*BSNLEU, उत्तर प्रदेश (पूर्व) सर्कल ने लखनऊ में कार्यकारी समिति की एक जीवंत बैठक आयोजित की।*

दिनांक 20.06.2023 को उत्तर प्रदेश (पूर्व) सर्कल की सर्कल कार्यकारिणी समिति की बैठक लखनऊ में आयोजित की गई। बैठक की शुरुआत ध्वजारोहण और शहीद स्तंभ पर श्रद्धांजलि देने के साथ हुई। साथी पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने राष्ट्रध्वज फहराया और साथी आर.के. मिश्रा, सर्कल अध्यक्ष ने यूनियन ध्वज आरोहण किया । साथी के.आर. यादव, सर्कल सचिव ने सभी का स्वागत किया। सदन ने एक मिनट का मौन रखा और दिवंगत साथियों को श्रद्धांजलि दी। साथी आर.के. मिश्रा, सर्कल अध्यक्ष ने अध्यक्षीय भाषण दिया। गतिविधियों पर रिपोर्ट साथी के.आर. यादव, सर्कल सचिव द्वारा प्रस्तुत की गई थी। साथी तिलक राज तिवारी, उपाध्यक्ष (सीएचक्यू) ने बैठक को संबोधित किया और संगठन के सुधार के लिए अपने विचार रखे। तत्पश्चात, साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने बैठक को संबोधित किया और वेतन संशोधन, बीएसएनएल की 4G सेवा के आरंभ में अत्यधिक देरी, एक नई पदोन्नति नीति की आवश्यकता और 07.07.2023 को आयोजित होने वाले दिल्ली चलो कार्यक्रम के मुद्दों पर विस्तार से बात की। महासचिव ने सरकार की बीएसएनएल विरोधी, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र विरोधी और कारपोरेट हितैषी नीतियों का पर्दाफाश किया और कर्मचारियों से मजदूर वर्ग की एकता को मजबूत करने का आह्वान किया। भोजनावकाश के बाद विषय समिति का प्रारंभ हुआ । विचार-विमर्श में कार्यकारिणी समिति के सभी सदस्यों ने भाग लिया। साथी के.आर. यादव, सर्कल सचिव ने विचार-विमर्श का सारांश दिया। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने सदस्यों द्वारा अपने विचार-विमर्श में उठाए गए महत्वपूर्ण अखिल भारतीय स्तर के मुद्दों का जवाब दिया। बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से साथी राकेश कुमार मौर्य, जिला सचिव, BSNLEU, गाजीपुर के खिलाफ जिला प्रशासन द्वारा किए जा रहे उत्पीड़न की निंदा करते हुए एक प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया। बैठक में उत्तर प्रदेश (पूर्व) सर्कल में संगठन को मजबूत करने के लिए कई फैसले लिए गए।

गुवाहाटी अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन के निर्णय के साथ-साथ भोपाल सीईसी की बैठक के निर्णय अनुसार, सीएचक्यू सदस्यों से कृषि श्रमिक संघ के लिए चंदा एकत्र कर रहा है। कल लखनऊ में हुई सर्कल कार्यकारिणी समिति की बैठक में साथी के.आर. यादव, सर्कल सचिव ने सदस्यों से एकत्रित 5000/- रुपये की राशि कृषि श्रमिक संघ के लिए दान के रूप में महासचिव को सौंपी । सीएचक्यू उत्तर प्रदेश (पूर्व) सर्कल यूनियन को दिल से बधाई देता है।

BSNLEU has continuously been demanding the Management that, the induction training period of the Non-Executives should be brought under EPF coverage, to enable them to apply for higher pension. Initially, no action was taken by the Corporate Office. Hence, BSNLEU took up the issue seriously with the Director (HR) and with the CMD BSNL. Due to the continuous pressure given by BSNLEU, the Corporate Office has taken action and has issued instruction to all the CGMs now. The Corporate Office has identified that, 363 employees have joined duty on or after 01.09.2014 and has requested the CGMs to rectify their date of joining EPF / EPS and also to file a joint declaration on the Company’s letterhead to the Regional EPFO. The list of the employees is enclosed.

The Circle Executive Committee meeting of UP (East) circle was held at Lucknow on 20.06.2023. The meeting started with flag hoisting and paying homage at the martyrs’ column. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, hoisted the National Flag and Com.R.K. Mishra, Circle President, hoisted the Union Flag. Com.K.R. Yadav, Circle Secretary, welcomed everyone. The house observed a minute’s silence and paid homage to the departed comrades. Com.R.K. Mishra, Circle President, delivered the presidential address. The report on activities was presented by Com.K.R. Yadav, Circle Secretary. Com. Tilak Raj Tiwari, Vice President (CHQ), addressed the meeting and placed his views for the improvement of the organisation. Thereafter, Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, addressed the meeting and spoke at length on the issues of Wage Revision, inordinate delay in BSNL’s 4G launching, the need for a New Promotion Policy and the Delhi Chalo programme being organised on 07.07.2023. The General Secretary exposed the anti-BSNL, anti-Public Sector and pro-corporate policies of the government and called on the employees to strengthen the unity of the working class. The subjects committee started after the lunch break. All the Executive Committee members participated in the deliberations. Com.K.R. Yadav, Circle Secretary, summed up the deliberations. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, replied to the important All India level issues raised by the members in their deliberations. The meeting unanimously passed a resolution condemning the harassments being meted out by the district administration, against Com.Rakesh Kumar Maurya, District Secretary, BSNLEU, Ghazipur. The meeting took many decisions to strengthen the organisation in UP (East) circle.

As per the decision of the Guwahati All India Conference, as well as the Bhopal CEC meeting, CHQ is collecting donation from members for the Agricultural Workers Union. In the Circle Executive Committee meeting held at Lucknow yesterday, Com.K.R. Yadav, Circle Secretary, handed over to the General Secretary, an amount of Rs.5,000/-, collected from the members, as donation for the Agricultural Workers Union. CHQ heartily congratulates the UP (East) circle union.
