Punjab farmer leader, Shri Jagjit Singh Dallewal’s fast-unto-death has entered it’s 27^th day yesterday the 22.12.2024. Shri Jagjit Singh Dallewal had undertaken fasting at the farmers’ protest site of Khanauri border, demanding settlement of farmer’s demands, including legal guarantee for MSP on crops. Shri Dallewal is already a cancer patient. Doctors attending on him, have stated that, his health condition is critical due to the continuous hunger strike for 27 days, his immunity has become very weak, putting him at the risk of infections, cardiac arrest and multi organ failure. BSNLEU demands that the Hon’ble Prime Minister should intervene in this matter and save the life of Shri Dallewal.

नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक 13 जनवरी, 2025 को होगी।

साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने कल सुश्री अनीता जौहरी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) से मुलाकात की और नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक के आयोजन के बारे में चर्चा की। बैठक लंबे समय से लंबित थी और BSNLEU प्रबंधन से इसे बिना किसी देरी के आयोजित करने पर जोर दे रहा है। कल की बैठक में प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) ने 13 जनवरी, 2025 को नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक आयोजित करने पर सहमति व्यक्त की, बशर्ते कि यह तिथि निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को स्वीकार्य हो।

बिहार सर्कल की एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव कमिटी की बैठक आज पटना में उत्साहपूर्ण तरीके से सम्पन्न हुई। बैठक की शुरुआत महासचिव साथी पी. अभिमन्यु द्वारा BSNLEU का झंडा फहराने के साथ हुई। एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव कमिटी की बैठक पटना प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर के कांफ्रेंस हॉल में शुरू हुई, जिसकी अध्यक्षता सर्कल अध्यक्ष साथी बी.पी. सिंह ने की। मंडल सचिव साथी प्रशांत ने सभी का स्वागत किया और गतिविधियों की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। इसके बाद महासचिव ने सदन को संबोधित किया और वेतन संशोधन,  स्थगन, बीएसएनएल के 4G के शुभारंभ में अत्यधिक देरी जैसे महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर विस्तार से बात की। उन्होंने बताया कि किस तरह सरकार द्वारा बीएसएनएल विरोधी कदमों के कारण बीएसएनएल की 4G और 5G सेवाएं समय पर शुरू नहीं हो पाईं। महासचिव ने जोर देकर कहा कि बीएसएनएल में दूसरे वीआरएस की बिल्कुल भी आवश्यकता नहीं है, बल्कि इसे केवल कर्मचारियों की संख्या कम करने के लिए लाया जा रहा है, ताकि बीएसएनएल के भविष्य में निजीकरण को ध्यान में रखा जा सके। महासचिव ने सीएचक्यू द्वारा उठाए जा रहे मुद्दों के बारे में भी बताया, जैसे परिवहन भत्ते का निपटान, नॉन एक्सीक्यूटिव्स का पुनर्प्रशिक्षण और अन्य मुद्दे। सभी जिला सचिवों और सर्कल पदाधिकारियों ने विचार-विमर्श में भाग लिया। अंत में, सर्कल सचिव ने चर्चा का सारांश प्रस्तुत किया। महासचिव ने साथियों द्वारा उठाए गए अखिल भारतीय स्तर के मुद्दों का जवाब दिया। 

The circle executive committee meeting of Bihar circle started enthusiastically at Patna today. The meeting got kick-started with the hoisting of BSNLEU flag by Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary. The executive committee meeting started in the conference hall of the PGM, Patna and is presided over by Com.B.P.Singh, circle president. Com.Prashant, circle secretary, welcomed everyone and presented the report on activities. Thereafter, the General Secretary addressed the house and spoke in detail on the important issues of wage revision, stagnation, inordinate delay in the launching of BSNL's 4G. He explained how the anti-BSNL steps taken by the government has denied the timely launching of BSNL's 4G and 5G services. The General Secretary asserted that absolutely there is no necessity for 2nd VRS in BSNL, but it is being brought only to downsize the employees strength, keeping in mind, future privatisation of BSNL. The General Secretary also explained about the issues being taken up by the CHQ, like settlement of Transport Allowance, retraining of the Non-Executives and other issues. All the district secretaries and circle office bearers participated in the deliberations. Finally, the circle secretary summed up the discussions. The General Secretary replied to the All India level issues raised by the comrades.

Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) yesterday, and discussed about the holding of the National Council meeting. The meeting has become long overdue and BSNLEU is insisting upon the Management to hold it without further delay. In yesterday’s meeting, the PGM(SR) agreed to hold the National Council meeting on 13th January, 2025, provided the date is acceptable to the Director (HR).

BSNLEU is continuously trying to implement the decision of the National Council, for conducting a Special JTO LICE for the Draftsman cadre. The exam could not be conducted due to non-receipt of vacancy details from the CGM (BW). Now, the details have already been sent by the CGM(BW) to the Recruitment Branch. Yesterday, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri Saurabh Tyagi , PGM(Rectt.) and requested him to hold the Special JTO LICE for the Draftsman cadre at the earliest. The PGM(Rectt.) assured to do the needful.

कल वेईज रिविज़न कमिटी की बैठक में बनी सहमति के अनुसार, कर्मचारी पक्ष को 5% फिटमेंट के आधार पर स्थगन के लाइव मामले देने हैं। यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि 30.12.2024 तक लाइव मामले दिए जाने चाहिए। हालांकि, इसे तेज करने के लिए BSNLEU अगले 2/3 दिनों के भीतर स्थगन के लाइव मामले प्रस्तुत करने का आग्रह कर रहा है। प्रबंधन द्वारा लागू किए जाने वाले प्रस्तावित वेतनमान नीचे दिए गए हैं। मूल वेतन + डीए + 5% फिटमेंट पर निर्धारण किया जाना चाहिए। स्थगन के लाइव मामले, गणना और कर्मचारी विवरण के साथ कृपया ई-मेल bsnleuchq@gmail.com पर भेजें।

As per the understanding reached in yesterday’s Wage Negotiating Committee meeting, the Staff Side has to give live cases of stagnation, based on 5% fitment. It is the decision that the live cases should be given by 30.12.2024. However, to expedite this, BSNLEU is indenting to submit the live cases of stagnation within the next 2 / 3 days. The pay scales proposed to be implemented by the Management is given below. Fixation should be made on basic pay + DA + 5% fitment. संसदीय समिति ने बीएसएनएल को विदेशी कंपनियों की मदद लेने को कहा। 

सार्वजनिक उपक्रमों की संसदीय समिति ने बीएसएनएल को 4G सेवा उपलब्ध कराने में आ रही समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए विदेशी कंपनियों की मदद लेने की सलाह दी है। बीएसएनएल को 4G उपकरण आपूर्ति करने वाली भारतीय कंपनी टीसीएस है। कुल एक लाख बीटीएस में से 62,000 बीटीएस पहले से ही स्थापित हैं। लेकिन, उपभोक्ताओं को काफी समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है और उन्हें संतोषजनक 4G सेवा नहीं मिल पा रही है। इन समस्याओं को दूर करने के लिए संसदीय समिति ने बीएसएनएल को विदेशी कंपनियों की मदद लेने की सलाह दी है। मूल रूप से बीएसएनएल नोकिया, एरिक्सन और सैमसंग जैसी विदेशी कंपनियों से 4G उपकरण खरीदना चाहती थी। लेकिन, सरकार ने बीएसएनएल को भारतीय कंपनी से ही 4G उपकरण खरीदने के लिए बाध्य किया। अब भारतीय कंपनी द्वारा आपूर्ति किए जाने वाले उपकरणों में आ रही समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए संसदीय समिति ने बीएसएनएल को विदेशी कंपनियों की मदद लेने की सलाह दी है। वाकई यह एक अच्छी बात है।
