As per the decision of the Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF, “Meet the Employees programme” is being organised from 13.03.2023 onwards. It will go up to 18.03.2023. Circle and district unions are requested to ensure that each and every employee is met during this campaign and explained of the contents contained in the pamphlet issued by the CHQ. Reports and photos may be sent to the CHQ immediately after completion of the programme. 

मूल्यांकन के कम मानकों को लागू करें और अनुत्तीर्ण अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति उम्मीदवारों के जेई एलआईसीई परिणामों की समीक्षा करें - BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को लिखा है।

जेई एलआईसीई 18.12.2022 को आयोजित किया गया था।  परिणाम पहले ही घोषित किए जा चुके हैं।  सीएचक्यू के ध्यान में लाया गया है कि तेलंगाना सर्कल में एसटी समुदाय से संबंधित एक उम्मीदवार चयनित होने का मौका चूक गया है।  कारपोरेट कार्यालय की अधिसूचना के अनुसार, तेलंगाना सर्कल में एसटी के 2 पद उपलब्ध हैं और दोनों एसटी पद भरे नहीं गए हैं।  इस परिस्थिति में, BSNLEU ने आज निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखा है और मूल्यांकन के कम मानकों को लागू करके सभी सर्किलों में अनुत्तीर्ण अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति के उम्मीदवारों के परिणामों की समीक्षा करने की मांग की है।

The JE LICE was held on 18.12.2022. Results have already been declared. It has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that, a candidate belonging to the ST Community in Telangna circle, has narrowly missed the chance of getting selected. As per the notification of the Corporate Office, 2 ST posts are available in Telangna circle and both ST posts are not filled up. Under this circumstance, BSNLEU has written letter to the Director (HR) today and has demanded review of the results of the failed SC / ST candidates, in all circles, by applying the Lesser Standards of evaluation.

हैदराबाद में बीएसएनएल वर्किंग वीमेंस का प्रेरक सम्मेलन आयोजित हुआ ।

BSNLEU की केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक के निर्णय के अनुसार तेलंगाना सर्किल यूनियन ने 14.03.2023 को हैदराबाद में वर्किंग वीमेंस का एक प्रेरक सम्मेलन आयोजित किया। बैठक की अध्यक्षता सर्किल अध्यक्ष साथी जे. संपत राव ने की।  सर्किल सचिव साथी जी. सांबाशिव राव ने मंच पर आए नेताओं और प्रतिभागियों का स्वागत किया। "कार्यस्थल पर वर्किंग वीमेंस का उत्पीड़न और उन्हें रोकने के उपाय" विषय पर एक संगोष्ठी आयोजित की गई। ऑल इंडिया डेमोक्रेटिक वीमेंस एसोसियेशन (एआईडीडब्ल्यूए) की नेता साथी नागालक्ष्मी ने इस विषय पर प्रतिनिधियों को संबोधित किया। साथी जे. संपत  राव, सर्किल अध्यक्ष और साथी जी. संबाशिव राव, सर्किल सेक्रेटरी ने सीईसी के फैसले के साथ-साथ बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन के फैसलों के बारे में बताया। उन्होंने मजदूर किसान संघर्ष रैली की मांगों के बारे में भी बताया  जो 05.04.2023 को नई दिल्ली में होने जा रही है । साथी रामचंद्रडू, सर्किल सेक्रेटरी, एआईबीडीपीए, साथी बी.परिपूर्णाचारी, सर्किल सेक्रेटरी, बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ और साथी पद्मावती, बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी की अखिल भारतीय समिति सदस्य ने बैठक को संबोधित किया। अंत में, एक नई बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी, तेलंगाना सर्कल समिति  सदस्यों के रूप में 17 साथियों के साथ गठित किया गया था। BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू इस सम्मेलन को आयोजित करने की पहल करने के लिए तेलंगाना सर्किल यूनियन को दिल से बधाई देता है।

As per the decision of the Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU, the Telangana circle union organised a good convention of the working women at Hyderabad, on 14.03.2023. Com. J. Sampath Rao, circle president, presided over the meeting. Com.G.Sambasiva Rao, Circle Secretary, welcomed the leaders on the dias, as well as the participants. A Seminar was held on the subject of "Harassment of working women at work places and measures to prevent them”. Com. Nagalaxmi, leader of the All India Democratic Women’s Association (AIDWA) addressed the delegates on the subject. Com.J. Sampath Rao, CP and Com.G. Sambasiva Rao, CS, explained the about the decision of the CEC, as well as about the decisions of the BSNLWWCC All India Convention. They also explained about the demands of the Mazdoor Kisan Sangharsh Rally to be held at New Delhi on 05.04.2023. Com.Ramachandrdu, CS, AIBDPA, Com.B.Paripurnachari, CS, BSNLCCWF and Com.Padmavathi, All India Committee member of BSNLWWCC, addressed the meeting. Finally, a new BSNLWWCC, Telangana circle committee was formed, with 17 comrades as members. The CHQ of BSNLEU heartily congratulates the Telangana circle union for taking the initiative for holding this Convention.

विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणाम क्यों घोषित नहीं किए जाते है ?  

न्यायालय  ने 18.12.2022 को आयोजित स्पेशियल जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणामों की घोषणा के लिए लगाई गई रोक को पहले ही हटा दिया है।  हालांकि, प्रबंधन ने अभी तक परिणाम घोषित नहीं किया है।  स्पेशियल जेटीओ एलआईसीई में शामिल हुए परीक्षार्थी परिणाम घोषित नहीं होने से आक्रोशित हैं। BSNLEU परिणामों की जल्द घोषणा के लिए लगातार प्रयास कर रहा है। आज साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने एक बार फिर इस मुद्दे पर सुश्री समिता लूथरा, जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती और प्रशिक्षण) के साथ चर्चा की । जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती और प्रशिक्षण) ने जवाब दिया कि, कोर्ट के आदेश को लागू करने में बहुत सारे संकलन शामिल हैं। कोर्ट ने सिर्फ इतना कहा है कि 445 पदों में से 4% पद पीडब्ल्यूडी उम्मीदवारों के लिए अलग रखा जाना चाहिए।  यह 4% 18 पद होते है। सवाल यह है कि इन 18 पदों को अलग-अलग सर्किलों में अलग कैसे रखा जा सकता है ?  उदाहरण के लिए, यदि मध्य प्रदेश सर्कल में 4% पद अलग करना है, तो एमपी सर्कल के लिए योग्य एक ओसी उम्मीदवार बाहर हो जाएगा।  यह ओसी उम्मीदवार तमिलनाडु सर्कल के लिए अपना दूसरा विकल्प दे सकता था।  यदि इस उम्मीदवार को तमिलनाडु सर्कल के लिए आवंटित किया जाना है, तो तमिलनाडु सर्कल में नई जटिलताएं पैदा होंगी। जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती और प्रशिक्षण) ने महासचिव BSNLEU को आज सूचित किया कि, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय की भर्ती और स्थापना शाखाओं ने पहले ही कई दौर की चर्चा कर ली हैं, ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि पीडब्ल्यूडी उम्मीदवारों के लिए 4% पद को अलग करने के कारण कोई नया मुकदमा न हो। जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती और प्रशिक्षण) ने आगे कहा कि कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय इस मुद्दे पर सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता के आधार पर काम कर रहा है और जल्द ही कोई रास्ता निकालने का आश्वासन दिया है। स्पेशियल जेटीओ एलआईसीई में उपस्थित हुए सभी साथियों से अनुरोध है कि धैर्य बनाए रखें। BSNLEU सक्रिय रूप से इस मुद्दे पर काम कर रहा है।

The Court has already vacated the stay imposed for the declaration of results of the Special JTO LICE, held on 18.12.2022. However, the Management has not declared the result so far. The candidates who have appeared in the Special JTO LICE are getting agitated, since the results are not declared. BSNLEU is continuously taking efforts for the early declaration of the results. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, once again discussed this issue with Ms. Samita Luthra, GM (Rectt. & Trng.) The GM (Rectt. & Trng.), replied that, there are a lot of compilations involved in implementing the court order. The court has simply stated that 4% of the 445 posts should be set aside for the PWD candidates. This 4% works out to 18 posts. The question is, how these 18 posts can be set aside in various circles? For example, if 4% post is to be set aside in Madhya Pradesh circle, then one OC candidate qualified for MP circle will be out. This OC candidate could have given his 2^nd option for Tamil Nadu circle. If this candidate is to be allotted for Tamil Nadu circle, new complications will be created in Tamil Nadu circle. The GM (Rectt. & Trng.) informed the GS, BSNLEU today that, the Recruitment and Establishment Branches of the Corporate Office have already held many rounds of discussions, to ensure that, fresh litigation does not arise on account of setting aside 4% posts for the PWD candidates. The GM (Rectt. & Trng.) further stated that the Corporate Office is working on this issue on a top priority basis and assured to find a way out soon. All the comrades who have appeared in the Special JTO LICE are requested to remain patient. BSNLEU is actively pursuing this issue. 

The candidates who have qualified in the JE LICE held on 18.12.2022 are not yet sent for the training. Earlier, the Management has informed BSNLEU that, the training of these candidates would start in the month of March, 2023. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, once again discussed this issue with Ms. Samita Luthra, GM (Rectt. & Trng.), BSNL Corporate Office. The General Secretary demanded that, the successful candidates should be deputed for training without further delay. In reply, the GM (Rectt. & Trng.) stated that, the Corporate Office is coordinating with the CGM, ALTTC, for the early commencement of the JE training. She also stated that, the training programme might start in the last week of March, 2023. 

It is already 5 months since the 9^th Membership Verification results were declared. However, the National Council has not yet been reconstituted. BSNLEU has already given 3 letters to the Management, demanding early reconstitution of the National Council. However, the Management has not reconstituted the National Council. Hence, once again BSNLEU has written letter to the Director (HR) today, demanding immediate reconstitution of the National Council.
