Issuing Presidential Orders to the officials recruited and sent for training by the DoT, but who were appointed after the formation of BSNL – GS, BSNLEU discusses with the CMD BSNL.

BSNLEU is continuously demanding that, Presidential Orders should be issued to all the officials recruited and sent for training by the DoT, but who were appointed after the formation of BSNL. 3 CATs and 2 High Courts have given judgements in favour of the employees. However, as per the direction of the DoT, BSNL has filed an SLP in the Supreme Court, against these judgements. On 15.02.2023, BSNLEU once again wrote letter to the CMD BSNL on this matter. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL. After discussion, the CMD BSNL replied that he would refer BSNLEU’s letter to the DoT for taking appropriate decision.
