CHQ conveys hearty congrats to all the circle and district unions which have successfully organised the District Level Conventions on 10-03-2023, highlighting the charter of demands of the Mazdoor Kisan Sangharsh rally, which is going to be held at New Delhi on 05-04-2023. The next phase of the ongoing campaign programme is “Meet the Employees Campaign”. This programme is to be organised from 13-03-2023 to 18-03-2023. CHQ has already issued campaign material for this programme. All the circle and district unions are requested to effectively organise this program, by meeting each and every employee and by explaining to them about the charter of demands of the Mazdoor Kisan Sangharsh Rally.

BSNLEU ने निदेशक (एचआर) के साथ होने वाली औपचारिक बैठक में चर्चा के लिए अतिरिक्त आइटम दिए ।

BSNLEU ने कर्मचारियों के महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर चर्चा के लिए पहले ही निदेशक (एचआर) के साथ एक औपचारिक बैठक की मांग की है।  प्रबंधन ने इस औपचारिक बैठक की तिथि 23-03-2023 निर्धारित की है। BSNLEU ने इस बैठक के लिए पहले ही आइटम जमा कर दिए हैं।  आज, फिर से BSNLEU ने औपचारिक बैठक में चर्चा के लिए तीन अतिरिक्त आइटम प्रस्तुत की हैं जो निम्नदर्शित है । 

१. पुनर्गठन योजना के तहत विभिन्न संवर्गों के लिए निर्धारित मानदंडों की समीक्षा करें।

२. सिविल / इलेक्ट्रिकल विंग के ड्राफ्ट्समैन के लिए एक विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई आयोजित करने पर नेशनल काउंसिल के फैसले को लागू करें।

३. मनमाने ढंग से जारी खेल नीति को  मान्यता प्राप्त यूनियनों के साथ परामर्श कर के संशोधित करें।

साथी मोहिंदर सिंह, एफएनटीओ के वरिष्ठ नेता का निधन - BSNLEU उन्हें सम्मानपूर्ण श्रद्धांजलि देता है ।

BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू को यह जानकर बेहद दुख हुआ कि एफएनटीओ के वरिष्ठ नेता साथी मोहिंदर सिंह का निधन हो गया है।  उन्होंने कल गुड़गांव में अंतिम सांस ली। साथी मोहिंदर सिंह एफएनटीओ के दिल्ली सर्किल सचिव होने के साथ-साथ उस यूनियन के अखिल भारतीय संगठन सचिव भी हैं।  वह एयूएबी और संयुक्त मंच के सभी कार्यक्रमों में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लेते रहे हैं। साथी मोहिंदर सिंह का निधन एफएनटीओ के साथ-साथ बीएसएनएल के संयुक्त ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन के लिए एक बहुत बड़ी क्षति है। BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू साथी मोहिंदर सिंह को सम्मानपूर्वक श्रद्धांजलि देता है। BSNLEU  एफएनटीओ के साथ-साथ साथी मोहिंदर सिंह के परिवार के सदस्यों के प्रति भी अपनी हार्दिक संवेदना व्यक्त करता है।

गुजरात सर्कल प्रशासन द्वारा स्थानांतरण से मुक्ति पर कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के निर्देश का उल्लंघन - BSNLEU ने हस्तक्षेप की मांग करते हुए प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) को पत्र लिखा।

कार्पोरेट कार्यालय के निर्देशानुसार BSNLEU के जिला सचिवों को 'स्थानांतरण से मुक्ति' की सुविधा मिल रही है।  हालाँकि, गुजरात सर्किल प्रशासन ने श्री आनंद नारायण सिंह, जिला सचिव, BSNLEU, वड़ोदरा जिले को दूर के जिले में स्थानांतरित कर दिया है।  यह स्थानांतरण वडोदरा जिले में BSNLEU के कामकाज को पंगु बना देगा।  इसलिए BSNLEU ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर), बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को पत्र लिखा है, इस मामले में उनके हस्तक्षेप की मांग की है और स्थानांतरण से मुक्ति पर कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के निर्देश के कार्यान्वयन के लिए गुजरात सर्कल प्रशासन को आवश्यक दिशानिर्देश जारी करने की मांग की है।

The CHQ of BSNLEU is extremely pained to know that, Com. Mohinder Singh, senior leader of FNTO has passed away. He breathed his last at Gurgaon yesterday. Com Mohinder Singh is the Delhi circle secretary of FNTO, as well as the All India Organising Secretary of that Union. He has been actively participating in all the programmes of the AUAB and the Joint Forum. The death of Com. Mohinder Singh is a very big loss to FNTO,  as well as the joint trade union movement of BSNL. The CHQ of BSNLEU pays it’s respectful homage to Com. Mohinder Singh. BSNLEU also conveys it’s heartfelt condolences to FNTO, as well as to the family members of Com. Mohinder Singh.

As per the instructions of the Corporate Office, the district secretaries of BSNLEU are having the facility of ‘Immunity from Transfers’. However, the Gujarat Circle Administration has transferred Shri Anand Narayan Singh, district secretary, BSNLEU, Vadodara district, to a far away district. This transfer will cripple the functioning of BSNLEU in Vadodara district. Hence BSNLEU, has written letter to the PGM(SR), BSNL Corporate Office, seeking her intervention on this matter and to issue necessary guideline to the Gujarat circle administration for implementation of the Corporate Office instruction on immunity from transfers.

विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणामों की घोषणा के संबंध में कैट आदेश का कार्यान्वयन।

जैसा कि BSNLEU ने पहले ही सूचित किया है, विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणामों की घोषणा के लिए दी गई रोक हटा दी गई है।  हालांकि, CAT ने आदेश दिया है कि 445 पदों में से 4% को पीडब्ल्यूडी उम्मीदवारों के लिए आरक्षित रखा जाना चाहिए। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज सुश्री समिता लूथरा, जनरल मैनेजर (Rectt.) से बात की और CAT के आदेश के अनुसार परिणामों की शीघ्र घोषणा की मांग की।  उन्होंने कहा कि, प्रबंधन CAT के आदेश को लागू करने के लिए सर्किल के हिसाब से 4% पदों को आरक्षित कर रहा है।  यह कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय की एस्टाब्लिशमेंट शाखा के समन्वय में किया जाना चाहिए।  इसलिए, महासचिव ने श्री सौरभ त्यागी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) से भी बात की और आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया।

As BSNLEU has already intimated, the stay granted for the declaration of the Special JTO LICE results, has been vacated. However, the CAT has ordered that, 4% of the 445 posts should be kept reserved for PWD candidates. Com. P. Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Ms. Samita Luthra, GM(Rectt.) today and demanded early declaration of the results as per the CAT order. She stated that, the Management is on the job of implementing the CAT order, by reserving 4% posts circle wise. This needs to be done in coordination with the Establishment Branch of the Corporate Office. Hence, the General Secretary also spoke to Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Estt.) and requested to do the needful.
