गोरखपुर बीए में मीटिंग

24.01.2026 को गोरखपुर बीए में साथी  राहुल राय की अध्यक्षता में और साथी  आनंद सिंह, एजीएस, BSNLEU की देखरेख में एक मीटिंग हुई। साथी  तिलक राज तिवारी, सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, उत्तर प्रदेश (पूर्व) सर्कल ने मीटिंग को संबोधित किया और 12 फरवरी को होने वाली आम हड़ताल, रिव्यू प्रोसेस और ज़रूरी संगठनात्मक मामलों पर विस्तार से बात की। साथी  राजनंदन गुप्ता, डिस्ट्रिक्ट सेक्रेटरी, देवरिया ने भी सभा को संबोधित किया। मऊ और बस्ती के डिस्ट्रिक्ट सेक्रेटरी ने हिस्सा लिया और अपने विचार रखे। मीटिंग सफलतापूर्वक खत्म हुई, और सभी साथियों को धन्यवाद दिया गया।

The BA-level Convention of Cuddalore BA was held on 22.01.2026 with good participation. The meeting was presided over by Com. I. Mathialagan, DS, AIBDPA. Com. K. Sivasankar, COS, BSNLEU, welcomed the gathering. Com. P. Abhimanyu, Vice President (CHQ), BSNLEU, delivered a special address to the well-attended convention, which was attended by more than 100 comrades. He elaborately spoke on the struggles conducted by the BSNL Employees Union, the joint movements of the All Unions and Associations of BSNL, and the role of the CoC. He explained the consistent stand taken by BSNLEU for uniting all organisations to secure the signing of the wage revision agreement and the follow-up action required for obtaining approval from the Management Committee and the Remuneration Committee. He also strongly condemned the imperialist act of the US President in abducting the President of the sovereign country of Venezuela and his wife on baseless allegations. Com. S. Chellappa, AGS, BSNLEU, addressed the convention on the anti-worker policies of the Central Government, with particular emphasis on the implementation of the four labour codes. He stressed the importance of active participation in the All-India General Strike on 12^th February 2026. Com. V. Meganathan, CVP, AIBDPA, and Com. V. Pandian, COS, TNTCWU, also addressed the gathering and appealed to all comrades to participate wholeheartedly in the General Strike. Com. K. Vijayanand, DS, BSNLEU, proposed the vote of thanks.

A special seminar, effectively a joint convention of the surrounding BAs of Mumbai, was held at the Mumbai Circle Office on 22 January 2026. Com.Animesh Mitra, General Secretary, BSNLEU (CHQ), was the main speaker. He elaborated on key issues including the 3rd Wage Revision, relaxation of the affordability clause, the four labour codes, the condition of BSNL, and the Central Government’s anti-labour policies. Emphasising the need to strengthen AUAB, he called upon employees to participate massively in the nationwide strike on 12^th February, 2026. Com. Ganesh Hinge, Dy.GS, Com.Kautik Baste, CS, Com.Yusuf Hussain, CS, BSNLCCWF, Com.Nikki Jagwani, CS, AIGETOA, Com.Abhay Kesarkar, ACS, SNEA, Com.Kishore Gajre, DS, AIBSNLEA and Com.Avinash Londhe, ACS, AIBDPA, who briefly shared their views and extended support to the call for united struggle. Employees from various BAs, along with retired employees and WWCC members, participated actively, making the seminar a success.

As per the call of CHQ, BSNLEU, an OA-level Convention was held at Salem on 24.01.2026 under the presidentship of Com. R. Srinivasan, District President. Com. S. Hariharan, District Secretary, welcomed the gathering. The convention was addressed by Com. S. Chellappa, AGS, BSNLEU (CHQ), who called upon the members to participate wholeheartedly in the All-India One-Day General Strike on 12.02.2026, as per the joint strike notice issued by BSNLEU and NFTE BSNL. He elaborated on the anti-labour policies of the Union Government, the implications of the four labour codes, and the present status of the wage agreement along with the future course of action. The convention unanimously resolved to participate fully in the General Strike and appealed to the members of AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF to join the road roko and court arrest programmes on the strike day. More than 150 comrades from Salem OA participated enthusiastically, making the convention a success.

As per the call of CHQ, BSNLEU, a BA level convention was held on 24^th January, 2026 at the Circle Office, La Place, Hazratganj, Lucknow. The meeting was conducted under the leadership of Com. Anand Kumar Singh, AGS (CHQ), The meeting was attended by Com. Tilak Raj Tiwari, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, UP (East) Circle, Com. Parvez Ahmed, DS, Circle Office Branch, Com. Sant Rampal and Com. Sunil Kumar, District Secretaries, Lucknow District and Com. K.R. Yadav and Com. Sudama from AIBDPA, along with other comrades. The meeting was held successfully with active participation from all present.

Mangaluru CEC meeting has directed all units to intensify the campaign for the countrywide General Strike on 12^th February 2026. As decided, the Campaign Week is from 3^rd to 10^th February, 2026. However, it is a matter of serious concern that some Circle Unions remain inactive at the grassroots level, with only 48 hours left to complete the campaign. Though CHQ has already sent posters and pamphlets to District Secretaries, in some areas these materials have not reached the field units. Therefore, additional campaign materials are being dispatched for wider circulation. All units must immediately ensure distribution of pamphlets and pasting of posters through proper mobilisation of the workforce. This is the need of the hour — we must act decisively. There are still certain lacunae in some circles, which require immediate corrective action to ensure proper implementation of the strike campaign programme. While some Circle Unions are actively carrying forward the campaign, a few are still in silent mode, which is unacceptable. The CHQ website will highlight the initiatives and activities undertaken by District and Circle Unions. CHQ office bearers must closely monitor the situation. A three-day protest dharna organised by the BSNL Coordination Committee, West Bengal Circle, was held from 19–21 January at the CGMT Office, Kolkata, with large participation of employees and pensioners. The programme was presided over by Com.Ashish Das, Com.Imran Khan and Com.Akhilesh Banerjee. Com.Sujay Sarkar, Convenor, explained the demands of the agitation. Speakers from BSNLEU, AIBDPA, CMU and district unions strongly criticised the government and BSNL management over wage and pension revision, retrenchment of SLA employees, non-payment of DA to contractual workers, and issues related to the Pension Validation Act. They also opposed the anti-worker labour codes and the National Monetisation Pipeline. The speakers called for unity against communal attacks on migrant workers and appealed for participation in the National Convention of Casual and Contractual Employees on 7 March in Delhi and the nationwide General Strike on 12 February 2026. On the final day, Com.Avas Roy Choudhury (CITU) addressed the gathering, highlighting the dangers of the labour codes and urging workers to join the general strike.

जे&के सर्कल में बीए लेवल कन्वेंशन आयोजित किया गया।

बीए-लेवल कन्वेंशन आयोजित करने के सीएचक्यू  के आह्वान के जवाब में, जे&के सर्कल यूनियन ने 21 जनवरी, 2026 को जम्मू में BSNLEU सदस्यों की अच्छी भागीदारी के साथ एक बीए -लेवल कन्वेंशन आयोजित करने की पहल की। ​​कन्वेंशन में साथी  एस.के. मोजा, ​​जिला अध्यक्ष, साथी  एम.एस. रीन, जिला सचिव, BSNLEU जम्मू, साथी  गुलाम कादिर डंड्रू, जिला सचिव, BSNLEU, श्रीनगर और साथी  कृष्ण लाल, सर्कल सचिव, जे&के सर्कल ने भाग लिया। बैठक की अध्यक्षता साथी  एस.के. मोजा, ​​जिला अध्यक्ष ने की। साथी  एम.एस. रीन, जिला सचिव, जम्मू और साथी  गुलाम कादिर डंड्रू, जिला सचिव, श्रीनगर ने सभा को संबोधित किया और संगठनात्मक और कर्मचारियों से संबंधित मुद्दों पर प्रकाश डाला। साथी  कृष्ण लाल,  सर्कल सचिव, जे&के सर्कल ने वेतन संशोधन, सदस्यता सत्यापन, चार श्रम संहिता, पेंशन सत्यापन अधिनियम और मजदूर विरोधी श्रम संहिताओं के खिलाफ 12 फरवरी, 2026 को राष्ट्रव्यापी आम हड़ताल के आह्वान जैसे महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों के बारे में बताया। कन्वेंशन का समापन संगठन को मजबूत करने और कार्यक्रम में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लेने के संकल्प के साथ हुआ।
