BSNLEU के महासचिव द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना के अनुसार BSNLEU, जे एंड के सर्कल का सर्कल सम्मेलन 09-06-2024 को जम्मू में आयोजित किया जा रहा है। श्रीनगर से सीएचक्यू के संज्ञान में लाया गया है कि सर्कल सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले प्रतिनिधियों को विशेष आकस्मिक अवकाश स्वीकृत करने में कुछ समस्याएं उत्पन्न हो रही हैं। इस संबंध में महासचिव, BSNLEU ने श्री सौरभ त्यागी, चीफ जनरल मैनेजर, जे एंड के सर्कल से बात की और विशेष आकस्मिक अवकाश स्वीकृत करने के लिए उनके हस्तक्षेप का अनुरोध किया। चीफ जनरल मैनेजर ने कहा कि विशेष आकस्मिक अवकाश स्वीकृत करने में कोई समस्या नहीं है और यह सुनिश्चित करने का भी आश्वासन दिया कि यह जम्मू-कश्मीर सर्कल के सभी हिस्सों में सौहार्दपूर्ण ढंग से किया जाए।

The circle conference of BSNLEU, J&K circle is being held at Jammu, on 09-06-2024, as per the notification issued by the General Secretary of BSNLEU. It has been brought to the notice of the CHQ from Srinagar that, some problems are arising in the sanctioning of special casual leave to the delegates attending the circle conference. In this connection, the GS, BSNLEU, spoke to Shri Saurabh Tyagi, CGM, J&K circle and requested his intervention for the sanctioning of the special casual leave. The CGM stated that there was no problem in the sanctioning of the special casual leave and also assured to ensure that it is amicably done in all parts of J&K circle.

The burning problems of the Non-Executives, raised with the Management in many Formal and Informal meetings, as well as in the National Council meetings are not being settled. The Management adopts a casual attitude and discusses those problems for the sake of formality. Thereafter, Management keeps the demands in the cold storage. It is also a matter of deep concern that, the Management is treating the Non-Executives with step-motherly attitude even on minor issues. Massive abolishing of posts in the name of “Restructuring of Manpower” has killed the promotional avenues of the Non-Executives. Consequent to the Restructuring, many circles are declared as surplus and JTO, JE and TT LICES are being held for name sake, without any vacancy. Even justified transfers are being denied to those circles. Further, the Management is massively outsourcing of the works of the Company to outside agencies, which is threatening the very future of the Non-Executives. BSNLEU and SNATTA have decided to organise trade union actions, demanding settlement of these issues. A joint memorandum is submitted to the CMD BSNL with a charter of demands. As a first step, lunch- hour demonstrations are being organised on 12-06-2024. The agitation will be intensified if the issues are not settled. All the circle and district unions of BSNLEU are requested to coordinate with SNATTA at their levels and mobilise maximum number of employees in the lunch hour demonstration to be held on 12-06-2024 and in all the programmes to be called on in future.

वर्तमान कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय आदेश के अनुसार कर्मचारियों को वर्ष में एक बार अपनी यूनियन सदस्यता बदलने की अनुमति है। *कर्मचारियों के लिए यूनियन सदस्यता में परिवर्तन हेतु प्राधिकरण प्रस्तुत करने का अवसर 16 जून से 15 जुलाई तक खुला रहेगा।* इस वर्ष, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने 03.06.2024 को पत्र जारी कर इस अवसर को 16.06.2024 से 15.07.2024 तक खोला है। BSNLEU के सभी सर्किल और जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे BSNLEU की सशुल्क सदस्यता बढ़ाने के लिए इस अवसर का उपयोग करें। कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के पत्र की एक प्रति जानकारी के लिए संलग्न है।

As per existing Corporate Office order, employees are permitted to change their union membership once in a year. The window for the employees to submit authorisation for change of union membership will be opened from 16^th June to 15^th July. This year, the Corporate Office has issued letter on 03.06.2024, opening this window from 16.06.2024 to 15.07.2024. All the circle and district unions of BSNLEU are requested to utilise this opportunity for increasing the paid membership of BSNLEU. A copy of the Corporate Office letter is enclosed for information.
