As is already announced, the Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU will be held at Kolkata on 25^th & 26^th September, 2024. In this connection, the CHQ had written to the PGM(SR), requesting to issue instruction to all the CGMs, for the sanctioning of Special Casual Leave to the CHQ office bearers and the circle secretaries, to enable them to attend the CEC meeting. In response to this, the SR Branch of the Corporate Office has issued instruction yesterday to all the CGMs for the sanctioning of Special Casual Leave to the CEC members.

The Circle Union of BSNLEU, ALTTC, Ghaziabad has complained to the CHQ that, the Administration is pressurising the circle union to vacate the office accommodation. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) and Shri Parmeshwari Dayal, CGM(BW), yesterday. In these discussions, the officers informed that, the entire ALTTC land and buildings have been taken over by the DoT. Further, BSNL has been directed by the DoT to vacate the entire ALTTC campus. It is also informed that, the ALTTC of BSNL will be shifted now and relocated in Jaipur, where BSNL is having a vast infrastructure for training. When the entire ALTTC is being shifted to Jaipur, the question of continuation of circle union office accommodation in Ghaziabad does not arise.

Conducting a Special JTO LICE for the draftsman cadre is a long pending demand of BSNLEU. Despite this issue is being continuously discussed with the Director (HR) and the PGM(Estt.), no development has taken place. It is reported by the PGM(Estt.) that the exam could be notified only if vacancy position is intimated by the CGM(BW). Yesterday, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri Parmeshwari Dayal, CGM(BW) and discussed this issue. The GS pointed out that, the Special JTO LICE for the draftsman cadre could not be conducted for the past so many years, for want of vacancy particulars. The CGM(BW) agreed that the required information would be forwarded to the Establishment Branch soon.

एलआईसीई को स्थगित करना संभव नहीं - प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती एवं प्रशिक्षण) ने महासचिव, BSNLEU को सूचित किया।

गणेश चतुर्थी उत्सव, जो महाराष्ट्र सर्किल का एक प्रमुख त्योहार है, को ध्यान में रखते हुए BSNLEU ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती) को पत्र लिखकर टीटी एलआईसीई, जेई एलआईसीई, जेटीओ (टी) एलआईसीई, जेटीओ (टीएफ) एलआईसीई और पीए टू पीएस एलआईसीई को स्थगित करने तथा इन परीक्षाओं को गणेश चतुर्थी के बाद आयोजित करने का अनुरोध किया है। इस संबंध में साथी पी. अभिमन्यु ने आज प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती एवं प्रशिक्षण) श्री दिनेश माहुर से चर्चा की तथा परीक्षाओं को स्थगित करने का अनुरोध किया। हालांकि, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती एवं प्रशिक्षण) ने सूचित किया कि परीक्षाओं को स्थगित नहीं किया जा सकता। यह इस तथ्य के मद्देनजर है कि, परीक्षा आयोजित करने वाली एजेंसी की अवधि जल्द ही समाप्त हो रही है। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती एवं प्रशिक्षण) ने कहा कि किसी अन्य एजेंसी को नियुक्त करने के बाद एलआईसीई आयोजित करने में काफी देरी होगी। 

In view Ganesh Chaturthi festival, which is a major festival in Maharashtra circle, BSNLEU has already written letter to the PGM(Rectt.), requesting to postpone the TT LICE, JE LICE, JTO(T) LICE, JTO(TF) LICE and PA to PS LICE and to hold these examinations after Ganesh Chaturthi. In this connection, Com.P.Abhimanyu, held discussion with Shri Dinesh Mahur, PGM(Rectt. & Trg.) today and requested for the postponement of the examinations. However, the PGM(Rectt. & Trg.) informed that the examinations could not be postponed. This is in view of the fact that, the period of the agency which is conducting examinations is expiring shortly. Holding the LICEs after engaging another agency would considerably delay the holding of these LICEs, said the PGM(Rectt. & Trg.).

तमिलनाडु सर्कल के टीटी एलआईसीई और जेई एलआईसीई उम्मीदवारों की अनजाने में हुई गलतियों को सुधारना - BSNLEU ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती एवं प्रशिक्षण) को लिखा पत्र।

तमिलनाडु सर्कल में टीटी एलआईसीई और जेई एलआईसीई में शामिल होने के लिए आवेदन करते समय उम्मीदवारों द्वारा कुछ अनजाने में गलतियाँ की गई हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, 3 उम्मीदवार अपनी इच्छित एलआईसीई में शामिल नहीं हो पाए हैं। तमिलनाडु सर्कल के चीफ जनरल मैनेजर कार्यालय ने इस संबंध में कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को पत्र लिखा है। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने आज प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती एवं प्रशिक्षण) को एक पत्र लिखकर आवश्यक सुधारात्मक कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया है ताकि 3 उम्मीदवार अपनी इच्छित एलआईसीई में शामिल हो सकें।

In Tamil Nadu circle, some inadvertent mistakes have been committed by the candidates, while applying for appearing in the TT LICE and JE LICE. As a result this, 3 candidates are unable to appear in their desired LICEs. The CGM Office, Tamil Nadu circle, has written letter in this connection to the Corporate Office. The CHQ of BSNLEU has written a letter today to the PGM(Rectt. & Trng.) requesting to necessary remedial action, so that the 3 candidates can be able to appear in their desired LICEs.

चीफ जनरल मैनेजर, हरियाणा सर्कल द्वारा जारी इंट्रा सर्किल ट्रांसफर आदेशों का क्रियान्वयन न किए जाने पर  महासचिव, BSNLEU ने  चीफ जनरल मैनेजर, हरियाणा सर्कल से बात की।

चीफ जनरल मैनेजर, हरियाणा सर्कल ने हाल ही में 20 एसडीई के लिए उनके सबसे लंबे समय तक रहने के आधार पर इंट्रा सर्किल ट्रांसफर आदेश जारी किए हैं। इसमें एक एसडीई को रोहतक से गुड़गांव स्थानांतरित किया गया है। हालांकि, इस अधिकारी को अभी तक रिलीव नहीं किया गया है। इससे रोहतक में कर्मचारियों में रोष है। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज हरियाणा सर्कल के चीफ जनरल मैनेजर श्री सुनील कुमार से बात की और उक्त एसडीई को जल्द रिलीव करने का अनुरोध किया। इसके अलावा, BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने भी श्री सुनील कुमार, चीफ जनरल मैनेजर, हरियाणा सर्कल को पत्र लिखकर उक्त एसडीई को तुरंत रिलीव करने की मांग की है।

The CGM, Haryana circle, has recently issued intra circle transfer orders for 20 SDEs, based on their longest stay. In this, one SDE is transferred from Rohtak to Gurgaon. However, this officer has not been relieved so far. This has caused resentment among employees in Rohtak. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Shri Sunil Kumar, CGM, Haryana circle, today and requested for early relieving of the said SDE. Further, the CHQ of BSNLEU has also written letter to Shri Sunil Kumar, CGM, Haryana circle, demanding immediate relieving of the said SDE.
