The CHQ of BSNLEU is organising a Facebook live programme in English today. This live programme will start at 7:00 PM. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, will speak on the issues connected with the General Strike to be organised on 28^th & 29^th March, 2022. All comrades are requested to view the General Secretary’s speech.

AUAB ने DOT द्वारा ALTTC के मनमाने अधिग्रहण का विरोध करते हुए आंदोलनात्मक कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है ।

AUAB की एक आपातकालीन ऑनलाइन बैठक आज आयोजित की गई थी, जो DOT द्वारा ALTTC के मनमाने ढंग से अधिग्रहण के खिलाफ विरोध कार्रवाई के बारे में चर्चा करने और निर्णय लेने के लिए थी। 

BSNLEU, NFTE, AIGETOA, SNEA, AIBSNLEA, FNTO, SNATTA, BSNL ATM और AITEEA के महासचिवों ने भाग लिया। बैठक में ALTTC भवनों और अन्य बुनियादी ढांचे के साथ 81 एकड़ भूमि पर कब्जा करने के लिए DOT की कड़ी आलोचना की गई । इसका बाजार मूल्य 6,000 करोड़ रुपये है। ALTTC के अधिग्रहण के लिए DOT के आदेश को तत्काल रद्द करने की मांग करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आंदोलनात्मक कार्यक्रमों का निर्णय लिया गया है।

1. AUAB सरकार को एक बहुत ही कड़ा विरोध जताते हुए पत्र लिखेगा जिसमें ALTTC के मनमाने ढंग से अधिग्रहण का विरोध किया जायेगा और ALTTC को अपने कब्जे में लेने के लिए जारी राष्ट्रपति के आदेश को तत्काल रद्द करने की मांग करता है।
2. DOT द्वारा ALTTC के मनमाने ढंग से अधिग्रहण के खिलाफ दिनांक 03.03.2022 को देश भर में दोपहर के भोजन अवकाश समय में विरोध प्रदर्शनों का आयोजन करना।
3. DOT द्वारा ALTTC के अधिग्रहण के खिलाफ दिनांक 08.03.2022 को एक Twitter अभियान आयोजित किया जाना है।
4. DOT द्वारा ALTTC के मनमाने ढंग से अधिग्रहण के विरोध में गाजियाबाद में बड़े पैमाने पर कर्मचारियों को जुटाने का भी निर्णय लिया गया था। इस कार्यक्रम की तिथि की घोषणा शीघ्र ही की जाएगी।

As per the call of BSNLEU, effective lunch hour demonstrations are conducted throughout the country against the discrimination of the Non-Executives by the BSNL Management. Employees participated in these demonstrations in large numbers, demanding the settlement of the issues.  

An emergency online meeting of the AUAB was held today, to discuss and decide about the protest action against the arbitrary taking over of the ALTTC by the DoT. General secretaries of BSNLEU, NFTE, AIGETOA, SNEA, AIBSNLEA, FNTO, SNATTA, BSNL ATM and AITEEA, participated. The meeting vehemently criticised the DoT for taking over the 81 acre land together with the ALTTC buildings and other infrastructures, whose market value is Rs.6,000 crore. The following agitational programmes are decided, to demand immediate cancellation of the DoT order for the taking over of the  ALTTC.

1. The AUAB to write a very strong protest letter to the Government, opposing the arbitrary taking over of the ALTTC and also demanding immediate cancellation of the presidential order issued to take over the ALTTC.
2. To organise protest lunch demonstrations throughout the country on 03.03.2022, against the arbitrary taking over of the ALTTC, by the DoT.
3. A Twitter campaign is to be organised on 08.03.2022, against the high-handed taking over of the ALTTC, by the DoT.
4. It was also decided to mobilise employees massively at Ghaziabad, to protest against the arbitrary taking over of the ALTTC by the DoT. The date for this programme will be announced shortly.

आज देश भर में प्रभावी रूप से दोपहर के भोजन अवकाश में निम्नलिखित मामलों के लिये प्रदर्शन का आयोजन करें ।

1. नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के साथ सौतेली माता के रवैये के साथ व्यवहार करना ।
2. अवैध रूप से दिनांक 01-10-2020 से नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स की आईडीए वृद्धि को स्थगित करना और दिनांक 01-04-2021 के दिन माननीय केरल उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को आईडीए वृद्धि का भुगतान करने का आदेश देने के 12 महीने बाद भी आईडीए बकाया का भुगतान नहीं करना चाहते हैं।
3. अधिकतम पदोन्नति पदों को समाप्त करने के बाद सिर्फ़ दिखावा करने के लिये JTO LICE और JE LICE का आयोजन करना।
4. JAO RR में अवास्तविक शर्त को लागू करना, जो JAO LICE में दिखाई देने के लिए NE9 वेतनमान में 5 साल की सेवा अनिवार्य करता है।
5. ई-ऑफिस में पासवर्ड प्रदान न करके नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के साथ रद्दी सामान जैसा व्यवहार करना । 

Organise Lunch Hour demonstrations powerfully throughout the country today, protesting against :-

1. Treating the Non-Executives with step motherly attitude.
2. Illegally freezing the IDA increase of the Non-Executives from 01-10-2020 to 01-04-2021 and wantonly not paying the IDA arrears even 12 months after the Hon’ble Kerala High Court ordered the CMD BSNL to pay the IDA increase.
3. Conducting eye-wash JTO LICE and JE LICE, after abolishing maximum of the promotional posts of these Non-Executive cadres.
4. Imposing the unrealistic condition in the JAO RR, which warrants 5 years of service in the NE9 pay scale for appearing in the JAO LICE.
5. Treating the Non-Executives as scraps, by not providing passwords to them in the E-office.

हस्ताक्षर अभियान और कृषि श्रमिक संघ के लिए दान संग्रह के लिए तिथियां बढ़ाई गई हैं।

BSNLEU, AIBDPA, BSNLCCWF की समन्वय समिति ने राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाइपलाइन के खिलाफ हस्ताक्षर अभियान चलाने का आह्वान किया है। इसी प्रकार, BSNLEU ने कृषि कामगार संघ के लिए दान के रूप में सदस्यों और शुभचिंतकों से प्रत्येक से 5/- रुपये एकत्र करने का आह्वान किया है। यह खेदजनक है कि, ये कार्यक्रम केवल कुछ सर्किलों में आयोजित किए जाते हैं। इसलिए, अखिल भारतीय केंद्र ने हस्ताक्षर अभियान और कृषि श्रमिक संघ के लिए  दान के संग्रह की अंतिम तिथि को दिनांक 28.02.2022 तक बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है। जिन सर्किल यूनियनों ने अब तक इन कार्यक्रमों को पूरा नहीं किया है, उनसे अनुरोध किया जाता है कि वे दिनांक 28-02-2022 से पहले उन्हें पूरा कर लें। CHQ यह भी सूचित करना चाहता है कि इन कार्यक्रमों के लिए कोई और समय विस्तार नहीं होगा।

मनमाने ढंग से ALTTC का DOT द्वारा अधिग्रहण : - AUAB कल एक आकस्मिक ऑनलाइन बैठक आयोजित कर रहा है।

ALTTC बीएसएनएल का सबसे प्रतिष्ठित प्रशिक्षण संस्थान है जो गाजियाबाद शहर के केंद्र में 81 एकड़ भूमि में स्थित है। कुछ दिन पहले दूरसंचार विभाग ने एएलटीटीसी को अपने कब्जे में लेने के लिए एक मनमाना आदेश जारी किया है। दूरसंचार विभाग की यह कार्रवाई नृशंस है। AUAB इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा करने के लिए कल दोपहर 2:00 बजे एक आकस्मिक ऑनलाइन बैठक आयोजित कर रहा है। 

ALTTC is the most prestigious Training Institute of BSNL located in 81 acres of land in the heart of Ghaziabad city. A few days back, the  DoT has issued an arbitrary order, for taking over the ALTTC. This action of the DoT is atrocious, to say the least. The AUAB is holding an emergent online meeting at 2:00 PM tomorrow to discuss this issue.
