A Formal meeting with the Director (HR) is scheduled to be held on 18^th February, 2026, at the Corporate Office to discuss and resolve the pending and burning issues concerning Non-Executives. Both the recognised unions have already submitted memoranda highlighting the pending issues. Subsequently, the SR Section has sought the latest status of individual cases currently pending across various sections at the Corporate Office. The meeting has been convened to deliberate on these matters and to work towards their early resolution. CEC Members who wish to submit any inputs or suggestions regarding the already notified agenda are requested to forward the same to CHQ at the earliest, so that they may be consolidated prior to the meeting. Notification for the meeting has already been issued by the Management.

CEC Members are requested to kindly note that CHQ has already circulated the decisions taken at the Mangaluru CEC Meeting. The meeting has adopted several important decisions and finalized key programmes to be organised during March 2026. It is our collective responsibility to ensure that these decisions are effectively carried forward and implemented at the grassroots level of our organisation. In this regard, all circles are urged to convene their Circle Working Committee meetings immediately so that the decisions and proposed programmes can be communicated to the District and Branch Secretaries without any delay, ensuring timely and effective implementation. Your prompt and sincere action in this matter is highly solicited.

CEC members are requested to take proper initiative to observe International Women’s Day on 08th March 2026 and to ensure the successful conduct of the All India Convention of BSNLWWCC on 28th March 2026. In this connection, to discuss the preparations for the Convention, an emergent online meeting of BSNLWWCC was held on 07.02.2026. CHQ office bearers and Circle Secretaries are requested to take necessary action in accordance with the decisions taken in the meeting. The circular containing the decisions is enclosed herewith.

An important development has taken place regarding the Wage Agreement for Non-Executive employees. Yesterday (12.02.2026), Com. Animesh Mitra, General Secretary, BSNLEU, spoke with Shri Rajeev Kaushik, PGM (SR), who officially confirmed that the BSNL Board has approved the Wage Agreement of the Non-Executive Unions. This marks a positive step forward in our long and determined struggle. However, this is not the final stage. The next step is to obtain approval from the DoT and the Government. Only after their concurrence will the agreement be formally implemented. Now, we need to intensify our efforts and continue our united struggle to ensure early approval by the Government. Our unity, determination and sustained pressure alone will secure justice for BSNL employees. This matter will be discussed in detail in the upcoming AUAB meeting, where the future course of action will be decided.
