty is one of the senior most trade union leaders of our country and a well wisher of BSNLEU. We wish him early recovery.

The Confederation of Central Government Employees and the All India State Government Employees Federation are jointly organising a massive convention at New Delhi on 08.12.2022. The Convention will be held in the Talkatora Indoor Stadium. This Convention is being organised against the privatisation of PSUs, downsizing of the government departments, withdrawing of Social Security Measures, National Monetisation Pipeline and demanding restoration of the Old Pension Scheme. The Central Government employees and the State Government employees form a formidable section of the Indian working class. It is a welcome step that, both the Central Government employees and the State Government Employees are organising themselves to fight against the anti-worker and pro-corporate policies of the Modi government.

As all the comrades are aware that, BSNLEU is entitled to nominate 8 members to the National, Circle and Local councils. It is nearly 1 ½ months since the 9^th Membership Verification is concluded. However, the CHQ has received only very few nominations to the Circle and Local councils so far. Hence, the CHQ calls on the circle and district unions to immediately send the nominations to the CHQ. While finalising the nominations, it is requested to keep the direction of the CHQ regarding allotment of seats to the SNATTA.

बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी का दूसरा अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन 10-12-2022 को कन्याकुमारी में आयोजित किया जा रहा है। स्वागत समिति ने सूचित किया है कि निम्नलिखित दो साथी आवास व्यवस्था  के प्रभारी होंगे। सभी सर्किल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे अखिल भारतीय अधिवेशन में भाग लेने आने वाले प्रतिनिधियों के आगमन की तिथि, समय और ट्रेन की संख्या की सूचना इन साथियों को तत्काल दें।

बंद एक्सचेंजों के कॉपर केबल की रिकवरी - BSNLEU ने बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिखा।

लगभग सभी सर्किलों में बीएसएनएल के कई टेलीफोन एक्सचेंज बंद कर दिए गए हैं। साथ ही, उन टेलीफोन एक्सचेंजों को जोड़ने वाले भूमिगत केबल बरामद नहीं किए गए हैं। हमारे ध्यान में लाया गया है कि कई स्थानों पर असामाजिक तत्व उन्हें लूट रहे हैं। इसलिए BSNLEU ने बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिखकर उन केबलों की वसूली की व्यवस्था करने का अनुरोध किया है। 

जेटीओ प्रशिक्षुओं को मुद्रित सामग्री की आपूर्ति न होना - महासचिव ने जनरल मैनेजर (Rectt. & Trng.) के साथ चर्चा की।

BSNLEU ने पहले ही निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर शिकायत की है कि जेटीओ प्रशिक्षुओं को मुद्रित सामग्री नहीं दी जा रही है और केवल सॉफ्ट कॉपी की आपूर्ति की जा रही है। साथी पी.  अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज सुश्री समिता लूथरा, जीएम (Rectt.&Trng.) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की। उन्होंने जवाब दिया कि आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

एनई-1 और एनई-2 सर्किल के डीआर जेई के नियम - 8 के तहत स्थानांतरण - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को लिखा है।

दिनांक 30.11.2022 को BSNLEU के अध्यक्ष, महासचिव और उप महासचिव ने बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी श्री पीके पुरवार से मुलाकात की और डीआर जेई के नियम 8 के तहत स्थानांतरण पर कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के आदेशों को लागू नहीं करने के बारे में शिकायत की। इसी को जारी रखते हुए BSNLEU ने आज बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिखकर इस मामले में हस्तक्षेप करने का अनुरोध किया है।

In almost all circles, many BSNL Telephone Exchanges have been closed down. At the same time, the underground cables connecting those Telephone Exchanges have not been recovered. It has been brought to our notice that, in many places, the antisocial elements are looting them. Hence, BSNLEU has written to the CMD BSNL, requesting to arrange for the recovery of those cables.
