विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणामों की घोषणा - महासचिव, BSNLEU ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) के साथ चर्चा की।

BSNLEU ने पहले ही सूचित किया है कि, प्रबंधन ने प्रिंसिपल CAT में एक याचिका दायर की थी, जिसमें विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणाम घोषित करने के लिए न्यायालय से 'अनुमति' की मांग की गई थी। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज श्री सौरभ त्यागी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की और इस मामले की स्थिति के बारे में पूछताछ की। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) ने कहा कि मामला 14.02.2023 को सुनवाई के लिए आया था।  लेकिन, याचिकाकर्ताओं के अधिवक्ता सुनवाई से अनुपस्थित रहे  (अनचाहे?) । बीएसएनएल के अधिवक्ता ने 'एकपक्षीय आदेश' जारी करने का तर्क दिया।  हालांकि कोर्ट ने इसे नहीं माना और कहा कि याचिकाकर्ताओं के अधिवक्ता को नोटिस जारी किया जाएगा।  अब, परिणाम घोषित करने के लिए न्यायालय की अनुमति मांगने वाली इस याचिका की सुनवाई 01.03.2023 को मुख्य मामले के साथ होगी।  बीएसएनएल ने CAT के समक्ष दायर याचिका में, विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणाम घोषित करने की इच्छा व्यक्त की है, पीडब्ल्यूडी उम्मीदवारों के लिए 4% पद अलग रखकर। यह जानकारी प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) ने आज की चर्चा में दी।

BSNLEU has already taken up the case of non-payment of Gratuity to 32 TSMs of Darbhanga district, Bihar circle. All of them were appointed as RMs and have since retired. Some of them have died also. However, Gratuity was not paid to them as per rules. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Estt.) and demanded immediate payment of Gratuity to the officials. The PGM(Estt.) responded positively and assured that needful action would be taken immediately. 

डीओटी द्वारा भर्ती किए गए और प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजे गए लेकिन जिन्हें बीएसएनएल गठन के बाद नियुक्त किया गया था वह कर्मचारियों को प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी करना - महासचिव, BSNLEU ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल के साथ चर्चा की।

BSNLEU लगातार यह मांग कर रहा है कि डीओटी द्वारा भर्ती किए गए और प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजे गए  लेकिन जिन्हें बीएसएनएल के गठन के बाद नियुक्त किया गया था उन्हें प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर किए जाने चाहिये ।  3  CAT और 2 उच्च न्यायालयों ने कर्मचारियों के पक्ष में निर्णय दिए हैं।  हालाँकि, दूरसंचार विभाग के निर्देश के अनुसार, बीएसएनएल ने इन निर्णयों के विरुद्ध सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में एक एसएलपी दायर की है।  15.02.2023 को BSNLEU ने एक बार फिर इस मामले में सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा। आज साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने श्री पी.के.  पुरवार, सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल से चर्चा की ।  चर्चा के बाद सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल ने जवाब दिया कि वह उपयुक्त निर्णय लेने के लिए BSNLEU के पत्र को डीओटी को भेजेंगे।

BSNLEU has already informed that, the Management had filed a petition in the Principal CAT, seeking the ‘Leave’ of the Court for declaring the Special JTO LICE results. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Estt.) today and enquired about the status of this case. The PGM(Estt.) stated that, the case came up for hearing on 14.02.2023. But the advocate of the petitioners absented from the hearing (wantonly?) BSNL’s advocate argued for issuing an ‘exparte order’. However, the Court did not accept and stated that notice would be issued to the petitioners’ advocate. Now, this petition seeking Leave of the Court for declaring the results, will be heard together with the main case on 01.03.2023. BSNL, in it’s Leave petition filed before the CAT, has expressed it’s willingness to declare the Special JTO LICE results, by keeping aside 4% postsfor the PWD candidates. This information was given by the PGM(Estt.) in today’s discussion.   

BSNLEU is continuously demanding that, Presidential Orders should be issued to all the officials recruited and sent for training by the DoT, but who were appointed after the formation of BSNL. 3 CATs and 2 High Courts have given judgements in favour of the employees. However, as per the direction of the DoT, BSNL has filed an SLP in the Supreme Court, against these judgements. On 15.02.2023, BSNLEU once again wrote letter to the CMD BSNL on this matter. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL. After discussion, the CMD BSNL replied that he would refer BSNLEU’s letter to the DoT for taking appropriate decision.
