The Presidential Orders that had been issued to 73 CNTxE employees, working in Odisha circle, were cancelled. They are being treated as BSNL employees. This, they should have been migrated from GPF to EPF. However, Management has not taken action for this. Hence, these employees are continuing in GPF which will cause complications at the time of their retirement. BSNLEU has already taken up this issue with the Director (HR) and the PGM(CA). Since, no action has been taken, BSNLEU has written to the CMD BSNL demanding necessary action for the immediate migration of these employees from GPF to EPF. 

The BSNL Management has signed an MoU with the IDBI Bank on 21.08.2023. Through this MoU, BSNL employees can avail various loans from the IDBI Bank. Copy of the MoU is enclosed for the reference of the comrades.

CHQ is saddened to hear that, Com. M.K. Singh, former Circle President, BSNLEU, Bihar circle, has passed away at around 10:00 am today at MAX hospital in Delhi. Com.M.K. Singh had been unwell for quite some time and had been under treatment. CHQ of BSNLEU pays it’s respectful homage to Com.M.K. Singh and also conveys it’s heartfelt condolences to his family members and relatives.

ठेका श्रमिकों के मुद्दों के समाधान की मांग को लेकर 24.08.2023 को डिप्टी सीएलसी, आरएलसी, लेबर इन्फोर्समेंट ऑफिसर (एलईओ) के कार्यालयों तक एक मार्च आयोजित किया जाएगा। BSNLEU ठेका श्रमिकों के लिए न्यूनतम वेतन, ईपीएफ, ईएसआई, ग्रेच्युटी, नौकरी सुरक्षा आदि के समाधान की मांग को लेकर इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन कर रहा है। जैसा कि पहले ही बताया जा चुका है, इस कार्यक्रम के अंत में डिप्टी सीएलसी, आरएलसी और एलईओ को एक ज्ञापन सौंपा जाना है। सीएचक्यू ने इस कार्यक्रम में प्रस्तुत करने के लिए एक ज्ञापन तैयार किया है। सभी सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे इस "मार्च" को प्रभावी ढंग से आयोजित करें और ज्ञापन भरकर जमा करें। 

A March to the offices of the Dy.CLC, RLC, Labour Enforcement Officer (LEO), is to be organised on 24.08.2023, demanding settlement of the contract workers’ issues. BSNLEU is organising this programme demanding settlement of Minimum Wage, EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Job Security, etc. for the contract workers. As has already been informed, a Memorandum is to be submitted to the Dy.CLC, RLC, and the LEO, at the end of this programme. The CHQ has prepared a Memorandum to be submitted in this programme. All circle and district unions are requested to effectively organise this “March” and to submit the Memorandum after filling up same.

कोंट्रक्ट वर्क़र्स पर हैदराबाद बैठक में लिए गए निर्णय के अनुसार BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने न्यूनतम वेतन लागू करने की मांग और ईपीएफ, ईएसआई, नौकरी सुरक्षा, आदि मांगो को लेकर 24.08.2023 को *"डिप्टी सीएलसी, आरएलसी और एलईओ कार्यालयों तक मार्च"* आयोजित करने का आह्वान पहले ही कर दिया है। सर्कल/जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे पेम्फ़लेट छपवाकर और उसे कोंट्रक्ट वर्कर्स के बीच वितरित करके इस कार्यक्रम को प्रभावी ढंग से आयोजित करें। कार्यक्रम की रिपोर्ट और तस्वीरें सीएचक्यू को भेजें। 

As per the decision taken in the Hyderabad meeting on contract workers, the CHQ of BSNLEU has already given call to organise “March to the Dy.CLC, RLC and the LEO Offices”, on 24.08.2023, demanding implementation of minimum wages, EPF, ESI, job security, etc. The circle / district unions are requested to organise this programme effectively, by printing and distributing pamphlets and distributing them among the contract workers. Report and photos of the programme may be sent to the CHQ.

नफ़रत फैलाने वाले भाषण पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि वह नफरत फैलाने वाले भाषणों में शामिल लोगों से उचित तरीके से निपटेगा, भले ही वे किसी भी समुदाय के हों, क्योंकि इस खतरे से निपटने के लिए देश के कानून का सभी को पालन करना होगा।
