Today is the last day of the year 2023. This has been certainly a turbulent year for BSNL. Due to the wrong policies of the government, BSNL has been denied of the timely launching of its 4G and 5G services. This has greatly weakened BSNL in its competition with Jio and Airtel. As a result, tens of lakhs of customers are leaving BSNL every month. ALTTC, the Rs.6,000 crore asset of BSNL, has been snatched away by the DoT, despite stiff opposition from the employees. At the same time, many programmes have been launched in 2023, to safeguard BSNL. A massive dharna at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi, human chain programmes, March to Raj Bhawans, etc., are organised under the banner of the Joint Forum of the Non-Executives. This year has also witnessed the revival in the activities of the AUAB. The united actions of the employees are sure to intensify in the year to come. With this hope, let us say goodbye to 2023 and step into 2024.

अलविदा 2023.

आज साल 2023 का आखिरी दिन है। बीएसएनएल के लिए यह निश्चित रूप से उथल-पुथल भरा साल रहा है। सरकार की गलत नीतियों के कारण बीएसएनएल अपनी 4G और 5G सेवाओं का समय पर आरंभ करने से वंचित हो गया है। इससे जियो और एयरटेल के साथ प्रतिस्पर्धा में बीएसएनएल काफी कमजोर हो गया है। नतीजतन, हर महीने लाखों ग्राहक बीएसएनएल छोड़ रहे हैं। कर्मचारियों के कड़े विरोध के बावजूद, बीएसएनएल की 6,000 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति एएलटीटीसी को दूरसंचार विभाग ने छीन लिया है। वहीं, 2023 में बीएसएनएल की सुरक्षा के लिए कई कार्यक्रम शुरू किए गए हैं। नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के संयुक्त मंच के बैनर तले जंतर मंतर, नई दिल्ली पर एक विशाल धरना, मानव श्रृंखला कार्यक्रम, राजभवन तक मार्च आदि आयोजित किए गये हैं। इस वर्ष एयूएबी की गतिविधियों में भी पुनरुद्धार देखा गया है। आने वाले वर्ष में कर्मचारियों की एकजुट कार्रवाई निश्चित रूप से तेज होगी। इसी आशा के साथ आइए 2023 को अलविदा कहें और 2024 में कदम रखें। 

BSNLEU की सेंट्रल सेक्रेटरिएट बैठक 18.01.2024 को होगी।

कल दिनांक 29.12.2023 को ऑल इंडिया सेंटर की बैठक ऑनलाइन आयोजित की गई। बैठक में संगठन को लेकर अहम फैसले लिए गए हैं। ऑल इंडिया सेंटर ने 18.01.2024 को सेंट्रल सेक्रेटरिएट की बैठक ऑनलाइन आयोजित करने का भी निर्णय लिया। सभी केन्द्रीय पदाधिकारियों से अनुरोध है कि बैठक में अनिवार्य रूप से उपस्थित हों।  

A meeting of the All India Centre was held online yesterday the 29.12.2023. The meeting has taken important decisions on the Organisation. The All India Centre also decided to hold a Central Secretariat meeting online on 18.01.2024. All the Central Office-bearers are requested to attend the meeting without fail.
