The JTO LICE under 50% Internal Quota was held on 27.08.2023. Even before publication of the results of this JTO LICE, BSNLEU had demanded that, the Management should consider the problems faced by the candidates with regards to the question paper. Today, BSNLEU has written letter to the Director (HR), enclosing a list of 8 questions with multiple correct answers and ambiguous questions. BSNLEU has demanded that one mark for each of these questions should be given to the candidates.

The triennial circle conference of BSNLEU, NTR circle, was held at Agra, on 20th and 21st October, 2023. Com.T.C.Nagar, circle president, presided over the conference. Com.R.S.Chauhan, circle secretary, welcomed everyone and placed the report on activities. Com. Animesh Mitra, President, addressed the conference. In his address, the President explained in detail about the status of wage revision, BSNL‘s 4G and 5G launching and the agitational programmes called on by the Joint Forum. The conference was greeted by Com. D.P.S. Shishodia, CS,AIBDPA, Com.R.S.Sagar, CS,ALTTC and Com.Brajesh Verma, DS, BSNLEU, Agra. Election of office bearers was held unanimously.

जैसा कि पहले ही बताया जा चुका है, संयुक्त मंच ने दिनांक 02.11.2023 को जिला स्तर पर विशाल संयुक्त बैठक आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है। संयुक्त मंच के सभी घटक इस बैठक के लिए अधिकतम गोलबंदी करेंगे। संयुक्त मंच के इस निर्णय के मद्देनजर, BSNLEU के सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे 02.11.2023 को बैठक को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करने के लिए अधिकतम प्रयास करें। BSNLEU के सर्कल और जिला सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे इस कार्यक्रम को एक नियमित कार्यक्रम के रूप में न लें, बल्कि इस संयुक्त बैठक में प्रत्येक नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव कर्मचारी को एकजुट करने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास करें। इसलिए, सीएचक्यू साथियों से तुरंत तैयारी शुरू करने का अनुरोध करता है। 

As has already been informed, the Joint Forum has decided to organise massive joint meeting at the district level on 02.11.2023. All the constituents of the Joint Forum will make maximum mobilisation for this meeting. In view of this decision of the Joint Forum, circle and district unions of BSNLEU are requested to take maximum efforts to organise the meeting successfully on 02.11.2023. Circle and district secretaries of BSNLEU are requested not to treat this programme as a routine affair, but should take all out efforts to mobilise each and every Non-Executive employee in this joint meeting. Hence, CHQ requests the comrades to immediately start preparations.  

जल्दी प्रस्थान और देर से उपस्थिति के लिए वेतन में कटौती - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर कुछ और समय के लिए छुट्टी में कटौती की पूर्व प्रणाली का पालन करने और वेतन कटौती को वापस करने का अनुरोध किया है।

ऑनलाइन अटेंडेंस सिस्टम के कार्यान्वयन के संबंध में कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के पत्र दिनांक 29.08.2023 के अनुसार, जल्दी प्रस्थान और देर से उपस्थिति के लिए कर्मचारियों का वेतन काटा जा रहा है। पहले के ओएम दिनांक 02.09.2022 के अनुसार, केवल जल्दी प्रस्थान और देर से उपस्थिति के लिए छुट्टी काटी गई थी। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू के ध्यान में यह लाया गया है कि कुछ सर्किलों में जल्दी प्रस्थान और देर से उपस्थिति के लिए वेतन में कटौती की गई है। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर बताया है कि, यह प्रणाली कठोर है। BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से पिछले कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ओएम का पालन करने का अनुरोध किया है जिसके अनुसार जल्दी प्रस्थान और देर से उपस्थिति के लिए छुट्टी काट ली जाती है। BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से कर्मचारियों का काटा गया वेतन वापस करने का भी अनुरोध किया है।

According to the Corporate Office letter dated 29.08.2023, regarding implementation of online attendance system, salary of the employees is being deducted for early departure and late attendance. As per the earlier OM dated 02.09.2022, only leave was deducted for early departure and late attendance. It has been brought to the notice of the CHQ of BSNLEU that salary has been deducted in some circles for early departure and for late attendance. Hence, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today, pointing out that, this system is harsh. BSNLEU has requested the CMD BSNL to follow the earlier Corporate Office OM as per which leave is deducted for early departure and late attendance for some more time. BSNLEU has also requested the CMD BSNL to refund the salary that has been deducted from the employees.

कल प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इजरायल के साथ चल रहे संघर्ष में फिलिस्तीनी लोगों की मौत पर फिलिस्तीनी प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष महमूद अब्बास के प्रति अपनी संवेदना व्यक्त की। भारतीय प्रधान मंत्री ने फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के लिए मानवीय सहायता का भी आश्वासन दिया है और फिलिस्तीनी मुद्दे पर भारत की दीर्घकालिक स्थिति को दोहराया है। इजराइल के साथ-साथ एक संप्रभु फिलिस्तीनी राज्य का अस्तित्व भारत सरकार का आधिकारिक रुख है। विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता अरिंदम बागची ने कहा है कि, भारत सरकार पहले ही संयुक्त राष्ट्र राहत और कार्य एजेंसी को 29.53 मिलियन डॉलर का योगदान देकर फिलिस्तीनी लोगों को मानवीय सहायता बढ़ा चुकी है।

Yesterday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his condolences to Mahmoud Abbas, President of the Palestinian Authority, for the loss of Palestinian lives in the ongoing conflict with Israel. The Indian Prime Minister has also assured humanitarian assistance for the Palestinian people and has reiterated India’s long-standing position on the Palestinian issue. The existence of a sovereign Palestinian State side by side with Israel is the official stand of the Indian Government. Arindam Bagchi, spokesperson for the Ministry of External Affairs has stated that, the Indian Government has already extended humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people, by contributing $29.53 million to the UN Relief and Works Agency.

Accepting the call of the World Federation of Trade Union (WFTU), the Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF gave call to protest demonstrations on 18.l0.2023, demanding to stop Israeli attacks on Palastine. The call has been well implemented throughout the country. BSNLEU heartily congratulates the employees, pensioners and contract workers who have participated in this programme.
