The National Council meeting has not been reconstituted after the 9^thMembership Verification. BSNLEU has already submitted it’s nominations for the National Council. It is learnt that, NFTE BSNL is having objection regarding one comrade nominated to the National Council by BSNLEU. The All India leadership of BSNLEU discussed this issue. Holding of the National Council meeting is very important to discuss the important issues of the employees. Hence, BSNLEU has withdrawn the name objected to by NFTE BSNL. Even thereafter, the Management has not taken any action for reconstituting the National Council. Hence, BSNLEU wrote letter to the Director (HR) yesterday the 26.06.2023. Thereafter, the Corporate Office has issued letter to NFTE BSNL, directing it to send it’s nominations to the National Council.

As per the decision of the Bhopal CEC meeting, the CHQ has given call for the collection of donation for Agricultural Workers Union. The CHQ has also acquired a QR code for the purpose of sending donations by the comrades. Utilising this, comrades have sent donations from many circles. However, it is observed that, no donation has been received so far from certain circles. This is nothing but non-implementation of the decision of the Central Executive Committee meeting. Hence, all Circle Secretaries are requested to immediately gear-up the collection of donations for Agricultural Workers Union.

कोंट्राक्ट वर्कर्स यूनियन के पुनरुद्धार के लिए दक्षिण क्षेत्र के पदाधिकारियों की बैठक।

भोपाल में आयोजित BSNLEU की केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक के निर्णय के अनुसार, कोंट्राक्ट वर्कर्स यूनियन के पुनरुद्धार के लिए दक्षिण क्षेत्र के पदाधिकारियों की एक बैठक दिनांक 09.07.2023 को हैदराबाद में आयोजित की जा रही है। इस बैठक में प्रत्येक सर्कल के सर्कल सचिव, सर्कल अध्यक्ष, सीएचक्यू पदाधिकारी, बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ के दो नेता भाग लेंगे। इस बैठक में महाराष्ट्र, मध्य प्रदेश और छत्तीसगढ़ के उपरोक्त पदाधिकारी भी शामिल होंगे । बीएसएनएल सीसीडब्ल्यूएफ के महासचिव साथी अनिमेष मित्रा भाग लेंगे। BSNLEU के तेलंगाना सर्कल यूनियन ने इस बैठक को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करने के लिए सभी व्यवस्था सुंदरय्या विज्ञान केंद्रम, हैदराबाद में आयोजित की जाएगी। बैठक में भाग लेने वाले पदाधिकारियों के लिए आवास दिनांक 08.07.2023 को प्रातः 11:00 बजे से दिनांक 09.07.2023 को प्रातः 11:00 बजे तक उपलब्ध रहेगा। भोपाल सीईसी की बैठक में लिए गए निर्णय के अनुसार सभी पदाधिकारियों से अनुरोध है कि वे अनिवार्य रूप से बैठक में शामिल हों। अधिक जानकारी के लिए साथी एम. संबाशिवराव, सर्कल सचिव, BSNLEU, तेलंगाना सर्कल से मोबाइल नंबर 9441436464 पर संपर्क कर सकते है । सर्कल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने-अपने सर्कल से बैठक में भाग लेने वाले अन्य साथियों तक यह जानकारी पहुंचाएं।

As per the decision of BSNLEU’s Central Executive Committee meeting, held at Bhopal, a meeting of the South Zone functionaries, for the revival of the contract workers union is being held at Hyderabad on 09.07.2023. The Circle Secretaries, Circle Presidents, CHQ office bearers of each circle, together with two leaders of BSNLCCWF will participate in this meeting. The aforementioned functionaries of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh will also participate in this meeting. Com.Animesh Mitra, Secretary General, BSNLCCWF will participate. The Telangana circle union of BSNLEU has made all arrangements for successfully conducting this meeting, which will be held at Sundarayya Vignana Kendram, Hyderabad. Accommodation for the functionaries attending the meeting will be available from 11:00 am on 08.07.2023 to 11:00 am on 09.07.2023. नेशनल काउंसिल के पुनर्गठन और बैठक के आयोजन में अत्यधिक देरी - BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखा ।

कई वर्षों से नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक नहीं हुई है । खासकर, 9वीं सदस्यता सत्यापन हुए आठ महीने हो चुके हैं। 13.06.2023 को BSNLEU ने नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक के आयोजन में गतिरोध को तोड़ने के लिए प्रबंधन को एक महत्वपूर्ण पत्र लिखा। आश्चर्य की बात यह है कि नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक कराने के लिए प्रबंधन एक इंच भी आगे नहीं बढ़ा है। प्रबंधन की यह सुस्ती अस्वीकार्य है । BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर नेशनल काउंसिल के पुनर्गठन और बैठक के आयोजन के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई की मांग की है। यदि प्रबंधन इसी तरह नींद में सोया रहा, तो BSNLEU नेशनल काउंसिल का पुनर्गठन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए और नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक आयोजित करने के लिए आंदोलनात्मक कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने के लिए बाध्य होगा।
