The CHQ of BSNLEU is shocked to know that, the State Government of Karnataka has taken decision to migrate it’s mobile, landline, FTTH, leased circuits, etc., from BSNL’s networks to Reliance Jio’s networks. This step of the State Government of Karnataka is against the decision of the Central Government, which has directed all the State Governments to utilise the services of BSNL and MTNL. Hence, BSNLEU has written a letter today to Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hon’ble Minister of Communications, requesting to stop the migration of Karnataka State Government’s connections from BSNL to Reliance Jio.

संयुक्त मंच बीएसएनएल के साथ एमटीएनएल के विलय से पहले सरकार द्वारा उठाए जाने वाले कदमों के बारे में सचिव, दूरसंचार और सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को लिखता है।

बीएसएनएल के नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों के संयुक्त मंच ने बीएसएनएल के साथ एमटीएनएल के प्रस्तावित विलय के संबंध में सचिव, दूरसंचार और सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा है।  एमटीएनएल शेयर बाजार में सूचीबद्ध है।  इसलिए, संयुक्त मंच ने मांग की है कि बीएसएनएल के साथ विलय से पहले एमटीएनएल को पहले डीलिस्ट किया जाना चाहिए। संयुक्त मंच ने यह भी मांग की है कि एमटीएनएल की वित्तीय देनदारी, जो लगभग 30,000 करोड़ रुपये है, सरकार द्वारा ली जानी चाहिए और बीएसएनएल को उस देनदारी को लेने के लिए मजबूर नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। संयुक्त मंच ने बताया है कि दिल्ली और मुंबई में एमटीएनएल के नेटवर्क खराब स्थिति में हैं।  इसलिए, एमटीएनएल के नेटवर्क की बहाली के लिए बीएसएनएल द्वारा पैसा खर्च करने की जरूरत है जो सरकार द्वारा दिया जाना चाहिए।

The Joint Forum of the Non-Executive Unions and Associations of BSNL, have written letter to the Secretary Telecom and the CMD BSNL, regarding the proposed merger of MTNL with BSNL. MTNL is listed in the share market. Hence, the Joint Forum has demanded that, MTNL should be delisted first before merging it with BSNL. The Joint Forum has also demanded that, the financial liability of MTNL, which comes to around Rs.30,000 crore, should be taken over by the government and that BSNL should not be compelled to take over that liability. The Joint Forum has pointed out that, the networks of MTNL in Delhi and Mumbai, are in a bad shape. Hence, the money needs to be spent by BSNL, for the restoration of the networks of MTNL, should be given by the government.

24.02.2023 को प्रदर्शन और गेट मीटिंग आयोजित करें।

BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति ने 24.02.2023 को प्रदर्शन और गेट मीटिंग आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है।  यह प्रदर्शन और गेट मीटिंग दिनांक 05-04-2023 को नई दिल्ली में आयोजित होने वाली मजदूर किसान रैली के 14 सूत्री मांगों के चार्टर को लोकप्रिय बनाने के लिए है।  सभी सर्किल व जिला सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि इस प्रदर्शन व गेट मीटिंग में अधिक से अधिक संख्या में कर्मचारी, पेंशनर व संविदा कर्मियों को जुटाएं।  BSNLEU के सर्किल और जिला सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ के साथ समन्वय कर कार्यक्रम को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करें।  कल से ही आवश्यक कार्रवाई शुरू करें । 

The Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF has decided to organise demonstrations and gate meetings on 24.02.2023. This demonstration and gate meeting are for popularising the 14 point charter of demands of the Mazdoor Kisan Rally, to be organised at New Delhi on 05-04-2023. All the circle and district secretaries are requested to mobilise the maximum number of employees, pensioners and contract workers in this demonstration and gate meeting. Circle and district secretaries of BSNLEU are requested to coordinate with AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF and organise the programme successfully. Necessary actions may be initiated from tomorrow itself.
