Violation of the Corporate Office instruction on Immunity from Transfers by Gujarat Circle Administration - BSNLEU writes to the PGM (SR), seeking intervention.

As per the instructions of the Corporate Office, the district secretaries of BSNLEU are having the facility of ‘Immunity from Transfers’. However, the Gujarat Circle Administration has transferred Shri Anand Narayan Singh, district secretary, BSNLEU, Vadodara district, to a far away district. This transfer will cripple the functioning of BSNLEU in Vadodara district. Hence BSNLEU, has written letter to the PGM(SR), BSNL Corporate Office, seeking her intervention on this matter and to issue necessary guideline to the Gujarat circle administration for implementation of the Corporate Office instruction on immunity from transfers.
