जेटीओ (ओएल) एलआईसीई – रिक्त पदों को अन्य सर्किलों से योग्य उम्मीदवारों से भरें – BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को लिखा पत्र।

जेटीओ (ओएल) एलआईसीई 04.02.2024 और 09.02.2024 को आयोजित की गई थी। इस परीक्षा के लिए 37 रिक्त पद घोषित किए गए थे। इसमें से केवल 22 उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया गया। 15 पद नहीं भरे गए। जिन सर्किलों में अधिक संख्या में उम्मीदवार योग्य हुए, वहां रिक्तियां नहीं हैं। कुछ अन्य सर्किलों में, जहां अधिक संख्या में उम्मीदवार योग्य हुए, वहां रिक्त पद नहीं हैं। इन परिस्थितियों में, BSNLEU ने आज निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर अनुरोध किया है कि रिक्त पदों को अन्य सर्किलों से योग्य उम्मीदवारों से भरा जाए।

The JTO (OL) LICE was conducted on 04.02.2024 and 09.02.2024. 37 vacant posts were declared for this exam. Out of this, only 22 candidates were selected. 15 posts were not filled up. In circles where more number of candidates got qualified, vacancies are not there. At the same time, in some other circles, vacant posts are there, but sufficient number of qualified candidates are not there. Under these circumstances, BSNLEU has written letter to the Director (HR) today, requesting that, the unfilled vacant posts should be filled up with qualified candidates from other circles. 

BSNLEU is continuously taking up many important issues with the CMD BSNL, such as Wage Revision of the Non-Executives, allowing BSNL to utilise Vodafone Idea's network for providing 4G service to BSNL's customers, taking over of the provisioning and maintenance of FTTH service by BSNL, granting of Festival Advance to the employees, etc. Today, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL, seeking an appointment to discuss these issues.

The casual labourers and Temporary Status Mazdoors working in BSNL are not paid one installment of DA which has become due from 01.01.2024. The Finance Ministry issued letter on 03.06.2024, enhancing the rate of the DA from 230% to 239%. It is going to be 5 months since the order is issued by the Finance Ministry for the payment of enhanced rate of DA. However, so far, BSNL has not implemented this DA increase. BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today requesting for the early implementation of the enhanced rate of DA for the casual labourers and Temporary Status Mazdoors.

बीएसएनएल में कार्यरत केज़्युअल वर्कर्स और टेम्पररी स्टेटस मज़दूर को डीए की एक किस्त का भुगतान नहीं किया गया है, जो 01.01.2024 से देय हो गई है। वित्त मंत्रालय ने 03.06.2024 को पत्र जारी कर डीए की दर 230% से बढ़ाकर 239% कर दी है। डीए की बढ़ी हुई दर के भुगतान के लिए वित्त मंत्रालय द्वारा आदेश जारी किए जाने के 5 महीने होने जा रहे हैं। हालाँकि, अभी तक, बीएसएनएल ने इस डीए वृद्धि को लागू नहीं किया है। BSNLEU ने आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर केज़्युअल वर्कर्स और टेम्पररी स्टेटस मज़दूर के लिए डीए की बढ़ी हुई दर को जल्द लागू करने का अनुरोध किया है।

हाल ही में टीटी एलआईसीई, जेई एलआईसीई, जेटीओ एलआईसीई और कुछ अन्य एलआईसीई आयोजित किए गए थे। एलआईसीई में शामिल होने वाले उम्मीदवारों को कई समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ा, जैसे कि बिना वेंटिलेशन के बैठने की तंग व्यवस्था, शौचालय की सुविधा न होना आदि। बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन एलआईसीई के संचालन का काम बाहरी एजेंसियों को सौंप रहा है। साथ ही, यह सुनिश्चित करना प्रबंधन की जिम्मेदारी है कि बाहरी एजेंसियां ​​उचित सुविधाओं के साथ परीक्षा आयोजित करें। BSNLEU ने आज निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को एक पत्र लिखा है, जिसमें आवश्यक सुधारात्मक कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया गया है, ताकि भविष्य में एलआईसीई उचित सुविधाओं के साथ आयोजित किया जा सके।

Recently the TT LICE, JE LICE, JTO LICE and some other LICEs were conducted. The candidates who appeared in the LICEs have faced many problems like, cramped sitting arrangements without ventilation, non-availability of toilet facility, etc. BSNL Management is outsourcing the job of conducting the LICEs to the outside agencies. At the same time, it is the responsibility of the Management to ensure that, the outside agencies conduct the exams with proper facilities. BSNLEU has written a letter to the Director (HR) today, requesting to take necessary remedial action, so that in future, the LICEs are conducted with proper facilities.

को-ऑर्डिनेशन कमिटी का आह्वान - 25.10.2024 को प्रदर्शन आयोजित करें।

BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की को-ऑर्डिनेशन कमिटी की 07.10.2024 को ऑनलाइन हुई बैठक में 25.10.2024 को प्रदर्शन और 27.11.2024 को जिला स्तरीय धरना आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। इसमें वेतन संशोधन, पेंशन संशोधन, बीएसएनएल की 4G और 5G सेवाओं को शीघ्र शुरू करने और द्वितीय वीआरएस का कड़ा विरोध करने की मांग की गई है। को-ऑर्डिनेशन कमिटी ने कैजुअल और कॉन्ट्रैक्ट वर्कर्स की समस्याओं के समाधान की भी मांग की है। इसे देखते हुए BSNLEU के सर्किल और जिला सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ के साथ तुरंत समन्वय करें और 25.10.2024 को प्रदर्शन कार्यक्रम का सफलतापूर्वक आयोजन करें।

मांगें : 

1. वेतन संशोधन और पेंशन संशोधन का तत्काल समाधान।
2. बीएसएनएल की 4G और 5G सेवाओं का शीघ्र आरंभ।
3. दूसरे वीआरएस का कड़ा विरोध।
4. कॉंट्राक्ट वर्कर्स के लिए न्यूनतम वेतन, ईपीएफ और ईएसआई का कार्यान्वयन।
5. केज़्युअल लेबर्स के लिए 7वें सीपीसी वेतनमान और डीए की 2 किस्तों का भुगतान।

BSNL is unable to compete with Jio and Airtel, because the Company has not yet started its 4G service. Wherever BSNL's 4G service is started, the customers are facing a lot of problems. BSNLEU is continuously demanding that, BSNL should be allowed to utilise the 4G network of Vodafone Idea, for providing 4G service to BSNL's customers. It is important to note that, the Government of India is the biggest shareholder of Vodafone Idea. On 01-10-2024, on the occasion of BSNL's 25th Foundation Day, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia, Hon'ble Minister of Communications has stated that, the one lakh 4G BTSs of BSNL would be installed by June 2025. It has now become clear that, BSNL's PAN India level 4G service will become possible only after June 2025. Under this situation, BSNLEU has once again written letter to the Hon'ble Minister of Communications, fervently appealing to him, to allow BSNL to utilise Vodafone Idea's 4G network and to provide 4G service to its customers.This will be a win-win situation both for BSNL and Vodafone Idea.
