BSNLEU is taking all out efforts to settle the Wage Revision issue and thereby find a solution to the burning problem of Stagnation. Even on 16th February of this year, BSNLEU organised a successful strike throughout the country, focussing Wage Revision as the main issue. However still the issue could not be settled. Mischievous elements continue to blame BSNLEU for the non-settlement of Wage Revision issue. Under these circumstances, in a reply given to Shri M.Shanmugam, Hon'ble Member of the Rajya Sabha, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia,  Hon'ble Minister for Communications, has stated why the Pay Revision issue of BSNL employees is not settled. In his written reply given to the Hon'ble MP, the Hon'ble Minister has stated that, due to the present financial condition of BSNL, the demand for Pay Revision of the employees, as per the recommendations of the 3rd PRC, is not accepted by the Government. Further, the Hon'ble Minister has also stated that, the Pension Revision of the retired employees could not be settled due to the non-settlement of Pay Revision of the working employees. This is a clear cut reply of the Hon'ble Minister of Communication regarding the Pay Revision of BSNL employees. Despite many strikes and other countrywide agitations organised by the Union, the government is refusing to accept the demand of Wage Revision, citing the financial crisis of the Company. Still, BSNLEU is making its best efforts together with other unions and associations, to somehow settle the demand of Wage Revision. This must be appreciated by the employees and they should extend their fullest participation in all the programmes called on by the Union. The unprecedented landslides that struck Wayanad, Kerala, has caused massive loss in terms of human lives and property. Apart from the relief provided by the Government, it became necessary for the general public also to extend their helping hand, for providing relief to the affected people. Hence, BSNLEU called upon it’s members and well-wishers to liberally send donations to help the affected people. BSNLEU directed that all the donations should be sent to the Kerala Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund, with intimation to the CHQ. Accepting the call of BSNLEU, the leaders and members of BSNLEU, as well as retired employees, have liberally sent donations, which comes to Rs. 6,17,024. नियम-8 के अन्तर्गत इंटर-सर्कल स्थानान्तरण के लिए ऑनलाइन स्थानान्तरण आवेदन मॉड्यूल का क्रियान्वयन।

कारपोरेट कार्यालय ने निर्णय लिया है कि नियम 8 के अन्तर्गत सभी इंटर-सर्कल स्थानान्तरण केवल ऑनलाइन ही किये जाने चाहिए। स्थानान्तरण के लिए ऑफलाइन आवेदन करने की व्यवस्था को समाप्त कर दिया गया है। इस नीति के अनुरूप आज कारपोरेट कार्यालय ने ऑनलाइन स्थानान्तरण आवेदन मॉड्यूल का क्रियान्वयन किया है। इसके अतिरिक्त कारपोरेट कार्यालय ने इंटर-सर्कल नियम 8 के अन्तर्गत स्थानान्तरण के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया के सम्बन्ध में भी निर्देश जारी किये हैं। साथियों की जानकारी के लिए कारपोरेट कार्यालय के पत्र की प्रति संलग्न ह।

कोलकाता में बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी की अखिल भारतीय समिति की बैठक आयोजित करने के लिए अधिसूचना जारी की गई।

यह पहले ही घोषित किया जा चुका है कि बीएसएनएल वर्किंग वूमेन कोऑर्डिनेशन कमेटी की बैठक 24-09-2024 को कोलकाता में आयोजित की जाएगी। बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी की अखिल भारतीय संयोजक साथी के.एन.ज्योतिलक्ष्मी ने इस बैठक के आयोजन के लिए अधिसूचना जारी की है। बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी के अखिल भारतीय समिति सदस्यों के अलावा, सर्कल संयोजक भी इस बैठक में भाग ले सकते हैं। इसलिए, BSNLEU के सर्कल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी के सर्कल संयोजकों को भी कोलकाता बैठक में भाग लेने के लिए भेजने की पहल करें। अखिल भारतीय समिति के सदस्यों के साथ-साथ सर्कल संयोजकों का यात्रा व्यय BSNLEU के संबंधित सर्कल यूनियन द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा। सीएचक्यू सर्कल सचिवों से अनुरोध करता है कि कृपया आवश्यक कार्रवाई तुरंत शुरू करें।

The Corporate Office has decided that all inter-circle transfers under Rule-8 should be applied online only. The system of applying transfers offline has been discontinued with. In accordance with this policy, the Corporate Office has implemented the online transfer application module today. Further, the Corporate Office has also issued instructions regarding the procedure for applying inter-circle Rule-8 transfers online.
