सर्कल एवं लोकल काउंसिलों  का गठन - सर्कल एवं जिला सचिव कृपया ध्यान दें ।

सीएचक्यू के संज्ञान में लाया गया है कि काउंसिलों के लिए भेजे गए नामांकन कुछ सर्कल/जिला यूनियनों को सीएचक्यू  द्वारा जारी नहीं किए गए हैं । सत्यापन करने पर पता चला कि वास्तव में वे नामांकन सीएचक्यू को प्राप्त नहीं हुए हैं। जहां तक ​​सीएचक्यू का संबंध है, सर्कल सचिवों द्वारा भेजे गए नामांकन एक या दो दिन के भीतर जारी कर दिए जाते हैं। अतः सर्कल एवं जिला सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि सीएचक्यू को कोई नामांकन भेजा गया है, लेकिन अब तक जारी नहीं किया गया है, तो उसे तुरंत सीएचक्यू के संज्ञान में लाया जाए। इस तरह के नामांकन कृपया सर्किल सचिवों द्वारा विधिवत हस्ताक्षरित सीएचक्यू को फिर से भेजे जा सकते हैं।

The 27th National Conference of the Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers was held in M.Krishnan Nagar, at Trivandrum on 12th and 13th May,2023. Com.B.Ravindran Nair, presided over the Conference. Com.A.K.Padmanabhan, National Vice-President, CITU, delivered the inaugural address. Com.P.Abhimanyu,General Secretary, BSNLEU, could not attend this Conference.Hence, on behalf of BSNLEU, Com.K.N.Jothilakshmi, Assistant General Secretary, addressed the Conference. A seminar under the topic of Neo-Liberal Policies and it's Impact on Central Service /Public Sector was held. Com.M.Vijayakumar, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, Kerala circle, addressed this seminar.

It has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that,  nominations for councils, sent by some circle / district unions, have not been issued by the CHQ. On verification, it is found that, those nominations are actually not received by the CHQ. So far as the CHQ is concerned, the nominations sent by the Circle Secretaries are issued within a day or two. Hence, Circle and District Secretaries are requested to immediately bring to the notice of the CHQ, whether any nomination has been sent to the CHQ, but has been not issued so far. Such nominations may please be re-sent to the CHQ, duely signed by the Circle Secretaries.

A meeting of the Joint Forum of the Unions and Associations of the Non-Executives will be held online on 15.05.2023. The meeting is being convened to discuss the very important issues of Wage Revision, delay in BSNL’s 4G and 5G launching and the New Promotion Policy for the Non-Executives. The meeting is expected to take decision for action programme, for the settlement of the above issues.

BSNLEU ने सचिव, दूरसंचार को पत्र लिखकर उन सभी कर्मचारियों को प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी करने की मांग की है, जिन्हें डीओटी द्वारा भर्ती किया गया था और प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजा गया था, लेकिन बीएसएनएल द्वारा नियुक्त किया गया था। 

BSNLEU लगातार मांग कर रहा है कि जिन कर्मचारियों को डीओटी द्वारा भर्ती किया गया था और प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजा गया था, लेकिन बीएसएनएल द्वारा नियुक्त किया गया था, उन्हें प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी किया जाना चाहिए और उन्हें सरकारी पेंशन के लिए पात्र बनाया जाना चाहिए। यह मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लंबित पड़ा हुआ है। इस बीच, 03 मार्च, 2023 को पेंशन और पेंशनभोगी कल्याण विभाग द्वारा जारी एक पत्र के आधार पर, जिसे दूरसंचार विभाग द्वारा समर्थन दिया गया है । BSNLEU ने सचिव, दूरसंचार को विस्तृत रूप से पत्र लिखकर प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी करने की मांग की है जिन्हें DoT द्वारा भर्ती किए गए और प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजे गए सभी कर्मचारी जो  DoP & PW के पत्र के अनुरूप बीएसएनएल द्वारा नियुक्त किए गए थे।
