बड़ी संख्या में ग्राहक बीएसएनएल छोड़ रहे हैं - टीआरएआई ने अक्टूबर के ग्राहकों का डेटा जारी किया।

टीआरएआई ने अक्टूबर, 2023 महीने के लिए ग्राहकों का डेटा जारी कर दिया है। इस डेटा के अनुसार बीएसएनएल ने अक्टूबर, 2023 में फिर से बड़ी संख्या में 6,31,456 ग्राहक खो दिए हैं। अगस्त और सितंबर, 2023 की तुलना में कम संख्या में ग्राहक खोए हैं। ग्राहकों ने अक्टूबर, 2023 में बीएसएनएल छोड़ दिया है। हालांकि, एक ही महीने में 6 लाख ग्राहकों का बीएसएनएल छोड़ना कोई छोटी बात नहीं है। तुलनात्मक रूप से, भारती एयरटेल ने अक्टूबर, 2023 में 35,26,400 ग्राहक और जियो ने 31,59,046 ग्राहक जोड़े हैं। वोडाफोन-आईडिया ने उस महीने में 20,44,668 ग्राहक खो दिए हैं। 

TRAI has released the subscribers data for the month of October, 2023. According to this data, BSNL has again lost a huge number of 6,31,456 customers in October, 2023. Compared to the months of August and September,2023, less number of customers have left BSNL in October,2023. However, 6 lakh customers leaving BSNL in a single month is not a small matter. Comparatively, Bharti Airtel has added 35,26,400 customers and Jio has added 31,59,046 customers in October, 2023. Vodafone Idea has lost 20,44,668 customers in that month.

BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति ने अभियान कार्यक्रमों का आह्वान किया।

BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति की बैठक कल ऑनलाइन आयोजित की गई। बैठक में तीनों संगठनों के अध्यक्षों और महासचिवों ने भाग लिया। बैठक में बीएसएनएल की 4G सेवा की लॉन्चिंग में हो रही अत्यधिक देरी पर गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त की गई, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप हर महीने लाखों ग्राहक बीएसएनएल छोड़ना शुरू कर रहे हैं। बैठक में वेतन पुनरीक्षण और पेंशन पुनरीक्षण के मुद्दों का निपटारा नहीं होने पर भी चिंता व्यक्त की गयी। गहन चर्चा के बाद, समन्वय समिति ने बीएसएनएल की 4G और 5G सेवा तत्काल शुरू करने, वेतन संशोधन और पेंशन संशोधन मुद्दों के समाधान, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र पर हमलों को रोकने और कोंट्रक्ट वर्कर्स के मुद्दों के समाधान की मांग करते हुए निम्नलिखित कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया। सभी सर्कल एवं जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे समन्वय समिति के निम्नलिखित आह्वान को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करें :

(1)  19-01-2024 को गेट मीटिंग।

(2)   30-01-2024 को राज्य स्तरीय सम्मेलन ।

(3)   06-02-2024 से 10-02-2024 तक बीए स्तर के सम्मेलन।

(4)   20-02-2024 से 24-02-2024 तक स्ट्रीट कॉर्नर बैठकें और हैंड बिल का वितरण।

The meeting of the Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF was held online yesterday. The Presidents and General Secretaries of the 3 organisations participated in the meeting.The meeting expressed it’s serious concern about the inordinate delay in the launching of BSNL’s 4G, as a result of which tens of lakhs of customers have started leaving BSNL every month. The meeting also expressed concern over the non-settlement of Wage Revision and Pension Revision issues. After in-depth discussions, the Coordination Committee decided to organise the following programmes demanding immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G and 5G, settlement of Wage Revision and Pension Revision issues, stopping attacks on the Public Sector and also settlement of issues of the contract workers. All the circle and district unions are requested to effectively implement the following call of the Coordination Committee:-

Programmes of action.

(1)  Gate meetings on 19-01-2024.

(2)  State level conventions on 30-01-2024.

(3)  BA level conventions from 06-02-2024 to 10-02-2024.

(4)  Street Corner meetings and distribution of hand bills from 20-02-2024 to 24-02-2024.
