Non-reviewing of the results of failed ST candidate, by applying lesser standard of evaluation - BSNLEU seeks the intervention of the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes.

BSNLEU has been pressing on the Management for the review of the JE LICE result of Shri Mothi Lal, Driver, Telangana circle. The official has failed in JE LICE by very less marks. There are two JE posts remaining unfilled in Telangana circle. As per the DoP&T orders, the result of Shri Mothi Lal should be reviewed by applying Lesser Standard of Evaluation. However, the BSNL Management has rejected this demand of BSNLEU. Hence, BSNLEU has represented to the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, demanding to ensure implementation of the DoP&T order in the matter of reviewing the results of Shri Mothi Lal.
