After prolonged delay, the Corporate Office has reconstituted the National Council. There had been a deadlock in the constitution of the National Council. However, it is a welcome development that the National Council has finally been reconstituted. The first meeting of the reconstituted National Council is expected to be held in the first week of August, 2023.

बीएसएनएल में मानव संसाधनों के पुनर्गठन की समीक्षा की प्रक्रिया शुरू। 

जैसा कि सभी जानते हैं, BSNLEU लगातार बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन पर मानव संसाधनों के पुनर्गठन की समीक्षा करने के लिए दबाव डाल रहा है, जिसे दिनांक 01.02.2020 से लागू किया गया है । BSNLEU ने प्रबंधन को कई पत्र लिखे हैं और 10.05.2023 को निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ आयोजित औपचारिक बैठक में भी इस मुद्दे को उठाया है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने मानव संसाधन के पुनर्गठन की समीक्षा करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की है। कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय की रिस्ट्रक्चरिंग शाखा ने कल पत्र लिखकर मानव संसाधन के पुनर्गठन की समीक्षा करने के लिए आवश्यक जानकारी/इनपुट भेजने का निर्देश दिया है। कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के पत्र में यह भी कहा गया है कि ये जानकारी 31.07.2023 तक कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को भेज दी जानी चाहिए।

वेतन संशोधन, बीएसएनएल की 4G और 5G सेवा और नई प्रमोशन नीति शुरू करने की मांग को लेकर संयुक्त मंच द्वारा जंतर-मंतर पर विशाल और उग्र धरना आयोजित किया गया।

बीएसएनएल के नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव यूनियन और एसोसिएशनों के संयुक्त मंच ने आज जंतर-मंतर पर एक विशाल और उग्र धरना का आयोजन किया। इस धरने में लगभग सभी सर्किलों से सैकड़ों साथियों ने भाग लिया। धरना की अध्यक्षता संयुक्त मंच के अध्यक्ष साथी चंदेश्वर सिंह ने की । संयुक्त मंच के संयोजक साथी पी.अभिमन्यु ने सभी का स्वागत किया और उन मांगों की जानकारी दी जिन पर धरना आयोजित किया जा रहा है। साथी अमरजीत कौर, महासचिव, एआईटीयुसी और साथी तपन सेन, महासचिव, सीआईटीयु ने संयुक्त मंच की मांगों जैसे 4G और 5G सेवा को तत्काल शुरू करने, वेतन संशोधन के त्वरित समाधान और अन्य मुद्दों का समर्थन करते हुए जोशीले भाषण दिए। उन्होंने सरकार की सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र विरोधी, श्रमिक वर्ग विरोधी और कॉर्पोरेट समर्थक नीतियों की भी कड़ी आलोचना की। साथी के.जी. जयराज, महासचिव, एआईबीडीपीए, साथी सुरेश कुमार, महासचिव, बीएसएनएल एमएस और साथी जे. विजयकुमार, महासचिव, टीईपीयू ने भी बैठक को संबोधित किया और मांगों के बारे में बताया। धरने में शामिल न होने की प्रबंधन की धमकी के बावजूद और रुक-रुक कर हो रही बारिश के बीच भी साथियों ने अंत तक इस धरने में बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया। संयुक्त मंच के अध्यक्ष एवं संयोजक दोनों ने धरने में शामिल सभी साथियों को हृदय से धन्यवाद दिया तथा आश्वासन दिया कि आने वाले दिनों में संयुक्त मंच द्वारा और भी उग्र आंदोलन किये जायेंगे।

As all are aware, BSNLEU has continuously been pressing on the BSNL Management to review the Restructuring of Manpower that has been implemented w.e.f. 01.02.2020. BSNLEU has written many letters to the Management and has also taken up this issue in the Formal Meeting held with the Director (HR) on 10.05.2023. Consequent to this, the BSNL Management has initiated the process to review the Restructuring of Manpower. The Restructuring Branch of the Corporate Office has written letter yesterday, directing them to send the necessary information / input to undertake the review of Restructuring of Manpower. The Corporate Office letter has also stated that these information should be sent to the Corporate Office by 31.07.2023.

The Joint Forum of the Non-Executive Unions and Associations of BSNL organised a massive and militant dharna at Jantar Mantar today. Hundreds of comrades participated in this dharna from almost all the circles. Com.Chandeshwar Singh, Chairman, of the Joint Forum, presided over the dharna. Com.P.Abhimanyu, Convenor, of the Joint Forum, welcomed everyone and briefed the demands on which the dharna is being organised. Com.Amarjit Kaur, General Secretary, AITUC and Com.Tapan Sen, General Secretary, CITU, delivered rousing speeches, supporting the demands of the Joint Forum viz., immediate launching of 4G & 5G, prompt settlement of Wage Revision and other issues. They also severely criticised the anti-Public Sector, anti-working class and pro-corporate policies of the government. Com.K.G. Jayaraj, GS, AIBDPA, Com.Suresh Kumar, GS, BSNL MS and Com.J. Vijayakumar, GS, TEPU, also addressed the meeting and explained the demands. Despite threatening from the Management against participating in the dharna and also amidst intermittent raining, the comrades massively participated in this dharna till the end. Both the Chairman and Convenor of the Joint Forum heartily thanked all the comrades who have participated in the dharna and assured that more militant agitations would be organised by the Joint Forum in the days to come.

BSNLEU ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर वाउचर के साथ आउटडोर मेडिकल क्लेम की सीमा को संशोधित करने की मांग की है।

बीएसएनएल कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय ने वाउचर के साथ आउटडोर मेडिकल क्लेम के लिए मामूली सीमा तय की है। कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के पत्र दिनांक 08.05.2020 के अनुसार, 01.04.2020 तक 15 दिनों का वेतन (मूल वेतन + डीए) अधिकतम सीमा के रूप में तय किया गया है। इस सीमा को तय हुए तीन साल हो चुके हैं। इन 3 वर्षों के दौरान, सरकार द्वारा सीजीएचएस दरों में काफी वृद्धि की गई है। इसके अलावा, दवाओं की कीमतें भी आसमान छू रही हैं। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने आज सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर 01.04.2023 के अनुसार 15 दिनों के वेतन (मूल वेतन + डीए) की सीमा को तुरंत संशोधित करने की मांग की है। BSNLEU ने यह भी मांग की है कि हर साल इस सीमा की समीक्षा की जानी चाहिए और उस विशेष वर्ष के 1 अप्रैल से 15 दिनों के वेतन (मूल वेतन + डीए) के रूप में तय किया जाना चाहिए।

The BSNL Corporate Office has fixed a paltry ceiling for the outdoor medical claim with voucher. According to the Corporate Office letter dated 08.05.2020, 15 days’ pay (basic pay + DA) as of 01.04.2020 has been fixed as the ceiling. It is already 3 years since this ceiling is fixed. During these 3 years, the CGHS rates are considerably enhanced by the government. Further, the cost of medicines have also sky-rocketed. Hence, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today, demanding to immediately revise the ceiling as 15 days’ pay (basic pay + DA) as of 01.04.2023. BSNLEU has also demanded that, every year, this ceiling should be reviewed and fixed as 15 days’ pay (basic pay + DA) as of the 1^st April of that particular year.
