One of the problems being faced by employees (serving / retired) while undergoing indoor treatment in emergency conditions is getting the Visit Report. In certain cases, it becomes difficult to get the Visit Report. Due to the non-getting of this Visit Report, medical reimbursements are not being settled in some cases. Now, in a letter issued to the CGM, UP(West) circle, the Corporate Office has authorised the CGMs to give exemption to the Visit Report, based on justification / merit. 

दिग्गज नेता साथी जी.जी. पाटील का निधन हो गया।

सीएचक्यू यह सुनकर दुःखी है कि साथी जी.जी. पाटील, BSNLEU और एआईबीडीपीए, कर्नाटक सर्कल के दिग्गज नेता का आज निधन हो गया। वह 80 साल के थे और बेंगलुरु के एक अस्पताल में उनका इलाज चल रहा था। प्यार से साथी जी.जी पाटील को जीजी कहा जाता था। साथी जी.जी. पाटीलने दिवंगत नेता साथी सदानंद के साथ मिलकर कर्नाटक सर्कल में BSNLEU को संगठित करने में अग्रणी भूमिका निभाई थी। वह एक शांत और निस्वार्थ कार्यकर्ता थे और उन्होंने कभी भी संगठन में पदों की लालसा नहीं की। सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद भी साथी जी.जी. पाटील BSNLEU को मजबूत करने के लिए हर संभव तरीके से योगदान दे रहे थे। BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू कॉम.जी.जी. पाटील के योगदान को कृतज्ञतापूर्वक स्वीकार करता है और उन्हें सम्मानजनक श्रद्धांजलि देता है। सीएचक्यू उनके परिवार के सदस्यों और कर्नाटक सर्कल के साथियों के प्रति भी अपनी हार्दिक संवेदना व्यक्त करता है।

CHQ is shocked to hear that Com.G.G. Patil, the veteran leader of BSNLEU and AIBDPA,  Karnataka circle, passed away today. He was 80 years old and was undergoing treatment in a hospital at Bangalore. Fondly called as G.G., Com.G.G. Patil, had played a pioneering role in organising BSNLEU in Karnataka circle, together with the late leader, Com.Sadanand. He was a silent and selfless worker and has never hankered for posts in the organisation. Even after retirement, Com.G.G.Patil had been contributing in every possible manner to strengthen BSNLEU. The CHQ of BSNLEU thankfully recognises the contributions of Com.G.G.Patil and pays it’s respectful homage to him. CHQ also conveys it’s heartfelt condolences to his family members and comrades of Karnataka circle.

चेन्नई टेलीफोन सर्कल के BSNLEU नेताओं ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से मुलाकात की।

श्री पी.के. पुरवार, सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने कल चेन्नई का दौरा किया। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल की यात्रा का लाभ उठाते हुए BSNLEU के नेताओं ने उनसे मुलाकात की। साथी एस.पाशा, सर्कल अध्यक्ष एवं साथी एम. श्रीधरसुब्रमण्यन, सर्कल सचिव ने इस बैठक में भाग लिया। उन्होंने बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को ज्ञापन सौंपा। उन्होंने हाल ही में चेन्नई सर्कल में आई अभूतपूर्व बाढ़ से गंभीर क्षति के बारे में बताया और कर्मचारियों को बाढ़ अग्रिम का तत्काल भुगतान करने की मांग की। उन्होंने यह भी मांग की कि सेवारत कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों के रेसीडेंशियल लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन को ऑप्टिक फाइबर आधारित लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन में परिवर्तित किया जाना चाहिए। बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी ने मांगों पर विचार करने का आश्वासन दिया।  

मूल्यांकन के कम मानक लागू करके असफल एसटी उम्मीदवार के परिणामों की समीक्षा न करना - BSNLEU राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग से हस्तक्षेप चाहता है।

तेलंगाना सर्कल के ड्राइवर श्री मोती लाल के जेई एलआईसीई परिणाम की समीक्षा के लिए BSNLEU प्रबंधन पर दबाव बना रहा है। यह कर्मचारी जेई एलआईसीई में बहुत कम अंकों से फेल हो गये हैं। तेलंगाना सर्कल में जेई के दो पद खाली हैं। डीओपी एण्ड टी के आदेशों के अनुसार, मूल्यांकन के निम्न मानक लागू करके श्री मोती लाल के परिणाम की समीक्षा की जानी चाहिए। हालांकि, बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने BSNLEU की इस मांग को खारिज कर दिया है। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग को समक्ष उठाया है, जिसमें श्री मोती लाल के परिणामों की समीक्षा के मामले में डीओपी एण्ड टी आदेश के कार्यान्वयन को सुनिश्चित करने की मांग की गई है। 

BSNLEU has been pressing on the Management for the review of the JE LICE result of Shri Mothi Lal, Driver, Telangana circle. The official has failed in JE LICE by very less marks. There are two JE posts remaining unfilled in Telangana circle. As per the DoP&T orders, the result of Shri Mothi Lal should be reviewed by applying Lesser Standard of Evaluation. However, the BSNL Management has rejected this demand of BSNLEU. Hence, BSNLEU has represented to the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, demanding to ensure implementation of the DoP&T order in the matter of reviewing the results of Shri Mothi Lal.  

Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL, visited Chennai yesterday. Utilising the CMD BSNL’s visit, the leaders of BSNLEU met him. Com.S.Pasha, Circle President and Com.M. Sridharasubramanian, Circle Secretary, participated in this meeting. They submitted a memorandum to the CMD BSNL. They explained about the unprecedented floods which caused severe damages in Chennai circle recently and demanded immediate payment of flood advance to the employees. They also demanded that, the Residential Landline connections of the serving employees and pensioners should be converted into optic fibre based landline connections. The CMD BSNL assured to look into the demands.

सेवारत कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों के आवासीय लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन को ऑप्टिक फाइबर आधारित लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन में परिवर्तित किया जाना चाहिए - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा। 

बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन कॉपर केबल आधारित लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन को खत्म कर उन्हें फाइबर आधारित लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन में तब्दील कर रहा है। बीएसएनएल के सेवारत कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों के पास कॉपर केबल पर काम करने वाले मुफ्त आवासीय लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन हैं। कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों के ये लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन खत्म होने जा रहे हैं। प्रबंधन इन लैंडलाइन के स्थान पर कर्मचारियों को सिम कार्ड जारी करना चाहता है। BSNLEU पहले ही इस प्रस्ताव को खारिज कर चुका है। आज BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर मांग की है कि सेवारत कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों को भी ऑप्टिक फाइबर पर काम करने वाले आवासीय लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन प्रदान किए जाने चाहिए। 

BSNL Management is abolishing the copper cable based landline connections and is converting them into fibre based landline connections. BSNL serving employees and pensioners are having Free Residential Landline Connections working on copper cable. These landline connections of employees and pensioners are going to be abolished. Management wants to issue SIM Cards to the employees, in the place of these landlines. BSNLEU has already rejected this proposal. Today, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL demanding that, the serving employees and pensioners should also be provided with Residential Landline connections working on optic fibre.
